ABSOLUTELY A JOKE!!!HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH TO GET MY HUSBANDS OXYGEN DELIVERED ... WAITED AND WASTED 2 DAYS AT HOME AFTER BEING TOLD THEY DELIVER ON MONDAYS, THIS IS NOT INCLUDING THE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS THAT WE HAVE MADE TO VERIFY HE WOULD FINALLY GET HIS OXYGEN..MONDAY COMES AND NOTHING. DRIVER IS SICK, BUT NO PHONE CALL TO SAY THE DRIVER WONT BE THERE ..CANT FIND THE ORDERS AND HAVE MORE EXCUSES.. JUST SICK HOW PATIENTS GET TREATED THAT NEED THE SERVICES. THIS IS NOT A JOKE AND JUST SICK HOW NO ONE CARES ABOUT THESE PATIENTS!

My wife and I planned a trip to Florida and was in need of oxygen conentrator. When spoke to personal stated no problem just give us an address and we’ll make sure there will be one for you. When we arrived no concentrator and Don Paul was no help stated that if we want to drive and pick one up that was up to us. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We’ll be finding a new service company when get back.

A ridiculous company. Save yourself some time and dont even consider these guys. My mom is on oxygen and shes had the worst trouble communicating with these lazy people.
