Went in for fluid changed, radiator, spark plugs, and full detail of how to make my car last longer. Tri helped through the process and made the required maintenance upgrade so the car engine/transmission can be revived. Feels like my car is new again after the service. Would recommend him as he been at this location for over a decade.

I went to Tri Auto to get my brakes looked at. I was prepared to drop off my car and have the service done. I was moving out of town and felt I needed to get this done. When I came in, the gentlemen at the front was very nice and came out to have a quick look. He told me I didn’t need my brakes done now, but probably in a year. I greatly appreciated his honesty. I don’t feel like you normally find that in mechanics. My family lives in Fort Myers so in a year I will definitely be back in town to have my brakes serviced here!

My family and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I dropped my Honda Accord off for overheating problems I was told it was the radiator, head gasket, and water pump we paid over 3,000$ and the car was in there possession for nearly 10 days as soon as I left there the car was already overheating again so I took it to Terry winters off Fowler a more reputable mechanic and u wouldnt believe none of the work was done I was handed my water pump and shown the other parts of which all were original and never removed. This place was reported to better business bureau and its ashame the owner is Asian just like us but screwed us over. I pray no one especially woman go here Im afraid u will be taken advantage of. Ive neevr given bad reviews on any one but this just was not fair. I ended up having to junk the car and get another one. Ill never forget this place and I will never recommend them not even to a stranger

Both, me and my husband took our cars here. He was friendly and professional in the beginning but then he became greedy. We found another place.
