Went in to the store and had an terrible experience with the staff left feeling angry would not help out and told me to buy online for discount and not able to give one in store. What’s the point having a store if you tell people to buy online and have items delivered, I wanted to buy and leave with the items not be sent away

Persoanlly I think overall customer service is very good. However there was many shoes on shelf that they didnt have In stock. But it was a good experience.

Workers were amazing simple and easy to buy the shoes

Staff were helpful and a good variety of stock, however it was extremely busy and people were not obeying covid restrictions and distancing.
