Had to have truck taken back into service for proper air pressure correction as never done

The dealer ship made a contract with me and now they say that they cant honor what they promised in writing! This dealership takes advantage of us elderly! This is not the first time that they have been SHADY with us ! Go elsewhere you dont need the hassle your gonna receive, at least we want to help steer you clear of this place cause they dont honor their contracts!!!!
I went with my son to buy a 2018 Chevy Camaro. Vicent Delong was the sales person we went a test drive the Camaro came back and I told Vic to give me some numbers. He came back with the number it was higher than what I wanted to pay, I gave him a offer, right away he told me NO. Instead going to his manager and had the manager make that decision or at lease came back with a closer number. Vicent Delong was unprofessional sales person, the dealership lost a deal and a long term customer. I am never going to send friends or family there.
Homer is the best. He has taken exceptional care of my mother as if she were his very own. This takes a lot off my mind as i live in CT.
Absolutely aweful Service Department. Called to make appointment for product call back on my F-150 Truck. Guy told me it takes 2 to 3 hours. Made The appointment. The dealership sent an email in the email had the correct day with the wrong time. In the email it had a phone number to cancel or make changes to the appointment. The phone number in the email was the fax number . Called another number on an old invoice and finally got the correct time that I needed. Took the truck in and they said they might have it done in six or seven hours, or the next day. Went to find the manager in service but, the staff said the communication system was down and he was nowhere around, so I left a message with the concierge. 24 hours later I still do not have a phone called back and of course he is not in today.Called the concierge for a ride to get my truck and they were supposed to be here at 7 o’clock this morning. Called them at 7:05 AM and they said they were just going to call because the car to pick me up to take me to get my truck, wouldn’t be here till maybe 8 AM . There are many many more mishaps to this process but I won’t bore you with them I think I’ll go look at a Toyota Tundra.
Am always informed upon arrival of approximate wait, as well as anticipated departure. Very pleasant experience on all returns to service dept for upkeep.
These guys are just great. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed. They always detail it before we pick it up

I am so over Sam Galloways parts and service department. I called Friday, December 14th at 10 am and never received a call back. I also stopped by in person on Saturday, December 15th, at 8 am and was told that James would call.me in regards to my question - no call. I also called that same Saturday and was told I would get a call back from Heidi. Guess what? NO CALL.The lack of respect for their customers time is astounding.If you want customer service, stay away from Sam Galloway Fords service department. They could care less.

Unfortunately my feedback has change from this trip to Sam Galloway Parts Department. There was false information shared, failed call back and ultimately customer neglect. It saddens me to have to change my feedback based on one experience but it was and still is (never called me back after extensive conversations) a poor experience.

We take our Ford vehicles here for service, it’s okay, but would rather go to the Ford place in Labelle, Florida but they do not have the diagnostic equipment that is needed at times.,
