Terrible experience!!, he was scheduled between 1 and 2, at 2:30 to replace our dishwasher. we called and he said it would be another hour. At 4pm called again and he said he didn’t have the dishwasher and that it was in some wharehouse and he wasn’t coming. The thing is, he had approval from the homeowner to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and simply purchase a new dishwasher but he chose not to and couldn’t even give us a call to inform us he wasn’t coming! I definitely do not recommend!!!
