Our experience at Galloway was extremely favorable. Our salesman (Ron) was very low pressure and competent. He listened to our questions and concerns and he knew his product well. He got us a really good deal for our trade-in and there was no endless haggling as is the norm at most dealerships. We were handled well and we will very likely return for future auto purchases!
I wanted to share our experience with Sam Galloway Ford. We received a letter from Ford saying we had four warranty recalls on our Guy Harvey F-150 truck. From scheduling the call for the work to completing the repairs, the process was very professional. The people were friendly and communicated very well to us. And our truck is driving so much better now and its safer. Thank you!
Our sales person, Matt, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to my son with this purchase of his first vehicle. Matt was able to answer all questions and brought up items that we had not thought about. When my son was indecisive Matt was patient and let him take all the time he needed to make his decisions. I recommend anyone buying a vehicle request Matt for your sales person. The absolute best experience for a first time buyer.
I called ahead for an appointment. I told the Advisor what the car was doing. He advised me that there is no longer a fuse to change and the voltage regulator is internal in the alternator. The only way to fix my car is to replace the alternator. I drove there, waited for about one half hour, before he came back out and told me they do not have an alternator in stock.I am not an expert. However, if I tell someone to drive to my business to buy an alternator, and I know which one they need, I think it would be a good idea to actually have that one in stock before telling her to come in.I am also Very unhappy with the 900.00 price tag.And I was told that I will have to make a separate appointment to replace the front brake lines that have been recalled for months now. I would think that if a company cared at all about their customer, they might just make an effort to keep them alive.Not happy
Exceptional management team. They seem to understand customers needs and are very patient with any concerns. You can tell its all about legacy rather than a quick buck. Loved the electronic document signing. Very modern and convenient. Shows that they invest in technology to improve customer experience. My sales person Ron M. was an excellent representation of the Sam Galloway Ford culture. I highly recommend this dealership for your next automobile.
I love my new car ! It was so easy to purchase it from Sam Galloway. I was in a auto accident and broke my leg so it was/is not very easy to get around. I found a Mustang I liked online. After contacting the dealership concerning the interior pictures, I was sent a video by Jeff Rexford showing me what I wanted to see. He & I spoke on email and on the phone concerning viewing the car . He worked around my schedule to show my husband & I the car. I am very impressed on how the whole processed was handled. Jeff even came to my home to deliver the car and we signed papers. It is so nice to be treated so nicely . My husband & I would recommend Jeff & Sam Galloway to anyone that wants a great deal and a simple way to purchase a new car.
For all of us that were out looking for a new 2021 F150 Supercrew Platinum long wheelbase, you know the story. In July of this year, I found only 4 available in the U.S. as follows: one at North Carolina, Scotsdale AZ, Bakersfield CA, northern Fla and one here at Sam Galloway Ford. I immediately reserved a test drive. I was greeted by Keith in commercial sales. I asked him how long it was here? His answer was merely a couple of days. He was forthright in stating that someone activated the auto tailgate release in transit causing damage to the top of the tailgate and the large stainless panel denoting PLATINUM. He also stated that the original buyer went straight to North Carolina to purchase the other available truck. My statement to Keith was : lets make this a scratch and dent sale! He agreed and Sam Galloway went out of their way to make it work.I traded my nearly excellent 2017 Chevy Z71 with a scratch and dent for top dollar and they replaced the damaged stainless PLATINUM panel on the new truck.We negotiated for a bit and settled on a final deal when I asked to retain the damaged panel for the Man Cave and they agreed.In this environment of literally no inventory, especially trucks, they took the time to work a deal. They easily couldve held out for over sticker without any repair to another buyer.Final opinion 5 stars. Sam Galloway performed all promises and is providing great service in this ridiculous environment for a dealership.
Sam Galloway Ford failed me, I took my truck in for recall items. I also decided to have my transmission fluid flushed for $260.00 then new fluid installed. I had to schedule a couple weeks in advance therefore day before service I checked my transmission fluid level and condition,level was spot on condition was fair after 80,000 miles .Owners manual says good for 100,000 miles, well new fluid is better. Well I take truck in for the service and get my truck back I drive 9 miles home and immediately check the fluid, the level was over the full mark in which will blow all the seals out. I then had to remove over a pint of fluid and was shocked to see the fluid was now dirty and dark . I will attach a pic of the fluid, keep in mind only 9 miles after flushing and so called new fluid. I’m furious and will never trust this place. Sam Galloway Ford I’m ashamed of you. People be cautious always verify the work, now I have to get this transmission flushed again and new fluid added.
We love this dealership. Bought our second Ford truck and the process was SO simple and easy. Matt Kaynes was on top of everything and the transaction was sooo smooth. Their service department is always right on top of things and renting a loaner is easy - it’s all right there. I won’t buy any other truck from any other dealer
Purchased a vehicle from out of state. Mike Mendoza assisted with my sales experience. Accomplished everything I asked. Any issues brought up were resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Troy in finance was also extremely helpful and patient. I greatly appreciated the dealership working on the title and registration paperwork to assist in out of state registration.
Doug Hillenbrand is a ture asset to Sam Galloway Ford. We purchased a Ford Ranger and a Ford Escape from Doug and he goes above and beyond assisting the buying and listens to you and explains everything about the vehicles. Doug truly is a great salesman. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to a different location for work. Dropped our truck off because the service light was on, after being told it was throwing multiple codes and they were trying to diagnose it we were then told it just needed a software update and it was not doing what we stated it was. We were also informed this light that was on means theres something really wrong that would make the wrench light pop up, but they cleared it and updated the software and its gone. Go to pick up the truck today, despite them not giving us any kind of diagnosis and the light immediately came back on. We were also informed our warranty had lapsed, which is fine. But were never even given an estimate to repair whatever is wrong, because obviously just clearing the codes and updating the software did not fix the issue. They even wrote too many to write under the error codes that came up. Guess just clearing everything out is the way to fix all the codes it is throwing.

Ive been a customer of Sam Galloway Ford for at least 15 years. Three cars. Ive been a Ford person throughout my life. But Im really a Sam Galloway Ford person because of Mr. Sam Galloway Jr. (RIP) ! I have seen first hand his support to fight poverty and hunger in Fort Myers. He treated everyone with decency, from a homeless person to a business owner. He embraced diversity. So the least I could do to support his endeavors to help people in need in my community was to support his car dealership. This same attitude is what you find at Sam Galloway Ford when you go to service your car. Its not customer service, but the real effort to treat people with respect. I bought my Ford EcoSport about 4 months ago. I love it! I stopped by the Quick Lane for oil change a couple of days ago. Same caring and respectful treatment every time. Thank you guys.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here ( Sam Gallaway Ford. )My experience started with a phone call. I spoke with my salesman Matt Kaynes and told him that i had a bad experience at a different Ford dealer.I explained to Matt that I was looking for a specific new vehicle and if he did not have the right one at this time I would be willing to wait until the right one came along. He checked his inventory and said he had something similar to what I was looking for. After seeing this vehicle it was determined this was not the right vehicle. We then discussed other options. Matt then knowing what I wanted had located the vehicle.There was one option that this vehicle did not have, Matt then proceeded to have that option added to the vehicle and no added expense. The sales process was smooth and Matt was very easy to work with. There was never any pressure and the time required to complete this sale was fast.I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to ask for Matt Kaynes personally.

The sales team that helped me purchase my car was absolutely wonderful. Shelley really makes Sam Galloway a great place to purchase a vehicle and I recommend her to everyone coming to look for a car at Sam Galloway.With that being said, their service department is an absolute nightmare. The team that works the front desk are very polite and understanding, however, Service Advisor Dave, in particular, needs to work on his costumer service. He spoke down to me and treated me as if Im an inconvenience rather than a costumer. I asked him multiple times when, or if, my car would be ready that day and he did not give me a straight answer for 3 and a half hours. Only then did he tell me that my car will not be available to take home. I came in to get a trunk latch repaired and made the appointment 3 weeks in advance to ensure that the part would be available when I showed up for the appointment.If you have him as your service provider, prepare to be lied to and irritated by the end of your visit. If he tells you he will be with you in a few minutes or says You will get your car back today expect to be disappointed. I can honestly say he gave me the worst customer service I have ever had in any establishment.

Went to see the new Maverick truck that we were interested in. Called first and they said it was in the showroom. When we went in salesman said he couldn’t unlock it to see inside. My husband wanted to sit inside as he is a big guy to see if it was comfortable. Terrible policy and we drove a long way. Very disappointed.

My salesman, Justin Beyer, not only went above and beyond before I decided to purchase the truck, but he also has gone above and beyond after the purchase of the truck. To me, that is what separates the good salesmen from just the typical salesmen where all they care about is getting the sale and once they have the sale, you tend to not hear from them again. I would highly recommend Sam Galloway and asking for Justin as your salesman if you are in the market for a new Ford.

The best auto service experience Ive ever had! I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and was immediately taken care of. I was greeted by Dawn (who greeted by name) and was immediately impressed with her demeanor. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with regard to the process. Understanding that the service would take up to 5 hours I was offered a loaner vehicle that was arranged. I was able to enjoy a great cup of coffee in the lounge that was beautifully appointed. Before I was half way through the coffee Jodi arrived with the necessary paperwork for the loaner. She reviewed the contract with me, we inspected the vehicle and before I knew it I was on the road. I would like to mention the amazing job the team did on servicing our vehicle. The overall experience was excellent. Dawn, Jodi and the entire team deserve more than 5 stars!!

I did not experience any pressure for upgrading or adding on extra service. Everything from online appointments to early drop off to check were easy and efficient. I can not believe that I came across Sam Galloway Ford, specifically the honest and awesome salesman, Matt Kaynes. Being a full-time student at FGCU and working full-time, I needed a car to take care of me. I was able to explain to Matt specifically what I needed off of my student credit, and he was able to get me not only the perfect car but a perfect deal.

So my husband takes his 2011 F-150 to have an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Picks up the truck, drives home, 45 minutes away, and the tires are NOT rotated! After alerting the dealership about it he gets, sorry, just bring it back and we will do it. Not only sorry service, but even sorrier customer service!

After hearing some of the horror stories from people about how automobile dealerships Overcharge and underservice their customers, I was hesitant to take my vehicle in for service. I have previously had good experiences from dealerships and decided to give Gallow a try. Much to my delight, my experience was thoroughly enjoyable and unexpectedly economical compared to the prices that other vehicle service providers wanted to charge me. For example, Tires Plus planned going to charge me nearly $1,400 just for front brakes. I left Galloway with front brakes, rear brakes, a new battery, and an oil change for just over $1,300.00. I think I got my moneys worth and I shall certainly be taking my vehicle to Galloway in the future.
A few weeks ago my daughter purchased a vehicle at Sam Galloway Ford. With great pleasure I want to share the experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tami Yost. A friend of mine told her we were coming and she was asked to greet us. Tami was very cordial and professional. Tami introduced us to a salesperson named David Jackson. In my opinion, and I have purchased many vehicles, David Jackson is the best of the best. From the original greeting, to the purchase, David was friendly, personable, respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did not rush us, nor did he over-sell. We never felt pressured with David. After the purchase we had some upgrades completed on the vehicle, and David Jackson went above and beyond to make sure all was well. He kept us informed of the status and followed up often. He did not have to do this. The sale was completed, yet he took the time to to go that extra step. I plan on purchasing another vehicle in the near future, and I will definitely ask for David Jackson. I highly recommend, not only Sam Galloway Ford, but also David Jackson. You wont be dissappounted!

My recent visit and first visit was not as great as I expected from such a big service center. The staff was friendly enough however I felt like the shop good have helped me resolve an issue they encountered during a routine oil change and tire rotation.The stereo shop I took my Jeep for upgrades evidently did not return my wheel lug lock key to glove box I did not realize this happened.Now I’m at the service center to get the rotation of tires and it’s brought to my attention the key is missing I believe that rather than send me on my way to figure it out certainly they could have resolved that situation and safely send me on my way as a first and completely satisfied customer. What happens when a more intense and complicated situation rolls through their gate? Hum!
Still the worst service dept in SW Florida! A few years ago I brought my F-250 in to be serviced and have a door weather strip replaced.... They lost my truck in the vehicle holding area for a day and put in the WRONG weather seal on door entry..... So a few year pass and I have a new truck (2021 F-250) that has a manufacturers recall on the windshield so I thought I will give them another try.... The attendant taking my information tells me that the windshield replacement will take 4 days! and Ford will only give me a loaner (rental) for 1 day! So I plainly explain that this is a work truck and I need to work so I will need a vehicle for the allotted time of 4 days esp since this is a FORD problem and solution not a self inflicted repair. The attendant tells me to not yell at her (which I wasnt) and that a manager would have to approve, for the longer loaner and he would call me. He has not called me in 24 hours (still counting)... So I called Sarasota Ford where I purchased the F-250. The gentleman on the phone laughed when I told him the 4 day repair time that was quoted to me at Galloway Ford and said it would take 24 hours. I have a scheduled time and a loaner waiting when I have the truck windshield repaired due to a manufacturer recall in SARASOTA. Galloway Ford has made it plain to see that my time is better served an hour north in Sarasota.... Galloway is still the absolute worst Ford Dealership. I have been living in SW Florida for 20+ years and this Dealership still doesnt quite understand the facts that there are better dealerships very close that understand customer relations and that people can simply go elsewhere to spend money and not lose a vehicle install wrong parts or IF a manufacturer recall is going to take 4 days not make sure you have a vehicle to use for the quoted 4 day window with out the customer PAYING for the rental for a MANUFACTURER (Ford) safety recall. Still waiting on that call back from the manager too................

I was looking for a car identical to the one I left behind in Oregon. Neil Blalock was the very helpful salesman who drove me all over the huge lot, looking for a car that would compare to my car in Oregon. After a few test drives, I hadnt found anything I loved, so I was about to leave. Neil had been looking at his phone the whole time we were together, and when I said I might come back after lunch, wanted to think about one of the cars, he said, Hold on. Theres something that just came in on the back lot. You wont be able to drive it, but you can look at it. We drove to the back and there it was: a white Ford Escape SE with light fabric interior. And it was a 2015, exactly the age of my other car. And it was cheaper than the other cars I had looked at! I was thrilled. It had just come in for a trade-in, so he said he would call me in about three days when it had been cleaned and checked up. Three days later, I had my new Florida car! Neil couldnt have been nicer and he wasnt trying to push me into anything so I really appreciated him. Hes a keeper, Sam Galloway Ford!

The quality and workmanship of the vehicle was outstanding the communication between people telling you that they’re going to get back to you and dragging things on longer without letting you know it’s very frustrating everybody says they’re going to call you back and nobody ever does finally I got a number to text and once I text there was still a day and a half to two days before I got an answer. I run a business and the vehicle was supposed to be done on Friday and then it dragged on till Wednesday and then I didn’t pick it up till the following day on Thursday still with a part missing that they never told me was missing they need to work on their communication skills with their people
I always have a positive outcome when I take my vehicle to Sam Galloway. The service manager and staff are awesome and I have never been overcharged. I also love that they offer a free shuttle service.
Went for oil change and tire rotation at quick lube. One hour and forty minutes later my car was ready. This is the second time I requested weather stripping repair. Write up person first time said part was on order and I would be notified. Never happened. Just did it again still waiting for response. I am a Ford retired employee and wish they would step up their game.

Thank you Sam Galloway Ford and thank you Ron McQuinn. I found a used truck on the internet made an inquiry and Ron called me the next morning. From the second I talked to Ron I knew I was in good hands. I live an hour and half away so most of my experience was on the phone. Every time I called, Ron answered and had a response to all of my questions. I had my own financing and the bank was being difficult since I was trying to purchase the truck on a Saturday. Ron suggested I try financing through the dealership. So glad I did Sam Galloway was able to save me almost a half percent on my vehicle loan. I was in and out of the dealership including test drive, financing and paperwork in less than three hours. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Went in for a recall on my truck. The service was top notch. Was hoping to get an answer to a noise my truck started making only a week ago, but they said Id have to schedule an appointment for it. I was hoping for at least a guess at what it could be, that way when I do make an appointment, I can at least tell them what it might be, instead of funny noise when I start it cold.Otherwise, I was in and out in a hour and a half, and the staff was all courteous.

Sam Galloway Ford replaced a interior part satisfactory but left the truck dirty with the mechanics trash left in the vehicle. I purchased a Premium Maintenance agreement when I purchase the vehicle which left me with impression that the vehicle would be returned to me clean as when I brought. That was not the case.
I scoured the state looking for my new truck, spoke to many dealerships, got the run around, the stories, and the surprise false pricing promises that often deter many from wanting to purchase a brand new vehicle. It took one call from Sam Galloway Ford after my inquiry to answer my questions without beating around the bush. I went in at 6pm after work, they had my truck ready at the front. I was quickly and kindly greeted and we got to business. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into their building it was an obvious difference in atmosphere compared to other dealerships, and there were actually other customers inside unlike the others. The price was upfront and stayed the same when it came off the printer. They were the only dealership to not hit us with the hidden fees or obscure rebates required to get the advertised price, the same price I was told by another local dealership thats impossible. Every member I dealt with, Justin, Tami, Chris, and his trainee were top notch and obviously genuine people. Even though my work schedule forced me to come in at a later time and hold them up after their closing time, I never once felt rushed or that I was causing an inconvenience. They have earned my future business, I dont care if I have to drive 30 minutes for an oil change I will not step foot at the dealership closest to me again. We are already planning on coming back in the near future to get another vehicle for my girlfriend and are very grateful to have found Sam Galloway Ford.

Every time I think about purchasing a new vehicle I get a bad taste in my mouth. However my experience with David Deardorff could not have been more pleasant. He was personable and professional through the entire sales process, which he managed to streamline from start to finish. When it came time to have my f250 in for its first service and have a spray in bed liner and Roll N Lock installed I called David. I expected him to tell me to call his service department, instead he said drop it off to him and he would take care of everything. True to his word he had it done on time with zero hassle.
