The customer lounge area is too small. I realize we are still COVID-19 aware and socially distancing, however four (4) seats are not enough to wait 2 hours while a recall.device is being performed! My wife and myself did utilize your shuttle service to have breakfast at Bob Evens. This service was convenient and timely.
Very nice dealership I was greeted when I walked in the door. Garrett, the service advisor, was prompt and quick. Car was ready on time and nice and clean. When I returned to pick it up, again I was greeted. A gentleman immediately went and brought the car up and checkout was a snap! Based on today’s experience I will certainly return to the Ft Myers VW.

I always take my car to Volkswagen of Fort Myers for service. I believe I receive honest; and quality work on each visit. The staff is always friendly, and eager to accommodate. I have personally received; and seen the staff go over and beyond to provide an excellent customer service experience. Erin is my customer service representative; and she is top-notch.(★★★★★). She always has a welcoming smile, very knowledgeable and warm personality makes the car repair experience a less painful. Also, theres any unexpected issues with my car; Im promptly notified.. I couldnt ask for a better service representative or a better location for service and maintenance.
Tried to sell me a new transmission at only 125k miles for $6500. Not interested in fixing the issue, only trying to make money on a product they should know how to fix. Had to take it to an independent mechanic who knows what the issue is and is interested is fixing it.
I had an emergency situation as my battery died earlier in the day. They took care of me right away and it was even covered under warranty. Great service every time I visit!
Garrett was really helpful and kept me informed of changes and complications during my service appointment. He took the time to explain what was needed and why, and answered all of my questions.
Service was fine. After waiting 2 1/2 hours and $453 later 3/4s the way home my tire light came on. All 4 tires needed air. You would think after doing a tire rotation they would make sure tire pressure was right. So I had to go out of my way to a gas station and add air to all 4 tires. Not happy after spending all that time and money. Left a message for the service manager but havent heard anything back.
Erin made my experience fantastic. Something she has done for EVERY SINGLE appointment the past 4 years! I bring my daughter with me most visits. Erin consistently goes out of her way to make each visit special for us. Thank you! I will be a customer for a long time.
Issues with ac not cooling. What a game changer knowing it was covered under warranty. As was the replacement of master window switch & motor.VW set me up with rental until courtesy car became available. Garrett in service kept me informed with the expectations & time frame, very professional & well mannered.And of Carlos, always greets you with a smile & a hello. Hes a gem.

I have been going to this dealership for over 4 years to get my vehicles serviced. I have never had issues before, but this last experience was subpar. I was quoted a price for battery replacement which was different from the bill I paid when I picked up the vehicle. On top of that the service department took 2 days to replace my battery. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. i have had 4 vehicles serviced here and I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Never had any issues before. VW of Fort Myers, please train your service advisors to quote fully price of part and labor for installation/repair. Thanks.
They did a great job, ordered my parts ahead of time, set my appointment, held to that appointment, offered to give me a ride back to work while they were completing repairs. I didnt even purchase my car there, but you wouldnt know that by how they treated me. 10/10.
On August 23 2021 I had an appointment with Volkswagen of Fort Myers for a diagnostic check. I dropped my beetle off at 9:15 AM and received a call at 3:46 PM and was told by Erin that they had not gotten to my car. They even wanted to keep it overnight, which I declined. In almost 7 hours they were unable to scan my car. Incompetent at best. There was no reason given, no apology and no offer of another appointment. I expected so much more from a Volkswagen dealership. This one seems to lack courtesy and professionalism.Since then I have taken my bug to the VW dealership in Naples and they are everything the FM dealership isnt.
Very friendly, prompt and helpful. Updated the computer on a recall. They included a free car wash. $60 for wipers, which I declined. Will continue with their service department in the future.

This was Saturday afternoon 1:00 pm because my call to the Service Department told me that they were booked solid in the morning and the afternoon would be better. I said that I would be by at 1:00 pm. I was greeted at my car (sorry, I dont have his name but he was very helpful), had my work order written up for Garrett who then took over and Rolando then took my 2019 Tiguan and had the tire repaired - which I very much appreciated as I was providing Pulpit Supply at Lamb of God Lutheran/Episcopal Church on Sunday and I needed to get there not worrying about a bad tire.
Safety recall on VW Beetle. Every phase of service experience was good. Easy setting appointment; rapid processing at intake; job finished on-time as promised. They did their standard screen for finding problems (which could mean service business), and Im good with that. In this case, all OK. Plus the usual complimentary wash.
Eric was our sale person. He was really pleasant to work with. It took about 1 week for me to decide on the car and he was patient and really helpful. I would certainly recommend anyone to work with him.
Ray was very professional and accommodating. He even found me reading material for the wait.. Had factory recall, and they got me out quickly.
I paid another Specialty Tire Company to Road Force Balance my summer performance tires. I paid $200 for the service and it was a waste of money. Took my Mercedes S Class to VW of Fort Myers and they did it right. Front tires they got below 10 and rears in the teens. These guys at VW are racers and the Service Manager, Stephanie is a lady that certainly appreciates fast cars and knows how to have them setup. They do it RIGHT. An if you meet her on the street, race her, you will love seeing her tail lights!Ill never go anywhere else for service.
I was experiencing the car lagging in 1st gear and I was able to work with the service dept. on getting to the bottom of what was causing it. They helped me with it and were outstanding in customer service!

While I appreciated the oil change, I was blown away by the high costs for the other recommended maintenance items and decided to put them off for now. Also, I found the fee for analysis of issues to be way to expensive. PEP Boys will do it for free!

I had a wonderful experience with Raymond. My first impressions of the place was not good, when I walked in no one acknowledged my presence. I walked by at least 3 people with VW shirts and no one said a word. They were probably busy but perhaps a friendly hello or greeting is not important - I guess. After asking questions of a couple of people who were not that friendly, I decided to just try another VW. As I was walking out, I noticed Ray and he noticed me. He was very friendly and I think he could see I was a little annoyed. He was very helpful and patience. The more we talked the more reassuring he was and confident he was that he could help me. The rest is history, over the course of about 2 weeks he helped me with my issue. I will definitely come back to the VW in Fort Myers but only if Ray is on the scene.PS Apathy and indifference just because you are busy in my mind is a business killer
Was traveling from TX to FL and engine warning light and EPC light was coming on. With ECL was on vehicle bucked, misfired, and rpm went down to about 1000 rpm. Found if you turned car off and back on you proceed but sometimes EWL would stay on. Went to Moore VW in Pensacola and they replaced cylinder #1 engine coil. Left and proceeded on our trip but same thing occurred in about 20 miles. This was 1st time it occurred at highway speed. Again, stopped and restarted and EPC light went out and continued on our way. Went to VW of Ft Meyers and they rechecked the vehicle and determined it needed a new engine harness. They did not have one so declined and started to TX. Was a stressful trip not knowing when fault would occur and it did several times but luckily not where there are no shoulders. I cannot express enough how helpful VW of Ft Meyers were to us especially our Service Advisor Erin Greene. With all the information I now have, I will try to get our vehicle repaired locally. Thanks again To VW of Ft Meyers and Erin.
My only complaint is the two week waiting for Service appointment . After that everything was great, courtesy, prompt attention and reliable service.
The service intake team is very professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Brad made sure that all my questions were answered and understood. I have had my VW Jetta serviced twice here for recall repairs and I was extremely impressed both times.

Missing for the fifth star is attention to details. Texted to add a missing undercarriage panel after intake. I got the ok reply. However, upon pick up it was not installed. Complimentary carwash was just a hosedown. New intalled tires were dirty with grease around the rims. There seems to be a disconnect between Service advisor and service technician.

Car was damaged on the underside. I paid for diagnostics and was told my repair would be between $3-$10,000, but car was not put on a lift. No one could tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. This is the dealership where I purchased two vehicles.

Took my car here for a recall on an airbag and my car is alot worse. Car has been driving funny since . I called to express my concerns and they told me i would have to pay 150 to look at it. They were the ones that had it a few hours ago but want me to pay for then to look at there mistakes.I wouldnt recommend this place. Stay away from this place.
