We shop at Publix in Greenville, SC and the layout of this store is almost identical to the store in Greenville.Good selection of organic produce, and we have the app and are signed up for the weekly specials email.We just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and are here in Fort Myers on a vacation to continue our celebration.Publix has been enjoyed by our family for many years. Even my parent shopped at Publix in Hollywood, FL at the Hollywood Mall in the 60s.

Store is always clean and if it is busy they make sure to have plenty of open registers and baggers. Always friendly service here. I am willing to pay a little bit extra for the service at publix.

This is such a wonderful Publix. Stellar staff. Please look at the picture of my cart after checking out. The bagger put the flowers and cupcake in the small foldout area, so I would remember to be careful with them. How sweet. Publix truly has everything you need. The produce is spectacular. I was in today for a quick trip, to get my physical therapist a thank you cupcake. Then I saw the gorgeous flowers, so I got her both. Publix is fantastic.

I LOVE Publix but this location has the WORST customer service!! I was waiting in line listening to the cashier gossip to the bagger about the girl working behind the counter. I would never want my employees to talk about each other the way that girl did, especially in front of a customer.Not to mention the girls at the counter always have scowls on their face and it seems like they hate their job. Employ new workers if your current ones don’t wanna do the work!

Their prices have gone up else it is my great neighborhood supermarket with 5 stars.

This store always seems to be low stocked on random items no matter what time of day and the customer service is less than any other Publix I have ever gone to. Unfortunately this is my closest store, but I make the trip to others because of this constant issue. Its a shame.

Such a great store, adequately staffed,(unusual these days) the best produce,& a (half gallon) of Publix ice cream is still a HALF Gallon, not 1.75 quarts ! That makes me 😀

The store was clean, well organized and staffed with friendly people. The strawberries were beautifully red and ripe and the key lime pie was amazing too. I had a great experience.

The workers are really helpful. Some even stop to ask if theres anything they can help you find. All are willing to answer any questions about whatever you need.

Now get your dry ice for Halloween.

I shop at a few locations throughout the Fort Myers area but this one is amongst the best. The store is always clean and the team members are always there to help if you have questions.

The South point Publix is absolutely fabulousThere are long-term staff there as well as younger high school age and college age students.Everyone is always helpful and very conscientious about trying to keep us all healthy during this time.I would encourage everyone to quit harassing our service providers and allow them to do their jobs wear a mask!

I have been disappointed in their on-line sub ordering feature. Several time Ive come after my pick up time and it still wasnt ready.

Love my Publix and the staff. Always able to find what I need. Tried the new self check-out. Works well for small, 10 items or less, otherwise I love seeing my Cashiers Angelina and Barb, who are AWESOME!!!

Please double check dates on shelf stock. We bought quaker grits, butter flavor pack, on 12/26/20. They tasted and smelt very off. Checked use by date on packaging, 1/13/20. Almost one yr old and on shelf. We had to throw them out as they were truly expired tasting compared to other packs we bought prior. Unfortunately, this isnt the first time getting expired food here without knowing until the receipt was already thrown away. Campbells tomatoe soup and chobani yogurt in may 2020. Not a big deal to lose 3 to 5 bucks occasionally, but its been 3 times in the yr. please double check your stock when rotating on shelves.

Came from Utah and was shocked at the high food prices out here in Florida. No different at Publix but, if youre gonna have to pay, might as well have a nice service like they provide you at publix. All in all a good place. Nowhere near the choices that you get in Utah but, oh well it seems to be the best out here other than Walmart

Yesterday afternoon, the staff in the deli sandwich dept. saved my bacon! We came in to purchase some premade sandwich rings for our sons birthday party that was starting in 1 1/2 hours. There were no rings like Id assumed, so I quaveringly asked how far ahead I needed to put in an order for enough sandwiches to feed 28 people. I unfortunately dont recollect their names, but two ladies behind the counter put together a 9 footlong sub platter in the space of time it took for me to grab tablecloths, candles, and ice. I was VERY impressed and appreciative for their help and willingness to rush the platter, and we made it to the party with time to spare. Also the subs were delicious, fed everyone, and were a very reasonable price. I hope the store can forward this to the ladies who helped me, so they know how much it meant that my own mistake didnt impact my sons happy day.

This Publix is a little small and the layout is much different from the Publix that Im used to but it had everything that I needed and the staff is friendly. They are also usually out of both the creamer I use and the ones(he likes many) that my boyfriend uses

If there is an item not there an employee no matter who will take the time from what they are doing and try to help you by looking it up and if in back will go and get it for you.I wouldnt go anywhere else but here.

Everything is getting more, and more expensive everyday

Store is clean. Lines for Deli can be long. I get the meals. They always taste good and for the price, its well worth it. However, sometimes the sides dont compliment the main entree. Overall, its my go to store while I am at work.
