Poor staff and structure. This dealership is not set up in any way to service the vehicles. They do not have the amount a of staff needed nor the concierge the other established Maserati dealers have. Do yourself a big favor, The service is just as valuable as the price and the car. Took my brand new Maserati Almost 100K, only 3 months and a broken speaker, they said they could only get me in to fix it in 2 weeks. And they couldn’t even guarantee it was going to be done or a car to drive me back home. The service was horrifying. Come on you can do better than that. Don’t go purchase here, go to Miami.

This dealership / service center isnt very useful. Not sure what all the good reviews are for unless theyre created by people who work there. The experience started with the phone call for simple help yet they are not willing or able to help. A simple sure...bring it in and well have a quick look would have been enough. Debbie in service also needs a little retraining or even be given the boot to say the least.

When purchasing a high end luxury like Maserati, i always made sure that first and foremost, there is existing warranty or CPO. I shared my information and text with my sales man Scott throughout the whole day to assure that he have answered all the questions i have so when i show up at the dealership, there will be no gimmicks, delay, or BS. I wasnt greeted by flashy welcome or a $10 Latte, but i came here for what i desire, a Maserati Quattroporte. I was in and out the door in less than an hour. I drove 2 hours there and skipped the two other dealership that was nearby me.....Its worth each and every seconds with the warm services i received, and the deal that i wanted. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Maserati of Ft Myers. As you can imagine, servicing a Maserati is no small undertaking. Even luxury sports car owners shop prices and theirs were amazing. Big Shout Out to Leo Salgado in service. He answered all my questions via text in a timely manner before I arrived and gave me the VIP treatment from start to finish. I even had a chance to meet the GM Greg Hood...very nice man. I would recommend them to anyone who wants top notch service!
