My Husband James ordered shirts from this company. They did the phone number wrong on an order of $500+. They will not fix them nor refund him his money! I work in customer service so to me this is appalling.. Honestly its so sad because this company does good work but their customer service is ridiculous and as we all know that can make or break a business! Needless to say I have shared my experience on Facebook and will continue to because I would be just plain ticked off if this happened to someone else especially someone like us with a small business that cant afford to just throw away that much money. Just so sad..

I recently went there for just a small order of printed masks. Angie was helpful and took her time with me, even though it was not a big order whatsoever. My only complaint was that the metal nose clamp was on the bottom and print was facing top. Good customer service though . My particular order was completed and picked up next day. Id recommend them.

Angie saved the day! I just referred somebody to her and thought, shoot, I need to write her a review. We had ordered shirts online for a Black Friday pub crawl. Long story short the shirts werent gonna make it on time. I was at Gulf Coast Town Center trying to find baseball jerseys. I called Turtle Shirts and spoke with Angie about having a design done on the shirts. Mind you it was 15min before she closes. She said shed wait for me if I wanted to come by. I drove straight there and got there 15min after closing. This was Monday before Thanksgiving. She was able to order 4 shirts, have them delivered, had the designs put on them and ready for pickup by Wednesday afternoon! The shirts looked freaking awesome. Better quality than where we ordered the original ones from. We got so many compliments on them. Btw.. I originally bought 4 baseball tees at Dicks but returned them because Angie ordered ones for us which saved us money in the end and was a better material for the design. Definitely saved the day! Ill be back for sure.

I wanted two shirts imprinted with new last names for two little boys who were getting adopted. I called all over and I couldn’t find any place that could help me. In reviewing the Internet I happened to call Turtle Shirts. I realized this was a company that made large orders of shirts for companies but I was running out of options. I couldn’t believe when I was told they could make the shirts for me. It was late Friday afternoon so we agreed I would come by on Monday. I speculated all weekend that what I wanted was somehow not correctly communicated and I would be back to square one. I went to Turtle Shirts on Monday and was blown away by the service I received for my two little shirts. I picked up the shirts on Friday and couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were better than I had ever imagined. The fact that I received this kind of service for two shirts says so much about the business practices of Turtle Shirts. Went into turtle shirts looking to order full dye softball shirts not knowing much about the process. Angie was more than helpful explaining the process of the shirts and what sets them apart from a normal shirt. Placed the order and had 13 shirts ready in a week. We used them for our K- 5th grade class shirts. A large order for us and we were absolutely pleased with the product and time frame that they were ready. FMCS would highly recommend them!

We needed to get some T-shirts with screen printing in a short 2-day period of time, After doing a search on the internet and reading the reviews, we decided on Turtle Shirts. Angie took our order on a Thursday morning and ordered the T-shirts that we needed in a special color. They arrived Friday. Meanwhile, the art department set up the template and emailed it to us early Friday morning for approval. Mid-day, we called and asked for a modification to one of the T-shirts. No problem Angie said. By 3 pm on Friday, the T-shirts were ready to be picked up. And they are perfect. The only thing better than the product is the service. We are extremely happy that we used Turtle Shirts. We will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to our friends.

Working with Angie and Scott was a true pleasure. They were very patient as we went back and forth with design tweaks. Wow! is all I can say. I had Turtle Shirts completed a large 250 shirt job for the elementary school I work for. We had many issues on our end over the image quality we were providing being too low to print and having messed up the shirt count 4 times. Every time I called and spoke with them they were awesome.
