ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service! I ordered my tshirt over a month ago, it was supposedly shipped Aug 15 but the tracking number has never updated from shipping label created. I then was told it must’ve been lost at the post office. If it ever made it there, it would’ve been scanned and updated to ACCEPTED! She told me she was checking in on it but haven’t received an email from her since. I reached out to other customers that ordered the same shirt and many other people are going through this as well! Unfortunately I’ll never order another FLVS school shirt while they use this company. A professional company would offer a refund or new shirt to be shipped! I guess I’m out of luck.

I have tried to contact the person it said to contact no response was told since my order was placed before 8/1 I should have received my order hasn’t even shipped super frustrated and there’s no phone number to call.

They take order and they dont ship it :/
