Tony and his staff are wonderful they are courteous and friendly. I have used NAPA for the last 5 years since I moved to Fort Myers and have always had excellent service and repairs, never a complaint or issue.

Friendly service, quick turnaround, affordable, & they went the extra mile. I normally do my own oil changes but was having a heck of a time getting the drain plug off after CarMax had worked on it. Took it in to Napa & while working on getting the plug off & doing the oil change, they saw a small coolant leak developing and put an extra clamp on to stop the leak, just because. Tracey did an awesome job, I will be back for future repair needs!

I have dealt with Tony here for several years, with 3 vehicles. They have always been fair, honest, and timely, in both their advice and their service. I feel valued as a customer here. We have always been given good advice-sometimes fix immediately, sometimes it can wait and even its not a safety issue, so...which I really appreciate! I have even called while on a road trip to get their recommendation.

Ive been here twice in the last three years at this Napa Auto Care Center in Downtown Fort Myers (on Martin Luther King) and am pleased with the service. If you live in the vicinity, theyll even give you a ride home after you drop your car. The first time I saw them back in 2014 they replaced a head gasket and a couple of coils on my 2003 Jeep Liberty; the second time was in Nov. 2016 to change out my power steering line and replace another coil. I called around ahead of time to get prices and these guys are just as competitive as anybody else, and my jeep was finished the same day. I also bought a new set of tires last time I was there. I might have saved twenty bucks on the tires had I gone to the local discount harrys, but it wasnt worth the possible headache. When you get good service, its not always about the price anyway.

Tony is our go to auto repair/service shop for our Tahoe & 77 Vette. Tony has a wealth of knowledge in providing the service anyone would expect. Tony is supported by a knowledge service team. Keep up the good work.
