Once again, Chris and the crew come through and perform a miracle. This time it was moms 2017 Kia Sportage in triple stage Hyper Red. I was on the phone with H&H an hour after this accident. Business is not a popularity contest. Chris comes from a time when a handshake is a contract and honesty becomes your reputation. I have had my car fixed here twice and quite simply - there is no other choice. This repair was flawless. FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

This is the best body shop in the area. I have used them a few times in the last 2 years thanks to some unexpected accidents. These guys know what theyre doing and are excellent to work with.

Talk about arrogant! They act like they are doing you a favor by working on your car! No customer service skills whatsoever, not to mention the little owner has a personality of a doorknob! Take your cars any place but this rip-off joint. The work takes forever and is substandard to say the least. You have been warned!

These guys did an incredible job. Truck was hit and damaged 4 panels on the passenger side. They completed the job in a little over a week and it looks BRAND NEW. They do incredible work and truly care about their customers. Won’t go anywhere else if this happens again.

Cant say enough good things about my experience at H&H. Chris is great to work with. Results were perfect and the added touch of a small bottle of touch up paint and a car wash were unexpected and appreciated benefits.

My car came in after an accident. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected to fix the vehicle due to the extent of damages done. This became an issue for me because the rental car was costing me a fortune and my insurance was no longer paying for it. H&H was completely understanding of my dilemma and took the initiative to cover the cost of my rental which was $500. Not only that, but my car came back looking brand new again it was detailed free of charge. Its definitely worth the wait to have the car come back done right and not rushed. Thank you guys.

We were referred to H & H by our auto detailer who does an AMAZING job. We were eager to get our car painted. It was not a friendly experience but we let that go as bedside manner was not our main consideration - quality work was. Along with repainting the bumpers, hood, tailgate and roof, we asked to have a leak repaired. They pointed out the poor job our mechanic had done in trying to repair it. We noticed no notes were being taken. Bottom line . . . leak was never repaired at all so we then had to pay another body shop to remove rooftop carrier and properly fix the leak - thus paying for labor and parts twice. I guess because we didnt specify the grill separately from hood and bumper - and we were never asked - that did not get painted. Also the sides of the hood are rough from the repaint - we guess were not buffed or polished. We had supplied new window washers to replace the ones removed from the hood. They were installed but never adjusted - so they dont even hit the windshield. The paint job was beautiful but given the other issues, we would not go back.

Prompt service, gave me alternatives. Even though I chose the lesser price alternative, the work they did was really first class. Ill definitely go back.Friendly staff, and a sleeping beagle as a guard dog!

We are down in Fort Myers on vacation and went out to lunch in Bonita Bay at Docs Beach House where the valet service damaged our truck. It is stressful to deal with damage you didnt cause but to have to deal with it so far from home makes it even more stressful because you dont know where to go. After looking at reviews online we found H & H Kustom body. My husband stopped by today to see what would be involved in fixing the fender. To our surprise they made the time today to take care of the fender damage right then and there with a heat process where they pop the dent out. Amazing! He was so impressed with the great group of guys there how they went way beyond normal customer service. It was such a pleasure to deal with and meet fellow New Englanders so far away from home.... plus they fellow dog lovers. Thank you boys so much for making a bad situation pain free!

An armadillo ran out in front of me and cracked my bumper and broke a large piece off, I was referred here by my mechanic and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Very clean, very professional. He told me it would take about a week to get my new bumper in (2003 Mercedes AMG) and it would take 2 days max to install, paint and fit. He called me about a week later to drop my car off and 2 days later I picked it up. Looking at it now you would never know the bumper was replaced. He used a Mercedes original part and it looks factory perfect. Even better was my insurance paid him directly, all I did was drop my car off, and pick it when he was done. The whole process was totally painless.
