Weekend staff is great very helpful especially the furniture department. Week day staff needs more skills on customer service. The week day furniture manager needs more training on customer relations.

I ran into Big lots this morning to buy a few things before I had to go to work, I waited online for about 15 minutes while the cashier who was not proficient in English tried to make up fake email addresses to save a customer $5, although the customer told the woman multiple times she already had a Big lots reward account the lady insisted on trying to get her a free $5 coupon. So I had about $65 worth of things in my hand that I was going to pay cash for but I just left them on the counter. Believe me, unless you live near here theres no reason to ever drive to this Big lots go to the one in North Fort Myers

So many wonderful items in this store... You must look at your item cuz their quality is hit and miss.... The store has come a long ways.... I appreciate the value they bring us as a consumer.. their buyers are pretty on the ball for what we like... When buying patio furniture look at it very carefully because a lot of it came damaged or poor quality.. and I will tell you a lot of it is good quality but you must do your diligence.

They did an amazing job completely remodeling the store! It looks modern now. I like they have some gourmet specialty foods. I got black garlic that was delicious and the prices are always very good. They always have stylish things to decorate your home with too. And a great selection of Holiday items. Its in a convenient location and the employees are always very friendly. Great place to shop!

Good prices food, furniture & what not. Of course you have to weigh out prices on certain items as you would anywhere else it more times than not everything is very decently priced. There are also little odds & end things that one can pick up thats cost much more elsewhere(facial masks, lotions, snacks & etc). Love going here & if you havent been yet give it a shot!

Love the new look. Doesnt look like a discount store anymore. Prices went up a little but I like the odd items that they have. Different than the other department stores.

The girl at the register showed me how to use my phone to get a nice coupon to reduce price. She was wonderful. Not sure if this is her number 9382 but my purchase was on 12/28/19 at store #12574. KUDOS to this great check out girl!

What a great place to buy quality Simmons furniture (made in the USA) for a great price. The selection is large, the staff is helpful and friendly. If you plan it just right as I did, you can get deep discounts with a 20% off coupon and when the item goes on sale. I saved over $250 of two items. The best part is their low cost professional delivery service. I was amazed at the price. I am use to paying over $99 to get my items delivered. With Keith the owner of Merchandise Taxi, my items were delivered for $39 plus $2 per mile. Kieth is great. I trusted him instantly. He worked fast. My first choice for furniture in the mid-range quality will now be Big Lots. I will be back.

I love Big Lots, pretty interesting offers. A lot of stuff for your home, kitchen helpers, glasses, utensils, small electric kitchen appliances like coffee makers, toaster, blenders etc. Also stuff for your bathroom, like shower curtains, variety of hooks and hangers. Also furniture you can buy here. Pretty nice recliner, beds and mattresses are very reasonable. Party supplies like paper plates and plastic cups. Decorations and much much more

Their after Christmas sale is huge. Most beautiful ornaments in town...but I think I bought them all! Go look, Im sure youll find something you cant live without.

Furniture over there was overpriced and poor quality

Good place to go for snacks. We get some really cheap stuff and it gets us pretty far. The furniture deals look pretty good too, but cant say what quality it is as we havent bought any pieces from them.

Great place to buy things for your house they have a big selection. Plus they have furniture and hey have beds and food plus many things to choose from. Plus they have good prices and they all ways have sales going on. I will be shopping there again.

Not a fan! Always end up buying more than I came for and the quality of what they sell here really isnt all that to begin with. Factory seconds, irregulars, train wreck buyouts and manufacture discontinued item buyouts. You can save much more shopping another more well known retailer I Wont mention here.

No problems with them they do what theyve always done. And that is bring us great sell out items from distributors. Great savings for all that are willing to walk the Isles.

Furniture employee, Mark, was too busy and didnt know anything about the recliners. Was curt and kept telling us he was so busy. This was right after he spent 10 minutes telling a cute blonde all about the mattresses. He did not sell her a mattress, missed out selling not 1 but 2 recliners and patio equipment. I gave one star for the sweet cashier, Paula, for at least speaking to us as we walked out empty handed! 😢

I hated this place due to the absolutely rude and uncouth Manager named Melissa who has a more horrible attitude than anyone Ive ever seen in the retail industry. Her mouth is abrasive and her demeanor is less than desirable to put it as nicely as I can.Youd think that someone as rude and as course as she is would never make it in retail nonetheless be promoted to a management position. She should have been a Big NOT Biglots. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Melissa and her management style at Fort Myers Biglots. Hopefully corporate will take more time in selecting management that are team players and more amicable than whatever that lady is.

Yeah I love shopping at Big Lots you get a little bit of everything a very reasonable prices plus next door theres a big furniture store they got the mall right next door since its centrally located you can do a lot of shopping there and other stores around but Big Lots has like everything Furniture clothing lots of dry goods especially because they have spices for a dollar apiece they have a lot of stuff its cheaper than grocery stores

Bad experience instore today with a cashier. Not one time did Tracy give eye contact while being very disrespectful to my son. And I tried to explain to her he ment no harm he almost fell but she could have cared less. She never looked at me nor said one thing to me so I politely asked for a manager. Ever9person in front of me got treated with respect and told about the survey but she was to selfish to even open her mouth or even give eye contact to myself and my da8even as I spoke with the manager and my daughter was speakingto her about the survey. A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT WAS SHOWN FROM THIS LADY. AND I HOPE SHE HAS A BETTER DAY SOON.

Reasonably priced, and with a variety of home goods, its hard not to walk in for eggs, and leaving with half the store. A sensible product layout makes shopping here not only stress free, but also enjoyable. It maybe a little hard to find, so look for El Darado furnishings, as you can see it from U.S 41, and Big Lots is its neighbor.

I would not recommend anyone to go in the store and buy furniture, me and my wife went in and we bought a living room set from the manger Steve he you sold us the living room set within two months we still having problem with the couch the spring was worn out, we call the store as soon as I noticed what was going on they told us to bring it in on the weekend when I bring it in Steve was not at the store at the time..so the girl that work in the store call Steve and tell him the situation he told the girl that he only could give us the love seat only!! I was so disappointed anyway I took the love seat when I got home and I take it out of plastic the spring was damaged as well and this was supposed to be a brand new couch one of the spring was loose and almost caught my hand,, so do not buy from this store... I searched on this companys website for a specific items availability. The website advised me to call the store of interest to see if the item was available. I was told by staff I should come in and check the shelves myself, so, I asked for a manager. I was put on hold for 12mins. No one came back to the phone. So I hung up. I made the trip to this store to find they DID NOT have the item of interest. Wow, what a waste of time.
