Do not waste your time. Every dealer they are good to sell later Its the biggest problem for any subject. we bought an f350, 6 months ago so far a sliding window they didnt fix. Looking for another dealler

Do not recommend AT ALL ! Went there today to have them fix the bumper area that they promised to fix, written in my contract when I bought the car. Went home with a worse looking bumper. Also went home more upset after the manager mike and the sales associate Lisa yelled and screamed at my mother telling her that the car was fine. Also apologizing to me that my mother was “so hot headed”. The bumper was worse than when we came in. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Wish I were able to post pics on this ad:(

Do NOT get your car serviced here unless you want to spend your entire day in the waiting room. I’ve been here twice now to get the oil changed under Toyota Care and both time it has been a minimum of 3 hours... for an oil change. Just talked with another lady in the waiting room who has been here for 5 hours. What is the point of scheduling a time to get your car serviced if it is completely ignored? Don’t waste your time.

Most dishonest car dealership I’ve ever worked with. They marketed and sold a car online they never had in stock. After requesting and taking a nearly $3k deposit, I was informed as much. Despite being presented with multiple sources of proof contradicting their story, dealership maintained vehicle delivery was imminent. After a month of waiting, I asked for a refund of my $2500 deposit. Buyer beware, bait and and switch game is strong at this location. Shop elsewhere
Dont buy from Autonation. Had a full inspection done on the 2007 Jeep Wrangler I bought. They knew I had to drive it home to Wisconsin. Didnt make it, transmission fluid was low and fried 5th and 6th gear. Had this actually been checked they would have discovered an issue. Email to dealership went unanswered, phone call not returned. 5 day tail light warranty is a joke.

Normally I hardly write bad reviews but I had to share this one . In the beginning of April I took my car in for a routine oil change tires etc . Ok they suggested I should change my fuel pump because of the recall . A week later my 2018 Toyota Camry starts to stutter when I start the car . It kept getting worse and my car completely stops . No I’m sure that my battery got damaged do to my trying to start my car because of the fuel pump . I take it in next day pickup a rental 5 minutes after I drive off they call my wife and tell her it’s the battery and it cost 278 dollars to replace . I bought a vehicle and I was told they would fix the cup holder. I signed the papers and now Im told to use the insurance which will come out of my pocket for the deductible. Im just disappointed on how that was handled.
I kept asking my spouse why weve ever dealt with anyone else. Josh made every attempt to get us a car. I rode in with a terrifically damaged and messed up with a Mitsubishi mirage. Mitsubishi only offered me $1,000 for my trade and it was a MITSUBISHI! As long as I live in SWFL I wont buy anywhere else again. Great team, great customer service. I wish I could give them more stars! Thanks for such an awesome upgrade guys! Keep up the good work!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only were the people I spoke to condescending and apathetic, but not a single associate in the collision center was wearing a mask or following social distancing guidelines regardless of the multiple signs stating it was required to do so. When I called to inquire about this there was a staggering lack of accountability on the dealerships part regarding their ability to enforce CDC guidelines. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. They make me never want to work with Toyota again. Save yourself the headache!

DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM AUTONATION!!Ive purchased two vehicles from Autonation Toyota Fort Myers. Both transactions went well and I dearly loved both vehicles. That being said, I have to give them a 1-star Rating for a recent incident. They sold me a bumper to bumper warranty but when I had problems with my car, they would not honor the warranty. They said my warranty was voided by aftermarket parts on the vehicle. However, I have proof that the vehicle had aftermarket parts on it when I bought it (used) from them. If you read the fine print on the page of the contract which I have attached, aftermarket parts do not void the warranty. But even if they did, that would mean the warranty was invalid since the day I bought the car.Their solution was the cancel the warranty and refund it... but only on a pro-rated basis. Only 65% of the warranty (which I had never used and was invalid since day one) is scheduled to be refunded since I have owned the car for one year of the three year warranty. (Ive only driven the car 2,000 miles in that year, but of course they chose the date of the warranty as the basis of the pro-ration)Its plain to see that AutoNations warranty is a scam. Thats unfortunate. Theyre good people, selling great cars. But their warranty is a scam and I STRONGLY recommend against purchasing it.

I went to this dealer to check out a used corvette for my dad. I drove from miami to north port and back to Ft Myers to show him this car. We came and checked it out very well. I saw the fact that the car had prior paint work all down the side even with a clean carfax. I was still interested and asked to take it for a test drive. The sales man told me that its a AutoNation rule that the cars price needed to be negotiated and a deposit which I think he said non refundable put down and then you can drive the car. How the world can you make a fair offer if you cant drive it. For all I know it could be a pos and I dont want it. I have been to other AutoNation stores and have bought more expensive cars than this and never heard this. I will contact corporate and ask if this is true. I think its something that manager made up. I wouldnt recommend this dealer because you will waste your time. The sales people were nice thats about it.

Shouldnt take waiting inside for 40mins to check in with advisor after scheduled appointment time. Happens everytime, and everytime I have to go hunt down an advisor via management. All desks empty. Waste of everyones time

The worst dealership ever
I have to give Toyota AutoNation of Fort Myers an F for customer service. I had an OK time purchasing a used vehicle from them, and the sales rep was cordial, but I feel like after the sale was in the bag, they dropped the ball and did not make me feel like a valued customer AT ALL. About a month after the purchase, I still had not heard anything from the finance company about the details for making a payment. I called AutoNation multiple times. Spoke with people in the finance department who would “get back to me.” They never did. I called and got their fax number. Sent multiple faxes. No reply. I got the email address of the finance manager. No reply. I called and spoke with the receptionist and begged her to have someone call me back, because conveniently “all of our reps are busy at the moment” and no one could take my call. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. About 3 days ago I finally was able to track down the finance company, call them myself, explain the situation, and got the information I needed in about an hour. AutoNation was too busy to do this simple thing for me, a “valued customer.” Two weeks I tried to get them to help me. Nada. So, take this into consideration when purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation.
May 7 I go in for service. Very few of the employees are wearing masks. No one is giving me 6 feet of space. Moronic!!!! They obviously are not concerned about the health of their customers...... I will never go back. JS
Found a car I liked, sent an email receiived a response immediately with an appointment time the next morning. Arrived at the dealership they had my appointment scheduled Fanny apologized she couldnt get to me and if I didnt mind dealing with Lisa. I didnt mind as long as she didnt. We walked out side the vehicle was ready as promised (hear that Honda of Fort Myers) did a test drive left a deposit came back the next day which Fanny was nice enough to come pick me up, signed paper work for my loan and I drove home my Rav4. Great service, no pressure, best buying experience in a very long time. No attitudes, no BS, even the loan process was laid back. If you are looking for a vehicle go to them you wont be sorry.Mop
This place is the worst place to get a car. I was supposed to receive a GAP insurance refund the beginning of October and have yet to get it in the mail yet. Turns out when I called and they finally picked up the phone it was never processed! Ive called them 15 times and Brandon has yet to call me back when he said he would. Im simply trying to check the status of the refund. Do not take your business here. Unprofessional.

Price is the price, although fairly priced. Brought WRX in at noon for final detail and tank fill. Returned at 6 pm. Tank full but exterior of car was not touched. Not detailed cleaned or buffed. Gotta return another day for this. They need better communication and accountability. Buying a car is not my favorite past time.

They were helpful when I bought my car after my last car was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. I was able to purchase my car with the money I got from insurance and not have to do any financing thanks to their advertising of previously owned cars.
Drove from Bonita Springs while on vacation to look at a car for my son. Treated very poorly by an unprofessional salesman, Aneal, who showed us a car that was filthy inside, empty water bottle and all. He was not the least bit interested in selling that car. He acted like we were wasting his time. A few small concessions would have kept us interested, like cleaning the seats but he obviously could care less. I hope management reads this as they have some work to do.
My wife and I recently purchased a used 2010 Toyota Camry from this location. The sales staff was friendly and helpful, but the good times end there. We were sold a vehicle that has a broken oil drain plug. It cannot be tightened or loosened. It is stuck in place. This somehow made it through their inspection process. Since it is time for the vehicles first oil change since we bought it, we are now stuck with a $600 bill to replace the broken parts. Either they dont inspect their vehicles all that well, or they dont change the oil on used vehicles. They are not willing to help us out with this since it has been a few months... (Why would I get my oil changed any sooner if they said it was changed when we bought it!) This is completely ridiculous and makes me lose trust for dealerships. Hopefully you have a better experience, but I would take my business elsewhere.
I purchased a new 2017 HB Camry last year and the sales person was nice to work with and service is great. Also got good trade in value. I will return for my next car.
I am here now with a couple of simple but frustrating problems with my car and so far, so good. I have been treated extremely well by everyone outside where you drive your car up. I was given a service advisor to help me. We will see how it goes. Now my advisor has fixed both problems at no charge ( warranty), and I am getting one free tire (warranty), so I am buying one for 200.00 including 2 yr road hazard warranty. Pretty good deal I think! I would definitely come here again.
I found a car that I love!! However, I was fed a bunch of lies and tales to get me into a car and come to find out, I bought a extended warranty plan that covers everything!! In fact it does not! On top of that I was told that I would get free oil changes for the first two year and free tire rotations for the two years as well and that was not true either! You only get two free. And those will be used within the first 6 months. Brought my car to the new side for service- I.e oil change and tire rotation and when I got my car back from them there was a bubble in the tire and they told me that I was going to have to pay for a new tire when they are the ones that put the bubble there!! Really!! This is completely unacceptable. I will never buy a car from you again nor bring my car here for service!!

I went there specifically to deal with a person I have been communicating with online. I was told she was off that day, and was referred to another salesman. The salesman took me on a extremely short test Drive. when I brought up how short the drive was, and was not enough to even test the car, he commented I drove this car already and I assure you it is a good car. When I protested, he did take me on a longer test drive. That was strike 1. Strike 2 or 3 comes when, we were talking numbers. He runs me off a copy of some numbers, but would not let me take the numbers home with me. he snatches the sheet from my hands, and tears it up right in front of me. the reason he sites for doing this, he was afraid to let his manager see the actual quote he gave me and did not want to be held accountable for the price she quoted me. he said he was afraid his manager would fire him, according to him, such low numbers behind his ( the manager)back according to the salesman. Now I was born at night, but not last night. nothing is ever done without a managers final approval. looks like I wont be going back there, and I would warn anyone to stay away from this place because of the unsavory conduct that I experienced!
I was waiting since 9am and I had to leave because the staff that I had to attend had not arrived, that is a lack of respect to customers, arrive at the available time. I wish that in the future this would not happen anymore and they would take their work with more respect.

Purchased my first car here. They told me they worked with first time buyers. They did not explain that were matching me with a company that they use to get over on people. They did not explain that I was signing an agreement 26.8% interest rate on car that was listed as $7000 on the lot. with a Kelly Blue book value of $400 leaving the lot. 12 months later I owe $12,175 due to the fact the American Credit Acceptance loan company did not inform me of their simple interest loan plan which means over the last year my payments have equaled over $3000 in interest payments & $560 towards my principal balance. Also Tracy was supposed to assist me after my car was totaled. I explained my situation to her yet she still went & cancelled my Gap insurance without explaining anything to me. I had to do a lot of back & forth for an issue that has yet to be resolved but had this dealership been honest & up front I would not have bought from them. (:

After owning this vehicle for awhile now, almost 2 years, weve come to find out that the CarDax we were given didnt match our vehicle. It had been badly wrecked and sold to us as never in an accident.I was unimpressed by one of the sales managers, who treated me like I was stupid because I requested the back bumper of my car be repainted when it had several places that had been spot painted.When the manager, Carlos became involved, he handled the situation well. My bumper is repainted and Im happy.My salesman, Jay (Boston Jay is what they call him there) was nice and helpful, but at the end was a bit friendlier than I was comfortable with.
Slowest place known to man kind!!!...came for a oil change and had to wait over an hour just to get checked in by someone! Horrible service I ever had! Then when I was finally seen the guy has the audacity to tell me it will be $90 for a oil change and tire rotation...when I use to pay around $40 before..unbelievable!!! Dont ever go here for anything, would def give all zeros if I could...highly dissapointed in this place, total wait time for just a simple oil change took more them 4 HOURS! all they know is how to rip your pocket😒
