Absolutely top notch classic car repair (any car for that matter)! John is the best and friendliest mechanic Ive ever met. Excellent and prompt service at reasonable prices. Rebecca is a plus and makes this an ever greater and more remarkable business to do business with. Highly recommend them! You cant go wrong with Greens.

I would like to take my time and share my opinion as an auto enthusiast, who has been working on cars for over 10 years.I had a shop close to John’s and got to know him really well.I believe I have a lot of valuable information to share and contribute with the public as a customer and business owner. There are many, many repair shops, but how do you find the mechanic you can trust? Are you are a car guy but don’t have a garage or passion to work on your cars anymore? And you are asking, where do I take my car?You know, Ill share a little secret, even the big name shops DON’T do the same work. OMG, what a surprise, right?Even a simple job as replacing brake pads, can be done incorrectly. Avoid chains like the PLAQUE. Their service people have ZERO practical car knowledge. Those shops will forget to put oil or tighten the break calipers to correct specs. If you a retail customer, and you do NOT know much about cars, I personally do not recommend taking your car to a big name shops. Why? They’re running a business and are working for PROFIT only! They have no passion and no love towards cars they work on. They’re not car guys. They’re all run by corporations that want to make money off of you. So, don’t be silly, don’t think that a big name shop that charges more will do a better quality job than a privately owned family shop. Service advisors are “sharks”. They will sense your inexperience and will overcharge you and sell you stuff you do NOT need. Why? Because it is their job to bring money in and they make a commission….They spend thousands every month on advertisements. They make profit from new customers, not from repeats. People tend to fall into the false preconception that we have as humans, we think “Oh, he is claiming to be “specialist”, he is wearing a brand namet-shirt, has some useless online certificates hanging on the wall, and a personal desk with a computer- he/she must be an expert”. Don’t be a fool. This is all marketing and business strategies to make you feel like it.At the end, I will share some stories that happened to the people I know. For now, I want to tell you WHY you should have John and his staff to work on your car. What you need to know about John. He is your typical old school American guy, you know what I am talking about? Hard working, honest, grew up working on muscle cars since he was a toddler, someone who prioritizes quality over quantity…rings a bell?I mean, every time I talk to this guy I learn something new.He prioritizes quality and safety over anything else. He will never sell you something you do NOT need. He is in this business because he loves cars and has passion for cars. Every car he gets to work on, he takes care of it as if it is his own car. For him, it is NOT “just another job”.Why am I writing this? and what am I getting from this? Nothing! The reason I am writing this is because I want people to be aware and finally wake up. Just because the shop you are taking your car to has a great location, a nice looking office does NOT mean they have capable and qualified mechanics/car guys in the garage…Big shops make money by doing big volumes, so they have to prioritize time/turn over rate over quality. They hire fresh, unexperienced mechanics who work for pennies and have no passion for cars. You do not want these people to be working on your classic car!Just remember, you want to deal with the owner directly and you want your mechanic to be an enthusiast, car lover, and NOT another for profit making business. His prices are very reasonable. I have taken many cars to him, I lost my passion for cars, so I don’t work on them anymore.u2028I have taken several German and Japanese cars that my relatives own my relatives were extremely happy. This guy owns a gem shop. Don’t let your brain trick you into thinking that small shops are not as qualified as big name shops. He is a nice person, humble, and honest! I wouldve posted more but google says: Character limit exceeded..
