Erin is wonderful. Omni pack and ship is the best place to go when shipping a package. One of her employees (Wayne) is also great. He helped me ship a package 📦 out of the country. This is the pack and ship my neighbors in the Landings go to also. Erin and her staff are really polite and get the job done without any stress.

Wayne Clarke was an exceptionally skilled employee at the shop. He helped me with my concerns effectively and politely. I will always use the store for my needs because of his positive attitude and great service

This Barbara not Pat but I must speak up. I have heard from neighbors that this is one of the most expensive places to ship. I have had the same thought myself.Today, I went to mail an envelope. I asked to mail it first class mail. After being asked again how I wanted this shipped, I said just regular mail. Then after printing a label and attempting to place the envelope in a priority envelope, I asked how much it would be. Over $11. I took my envelope to the contract USPS down the street and it cost me $4.25 with a tracking number.I love to support local businesses but this is just wrong.

Erin is amazing. After having a terrible experience with another Shipping Company as well as the DHL location itself, I called Omni, and Erin convinced me she could get my package successfully to China, which has extremely stringent restrictions. She spent a ton of time helping me to ensure every detail was perfect, and she seemed happy to do it. I cant think of anything that would have made my experience better, and I cant recommend the store or Erin highly enough.

I came here to have fingerprinting done by this facility for my new job. I had an appointment for 3 pm and I got there an hour early. I met Erin and asked her if she was willing to help me by administering my fingerprinting early and without hesitation she said YES. Erin is a delightful lady who is helpful and positive as well.
