I was charged $600 for repairs to have the problem come back the next day then charged 3000 for a new dpf. No credit for the 600 I already spent for them to not fix the problem

Had my 2004 F350 for a week. Cost me $350. plus the tow $150 for them to tell me that I had a bad head gasket and that 6 of my injectors went bad all at once. when I asked the cost they said $8,000 because they havd to take the cab off. I told them that I could not afford that. So Im doing the rebuild myself for under $3,000 with the cab on. My problem is when I started the tear down I noticed that one of my FICM hold down nuts was missing that I know was there. Also my #7 was still unplugged and the IPR ground wire I had to cut because it was on so tight. I guess this is what you get when you decline an $8,000 repair. Didnt want to leave a bad review but has been bothering me.

Kept my truck for 3 weeks lied about the price charged me $1,800 and I had to buy the part from Ford for $500 and my fuel gauge still dont work gave me a starter and a mechanical fuel pump for $1,800 this was robbery Ive had other people tell me it should have been seven or eight hundred dollars and I should have a working fuel gauge the owner should have done something about this I would have been a repeat customer but now no wayUpdate they did refund me 500 for my trouble so the 500 dollar sending unit I bought from Ford was covered just wish they would have fixed the guage but they made a good effort

Request through vehicle inspection when having work done. It appears they missed a pretty notable hose issue that would have showed up if they would have done a diagnostic test. Had to have work done 350 miles down the road.

Have sent a handful of customers to this shop, everyone so far has not had a single complaint. Carl and Jack always do whats right be the customer as stands for the rest of the company.

Worst service gave me one price of $1850 and came back over $3000 truck break down again within the same week after I got it back from them was supposed to be just an EGR Delete on my 6.0 never had a problem before until they touched my truck
