This Williams-Sonoma store is awesome! They usually have a large selection of stock to choose from. Every time Ive been there, the staff has always been very helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful store, well stocked with anything you may need in your kitchen. These are quality items that will last you a lifetime. Great gifts for anyone who loves to cook. So many wonderful options. Staff was lovely to me. I saw some reviewers did not think so, but all the staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Recommend this store absolutely.

We dont have a Williams and Sonoma store near us! I bought aprons for myself and my kids for our culinary experiences at home. The service was great. Multiple people offered help and support while we looked for other items. We even bought an apron for a birthday gift!

We have been to several Williams-Sonoma‘s, and this by far was the best location! It may be a smaller store but the customer service was 10 out of 10! Jessica the manager was beyond helpful to my fiancé and I! We had registered at a different Williams-Sonoma but we did not receive the help like we did at this location! We look forward to going back!

I love Williams-Sonoma so much. Ive been a customer for years. I walked onto this store today and was helped by a woman who is in the wrong profession. She clearly wanted nothing to do with helping me. Short answers and an attitude. I confronted her and she never apologized. She actually said, I dont know how I can help you any further! I was buying the Anoka precision cooker. She told me to Google it before I buy it. No confidence in the products she sells. Thankfully another woman came over to help me. She was great.

Stopped in and bought some of William Sonomas Nespresso coffee pods for our espresso machine. These are the worst pods Ive ever spent this much money on. Ill pay $2 per pod for good tasting pods, These ones are very weak even as a straight coffee shot. I made 3 of these in a small mug and drank them straight and black and they are weaker than most store bought coffee and these are espresso pods. The Pumpkin and Peppermint are very lacking in flavor. I dont recommend buying these pods unless you like very light roast coffee with very little flavor, they are like watered down coffee. The Starbucks pods I picked up next door at Bed Bath Beyond are amazing, less money and very bold in flavor.

So i just called to ask if they do knife sharpening..... they said yes but not right now because of Covid.... um.... that makes no sense... you’re open. There is no risk to the knife sharpener LOL. They couldn’t even explain the rationale. FYI Sur La Table does it for $5 a knife.... yeah. This place is skyrocketing into closing down.

I have a health condition and unable to wear a mask, I am not allowed to shop inside their store according to them. I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on new kitchen stuff but will take my business somewhere else that does not require a mask to shop.

Lousy customer service. I told the lady was looking for a gift and asked about returned policy was told 30 days for xmas. I purchased chocolate barks and when I tried to return a week later I was told no returns on food. I was very upset, because was I told wrong information. I would had not purchase if I had known no returns on food. Very unhappy customer. :-(

Place closes at 7 but we were getting told to leave at 6pm. Not very happy customer here.

Nice higher end product lines. Can be bit pricey. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Located in the Bell Tower mall.

Love this store!!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure you remind them about your rewards points as sometimes they do forget to add them when purchasing an item.

Just like other the other reviewers I must agree never seen such very rude STAFF!!! I will never shop at any William Sonoma again thanks to the way I was treated over a over priced item that broke. I ended up finding the same exact item a colon mason pepper grinder for half the price on amazon!!!!

These employees certainly know how to make you feel like a rockstar. I absolutely love the lingerie and undergarments.

Id have to say this is my favorite Williams-Sonoma location in spite of liking them all. However, this one is always stocked with what Im looking for, the staff is always super friendly, very helpful, and its always clean (no dust built up). Also it very close to where I live when we winter here in Ft Myers FL. Always a good sale going on here as well. I especially love their line of cast iron products by Lodge, Le Creuset, Staub, & Fine.

Terrible place. Family member sent us gift, but got at Naples store as they wouldn’t transfer to Ft. Myers. Drove hour to get it, when got it home and found out what it was we wanted to exchange for something else. Never opened and they wouldn’t take back at Fort Meyerd store because won’t take food items. All jars are sealed, $69 down the drain. I’d never shop there ever!

What a rude staff. Wow! They make Walmart look like angels! Small selection. A manager named Tony....... Get off your high horse! The return policy is awful and if you even ask or hint about returning a product they tell you your only option is to mail in a return to the manufacturer. Which takes weeks and you cannot EVER get your money back,at least according to them! Stay away, better off going to target or bedbathandbeyond.

Snooty staff people, poor selection, lousy gift return policy, and high prices. Ill stick with Sur La Table once I use up this stupid gift card.

If cooking is your thing, youll find all the gadgets and cooking equipment youll ever need. A bit pricey but the quality of everything is top notch.

Great store and I highly suggest one of the American Girl Doll cooking classes for the kids.
