First time I went they messed up every single one of my screws and another Firestone had to fix it. Tried them again in a bind. They didnt take my car in at the appointment time even though they were not busy and it took over an hour and a half for a half hour job. Mechanic even got mad when the cashier asked him to hurry. I am sure he messed up. Never again.

We came here after making an appointment online. Tire change was about $320 for two tires after taxes. We sure needed them because we’re driving to Texas. The interior place where you wait was clean and comfortable with ac. Jason, the Representative, was pretty nice on helping us out. It took about an hour and a half, so ubering somewhere close to eat or hang out at while waiting wasn’t so far. Thank you to everyone!Tip: reserve an appointment online to cut down on waiting.

They just want to sell tires. Don’t expect patches, balancing or any other tire related services if your tires aren’t brand new. New tire prices are reasonable but support a mom and pop shop instead or go to Costco. Alignment was better before I dropped it off. It drifts to the left worse than before the supposed alignment.

Put the wrong differential on my truck, did correct their mistake free of charge though it took over a month for them to fix it and they put a rusty used axel on my 60k mile 03 sonoma. didnt even give me the option to buy remanufactured. The first axel they put on they just gave me the truck and something seemed off. As I was merging onto the freeway to head home I realized I was keeping up with traffic and my speedometer read almost 20 under the speed limit. Had to take it back and they finally found the right one and installed it. afterward I was super paranoid that they even did that correctly. Sent the truck to another location to be checked out and they have me a bunch of hassle. Truck hasnt really felt the same since they worked on it and they couldnt find anything wrong after a week off work I just took my truck back. The brakes arent as smooth as they were and I get a wobble at certain speeds like a tires off balance. I will never use a firestone again. Just take it to the dealership.

Was reccomend to them by tirerack as a certified installer for my tire pressure sensor that went bad. When i got there i was told they didnt install them if they didnt order them. Went down the road to tire choice where they gladly installed it for me.

Caused over $4,000.00 in damages to company vehicle. Blendon was the tech, he showed no concern after he hit the company vehicle with its own tire/rim combo. He was too lazy to open the tail gate. My appointment was for a warranty tire sensor, after roughly 2 months of trying to get scheduled in, and stopping by, for the replacement after their initial install. AND his name was not even on the repair order! The manager quickly filed a claim, which was expected. After another month of taking time away from my company to get quotes and schedule repairs, we are told that we must cover part of the cost for the rental. They have cost my company quite a bit of time, money, and aggravation. As a former technician/employee with BSRO, and a technician for 20+ years, this has been more of an inconvenience and dereliction than it needed or could have been.

Deceptive practices. Went there with a tire in hand asked for a leak repair, could see a screw in the tire. No cost was given by the service advisor. A short time later, I was told the tire was ready. Was given a bill for 32.00. They replaced the valve and balanced the wheel which I didn’t ask for, but was charged for. Just wanted the tire plugged!!!! They ripped me off. Please don’t go there.

Went to have a tire repaired that was leaking air. Although they tried to find leak with no success they were honest about it and did not try to sell me another new tire that shows alot about this shop. Good quality work and honest repairs.

I called 3 times and a guy name Jason picks up was rude.I have called to make a appointment and a lady name Gracie has picked up and just says hello Gracie..What about the name of place Im calling...I dont understand how people can get a job.As for my tires thank you a bit over priced and the guy who worked on it was amazingly nice.As for others please do a better job then to stand and sit at curbside. Went in for a oil change and the service was great. The emergency breaks was left in why is beyond me. When I drove off I did not know till I smelled burning and had to pull over at the mall location where they help me.Also like to add that I think if your workers are going to smokeSmoke away from customers!Also arent you to stay 6 feet apart in a time like thissaw all the guys and one girl just standing like they had no job!I will not go back to this locationI may like to add Ramone was amazing and nice he was very kind there where 2 men looking at my car so Im not sure who left my breaks on but he spoke to me he was nice .

First of all, the only reason that this store is getting 3 stars is because of one of the technicians, Ramone and customer service rep., Gracie. With that being said, let me tell you why I will never go back there and will never recommend this place to anyone. I spent over $1200 there today on my F350 Dually and was talking to them about purchasing 6 brand new tires. I paid my bill Over the phone before I even got there. On my way to pick my dually up, my F150 got a nail in the tire and started losing air quickly. I get there 30 minutes before they close and ask the customer service rep., Jason if he could check my tire. He said no. He could tell me how much pressure is in it but nothing else. I explained to him that I didn’t need him to check the pressure because I already know what the pressure is and that it’s leaking. I just wanted it plugged so I could get it home for my husband to take care of it. Ramone saw me outside with my 2 kids trying to get the tire taken care of and came over and took the tire off. It wasn’t something we could’ve done without him because the F150 is lifted and our jack wouldn’t have done the job by itself. I don’t leave bad reviews but I am this time and I will be calling the store manager and possibly corporate first thing in the morning.

We have been using Firestone for our 2 vehicles since 1999. We use to live in Illinois until 5 years ago and was treated very well with excellent service. We have noticed over the last year in Fort Myers that the service has been getting worse. This morning I dropped off our vehicle early for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to the lady that I had a low tire pressure on one of the tires and asked if they would check the tire for a leak. She put it on the ticket to be looked at. She asked if I had purchased my tires from firestone and I replied that we have always bought our tires from firestone. I informed her that we had the lifetime balance and rotation on the tires. They called me a few hours later saying the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived a different lady was checking me out on my bill. She said it was $140 so I asked what they did and she said oil change and a lifetime tire rotation and balance was added for $99. I told her I already had paid for the lifetime service when I originally purchased the tires. She said it was likely an error when they clicked on the square as they are over the top of each other. I then paid for the $40 some dollar oil change. Before leaving I asked her about the leaky tire and if the pressure was low. She said I dont know and she would talk to the technician. She said that 2 tires had low tread and I should start shopping for tires. She went into the shop to talk to the technician in which he came into the lobby asking if he could talk to me outside. His name was Ramone and as we were walking he asked if my car was a front wheel drive which it is. He said you need 4 new tires as your back tires have low tread. He went on to say he didnt rotate the tires as if he put them in front they would wear faster. I asked him if he found any leaks on the tires as it was listed to check the tires. He said he didnt check any of the tire pressures or look for any leaks. Quite frankly I cant believe how awful the service has become. He didnt do anything about the tires but to say you need 4 new tires. My vehicle has 226K miles and I wouldnt put 4 new tires unless it needed them. Firestone has lost a 20 year customer because of this horrible service. By the way I stopped at WaWa gas station and my driver rear tire had 21 pounds of pressure.

Auto care was great but the service was less so. Waited for about fifteen minutes just to talk to someone because the clerk was talking to someone about herself and usually I don’t care but as someone who’s worked in customer service, I know that you take care of guests and then go back to conversations. I was told that it’s be about two hours, which I was fine with, but then I ended up waiting an extra hour there because they didn’t tell me the car was ready. The only reason I realized it was ready was because I saw it outside of the shop and went to ask about it, and the clerk said, “Oh yeah, you’re all set to go.” So thanks for that, that was really great and awesome. 👍

Hi, my name is Kachine and I had brought my car in with few problems with my car turning over one time then putting in gear and it not going anywhere. Then when turning it off and trying to turn it back on and it won’t turn over so I have to have jumper cables to get it on and in gear. When I had taken it here I got a call about and hour later saying that they needed to change the battery and that battery problems were linked to transmission problems and that the codes that they ran were transmission problems.....? All the codes went away obviously because that is what happens when you unplug a battery and plug it back it wether it is new or not. (Keep in mind these people don’t work on transmissions, and they didn’t tell me this neither until I called them back ab how my car didn’t work again). Furthermore, I got in my car the next day and it did the exact same thing I had problems with before and I called and they said that it was a transmission problem (what it probably was before) and they just said that I needed to unplug the battery and plug it back in and it would get rid of all the codes, like they done before. In reality it was just a big scam to get $222 from me for a battery knowing that the codes would go away for a day and me call back then they blame it on transmission problems and they didn’t even tell me they don’t work on transmissions.

Got charged for a front end alignment that they on the paperwork say they couldn’t do because of a part but never asked to replace it, just here’s your bill 😏and smile, so I got my money back because nothing was done really!! Replaced the bolt!! That’s right all that needed replaced was one bolt, I ordered it on Amazon put it on myself then took my truck over to sears and got it aligned for 35 dollars cheaper and better service 😲

UPDATE: After coming here for the better part of two years, I have to say the quality has gone down significantly. New people have started working here and they are just terrible. This place is only good for a 4 hour oil change. Good luck even finding someone here that can fix any issues you have. But dont worry, they will still charge you for it. I dont think I will be using their services anymore. Back to the dealer I go. Kristina is very good but Troy is incompetent.Best service shop in town. Only once did I have an issue and they were quick to make it right and better than I imagined. They dont pressure you into sales, but they are honest if you need something. Their prices are better than anywhere and the quality is top notch. Most recently my mom said she stopped in there to ha e her tire checked and they said they didnt have time. That didnt make me too happy but for all the other great stuff they have done for me and my vehicle, they earned 5/5.

I like to start by saying this was not always a bad location.I have been here many times.There serives the other day was horrible and uncalled for.After seeing some reviews its looks like your team lacks contact.After 3 days to think what to say.I called the main office all ready and gave word on a young lady and 2 other service mangers.I came in a two days in a row and there actions did not change.Also I can hear pretty well they dont need to tell like they did 4 feet away!Please speak to your team and serives management team about customer service.I came in for a oil change and too see about tires.Thank you and hopefully the store gets better workers.

Kristina the manager was wonderful! She exceeded my expectations and answer all my questions. They made sure to take care of my Tacoma really well with proper care and professionalism. I was able to fit 35s on them with no issue. Darrien the alignment tech was very detailed. He was trained very well. Both the manager and technician was very knowledgeable. I have used this store many times, but the last brake job I had done on my wifes Nissan Pathfinder was not a good experience. First off the price seemed to be a little high, was told I needed new rotors in the rear, no problem but one of the new rotors is constantly, totally rusted, I understand that rotors get light rust wheh sitting even overnight, but the rear right rotor is constantly heavely rusted, looks like it came off a junkyard car. All 3 other rotors are fine. There is definitely something wrong with the rear right rotor. I have a spare car that sits outside for months at a time and even its rotors are no where as rusted as the one Firestone put on that was supposed to be new. For the amount of money I paid Id expect it to be the same as the other 3. This thing is covered in heavy rust 24 hours a day.

Agreed to get the compressor replaced and have a belt changed out, all in all before tax was going to get charged 840. Walked in to get charged 1180 for additional services which I never agreed to. Was never told beforehand that the hvac pump needed to get replaced in order to fix the ac. Still walked out paying 980 after taxes,(50 for an inspection btw) the only reason they get 1 star is that they waived the hvac.Its a shame. Been going here for years just to get sheisted. Horrible business, save your money and learn from me, go elsewhere. Their integrity is garbage.

This place is beyond amazing! I came in unexpectedly with car engine issues as I was driving through the area 2 hours away from home. This was one of the few shops open on a Sunday. The customer service was A+ and they were so honest that it makes me wish they were closer to home. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Nathan was fantastic in keeping me informed about the progress of my tire installation and alignment. He even told me that a part that was previously recommended (engine filter) did, in fact, NOT need to be replaced! What auto repair shop does that?! The manager wasnt necessarily rude, but basically told me I was wasting his time with my lifetime alignment I bought and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Tried to sell me things I didnt need and wouldnt do my alignment (I purchased lifetime alignment with tired I bought at Firestone). I always go to the skyline location in Cape Coral, however this location was more convenient today. Make the drive to skyline, its well worth it. Its like a completely different company! Staff is trustworthy and friendly, and they dont try to sell me things I dont need or make me feel uncomfortable.

I booked my appointment through their website. When I went in they said they accidentally double booked. I didn’t mind because stuff happens and I ended up rescheduling. Unfortunately the day of my rescheduled appointment I had to stay late at my work. I called beforehand to cancel. A couple of days later I called them to make a new appointment. I thought talking to an actual employee would make my appointment set in stone. I thought that nothing would go wrong. I was sorely mistaken. I walk in the day of my oil change appointment to find out that they did not save my appointment. They couldn’t fit me in either because they were under staffed.Save your money and definitely save your time by going somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

If you want, hours and hours of waiting, even for simple work, oil fingers inside and outside your clean vehicle, parts coming lose underneath your vehicle 30 seconds after you leave the shop, vehicle returned with hood open, over pricing, and so on, this is the place to go!Also I got an alignment done, I paid 87$ for it, same day, I heard a customer complaint about this high price for an alignment, and the Firestone sales assistant, gives her a discount, so the customer only pays 47$ (wait a minute! Did I just pay 40$ more, for the same work, guess I did).Then I got my a/c checked, this I only paid 35$ for, but another customer complaints about this fee, guess what, he gets the a/c check, for absolutely free (wait a minute! Did I just pay 35$, for the same service, which this customer got for free, guess I did).Im usually a very positive person, and there are several years in between my bad reviews, but Firestone, is definitely not a place, I would recommend to anyone in Fort Myers.

Forced me to buy a new tire after finding a nail in mine. Stated that, it was policy and they werent allowed to patch a tire or put a bad one back on the vehicle. A second time I was charged for diagnosing my vehicle even though they could not find nothing wrong with it. Im sorry but where I come from if your shop isnt competent enough to find the problem, you apologize to the customer and suggest a higher qualified establishment that might be able to help them. Ive personally met people that used to work here and advised against taking a car there.

I waited 20 minutes to speak to a gentlemen about my tires and oil change.For him to look over me to help someone else.Then when I got help by a young lady they began to flirt.Never will I go again.

DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! they dont even deserve 1 star. This is the worst place I have ever been. Staff was very rude. They were driving my car like maniacs. Moved all my mirror and my seat was leaned all the way back.

I dont recommend this location.I saw reviews before hand and seeing new ones made me wish I did not have my car seen.My tire light is on.. My oil light is still telling me change the oil.Everyone looked not happy they looked annoyed and thats not good customer service.

This store is unlike many of the other Firestone locations in a good way. Tom (location Manager) is always on top of the issues and when working with the fleet department is diligent in getting replays for authorations to complete a job. Additionally, after checking engine oil after its been changed its full as it should be. I took my vehicle literally a half mile to their competition next to DQ once. After they changed the oil it was down a quart. Their reply was thats strange, well take care of it. Strange nothing, its stealing from their customers! Also, Toms Firestone has never replaced anything that was not needed. They are gets you in and out as fast as possible, again its not that way at other locations. Tom, keep running your shop as you do. Your customers do appreciate it!

Went in for a shaking steering wheel got a diagnostic tires needed to be rotated and guess what they did it for FREEE just paid 10.63 that was only for the safety diagnostic test and Im happy left with a steady stiring wheel and my hood fixed best place ever😁

Too expensive and caused my check engine light to go on. The gentlemen their will always say theres an issue and there isnt. If you dont believe me go to Grease Monkeys get an oil change. Then go to Firestone a week later then ask if you need oil change. Take off the sticker on window lol. I guarantee they say yes you do. Then they wont even change it they take it back there and dont do it. They didnt even go under U had a piece of black tape over the the cap and that was unmoved meaning it wasnt drained.

2 hrs to do my tire balance and rotation is unexceptable. I will purchase new tires somewhere else. Somewhere that can meet simple requests in a more reasonable amount of time.

I drive from Lehigh acres to this location Kristina the store manger is awesome very easy to talk to and listen to the customer to make sure that the problem if any done right the first time I love the fact that they do not do any work until they clear it with the customer they let you know the price up front with no surprises and if there is a special she will make it known and extended the offer to you to save you money I find it refreshing to do business with a repair shop with great customer service and great prices.

With all the so called managers out there, Ms. Vanhouter goes up and beyond when working with her clients in giving them the best service one could give. She truly cares about her customers and wants them to be satisfied repeat patrons. She made a big impression on me several months back with my car and again with my daughter’s car for new tires and oil change.She’s the BEST and should be recognized for your efforts because she really cares.
