I’ve recently visited fort lauderdale on vacation and wanted to get a printed shirt. this blond lady said it would be $10 for the shirt and $5 for the design. I got two basic crew neck shirts and a small sticker. the lady took my card and never offered me a receipt. now i know why. i was charged $67 for these two shirts. hope it gets shut down

Tank tops are great, so comfy and they fit perfectly. Best part, they print customized shirts on the spot, really fast with about a hundred options. The staff is fun and enjoyable. I’ll definitely visit again next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. complete scam. They try to make it seem like certain crew necks are advertised as $12.99, for plain crew necks. I liked a crew neck that they were selling in the front, but they only had them in size S. A blonde lady approached me and said that they could get me the size I needed for the crew neck they had on display, which was a simple “fort lauderdale” design. In no way, did the blonde lady mention to me that the $12.99 was for the crew necks alone, and to add a printable design it would come out to an extra $30.00. Meaning I purchased 2 crew necks and added simple printable designs and I also purchased a bathing suit for $24.99. I was expecting to walk out paying maybe close to $50-$55, I walked out paying $123.00 for what was originally advertised. They charged $14 for tax, as if they didn’t charge and scam me enough. The crew necks were extremely low quality, and not worth paying $43 per shirt. While I was about to purchase, she never even gave me a price and immediately snatched the card out of my hand without telling me what I was paying for. I walked out of the store, & saw I was overpriced and they said all sales were final for the crew necks since they were “printed out” and already stamped on. They said for the bathing suit, I could exchange, but not receive a full refund and said I could get store credit. I’m not from Florida, so the store credit had no use for me as well as the exchange. I just wanted my $ back because this place is a complete scam and NEVER mentioned to me that adding a design was an extra $30, they acted like they did. Do not even consider going here, you’ll be scammed and make sure you read the fine print. They really try to get you here.

I unfortunately did not think to look at reviews before buying from this place. They will scam you. I was told $5 for prints and $12.99 for tshirts. We bought two tshirts for $88.87. They push you to buy everything in the store and follow you around until you do. I didnt even think to check the receipt because I have never encountered a business that charges however they please at the register. No itemized receipt so you are not even sure what they charged. I will never get my money back but I can only hope they go out of business.

Very dishonest! False advertising! My complaint is the exact same as everyone else who has reviewed this hole of a store. Do not buy here. They prey on tourists coming and going on tight schedules in hopes that they dont return to dispute charges. They dont give you an itemized receipt. We bought two t-shirts one small and one large. The sign says $12.99 for a plain t-shirt. The smooth talking blonde lady pointed out some prints and said they were $5 so we decided to get two prints. I also bought a pair of shorts and matching top ($39.99 and $34.99 each) and five different trinkets that were between $5 and $15 each. Our bill came to $231.72! My fault for not disputing right there because I simply trusted them. That night my son and I started going through the items (some of the price tags had been removed) and doing the math. I figured the outfit I bought was the expensive portion so I tried to find an itemized receipt. Nope, they didnt give us one. I found their number on the receipt they did give which just had the total. Called and no answer; vm full. Go figure. I noticed some of the other reviews state they tried calling with the same outcome. The day we flew out, we had some extra time so for peace of mind we returned to check the price tags on the outfit. It didnt add up. So then I spoke with the same blonde lady that helped us and she looked perplexed. I asked if I could get an itemized receipt and she said it would be too difficult. I explained I felt deceived and asked if there was any other assistance they could offer to help me understand the charges. She tried showing the prices on the t-shirts and I said no, the misunderstanding is the prints. You said they were $5. She said, No! I never said that! They are $25 depending on the size of print! I was floored. I didnt want to cause a seen because I was there with my teenage son so I gave up and walked out. I filed a complaint with my CC company. I am also reporting them to BBB.

I FOUND A BED BUG IN MY SHIRT. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING the clothing was so overpriced. My four-year-old child was BIT by a bed bug. Please do not go there, SAVE YOURSELF!!!

Complete scam. Beware of anything that does not have a direct price on it. It will state it is $15.00 on the rack, but they mark it up to $25.00 if it has a design on it. The blonde lady is a smooth talker and will try to talk you into buying stuff that is grossly over priced. Dont go here. They do not deserve to be in business.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE! Even though the signs say $12.99 for the design shirts and shorts, theres a tiny print on the sign that says plain which means that is the price for clothes item without any print on it. Be careful and ask for the FULL PRICE when shopping here! My wife got 3 items (2 shirts, 1 short) and it cost us $132! When I pulled out my credit card, the lady just took my card and put it into the machine and I immediately asked wait, how much does it all cost? and she responds, oh, Ill tell you after everything processes. She pulls out the receipt and makes me sign it for $132, and that was when I see the total price. I told her I want to see the itemized receipt and that was when I saw 6 items being charged! She apparently threw in an extra sweater without us knowing. And then charged us an extra $35 for design on the shorts and shirts. So, here is when the story gets worse! I said no, we didnt want the sweater so take that off. She pretended like she thought we wanted it but we clearly put it back on the rack and she just grabbed it without telling us. Now, she is processing the refund for the sweater of giving me back -$35 but instead she CHARGES me another $35 and tries to make me sign the receipt without realizing it. (she knew what she was doing). I had to explain to her that she just charged me instead of refunding me. She played dumb and had to take my credit card again for the 3rd time. She finally got it right and it just became a horrible experience. Heres the kicker, once we left we realized that the lady never took back the sweater that she refunded and it made us feel better because screw them.

Stole from me.... I bought a pair of shorts that were 2 for $20 and a $15 bowl, she took my card never told me the total price, never had me sign anything, never had me put my pin into the machine... When I got home and woke up the next morning I realized I was charged $71.62. This store deserves to go down! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!

I’ll put zero star if I could. Never go to this store! Very misleading. Bought 2 sweatshirt and a long sleeve shirt. Price on the rack says “$19.99” so I took the sweatshirt with prints on them. Then she said it was a display and that My daughter get to pick what She wants for print for $5. So my daughter picked a small round print, then she talked to my daughter that the big print matching the small print would look great on the back of the sweatshirt. So she got excited and said yes but the lady never mentioned that it was extra $25!!! And she did and picked all the prints on the 3 items I bought. And I found out all about this after she charged my CC $170! What a rip Off!

I bought a red bikini from this very courteous and helpful lady yesterday. I believe it was the manager of that store. She helped me picked out the colour and size of the bikini. I was very impressed how knowledgeable and helpful this lady was. Keep up the good work and I will definitely shop there on my next trip!

Huge Shame they are not upfront about the printing costs, I would’ve have been ok paying the extra$25 for the print had he been honest.A cheap nasty tank top cost my partner over $50 and I was not even printed straight . The owner was rather pushy in continuing to try and sell us things and offer us extras. Hence a last minute decision for my partner to buy a tank top was because we had assumed it was the cheap prices advertised around the store i.e 12.99.I was happy with the vest I bought as I wanted a specific design, but to persuade us to buy more is immoral and what I thought was going to be about $20 ended up being over $150. I wish we hadn’t paid and just walked out as he was so dishonest. Up until that point I had been satisfied with the store and service provided.. I don’t understand how business owners like this sleep at night, please just be honest. You’re obviously dishonest because you’re exactly aware of your mind games and psychology in sales you’re performing and you are fully aware your business is overpriced hence why you don’t display correct total prices.Just beware of karma and the fact you’re ruining honest people’s vacations that they can barely afford without you robbing us blind!

THIEVES!!! WORST STORE EVER!!! The blonde woman manager i do believe the man is her husband basically stole from us. They told us the T-shirt was $12.99 and the screen print was $4.99 then charged us $37.00 and claims I was aware the screen print was $25.00!! Then when we left we checked our bag and there was a $25.00 item missing. When we went back she said oops!! THEN she gave us a smirk and leaned behind her counter and gave us my friends hat!! She stole my friends hat!!! They sold similar ones in the store but this one was slightly different. Once she realized we were on to her about the price of the print and the missing $25 item she must have realized we would eventually come back for our hat! UNBELIEVABLE!!! CROOKS!!! 0 out of 5 stars!!!

Dont even look inside this store. Run!!!! I had to give them one star because otherwise I couldnt make others aware of this scam. They have signs out with one price on T-Shirts with the print screens on the racks. When you go to the counter to pay they let you know the shirt is $12.99 but the print screen stickers on them are $5.00 and up. Ok... Once you pay it turns out the print screen stickers cost as much as the cheap quality shirt!!! I bought 3 toddler t-shirts $12.99 each plus an additional $12.99 for each sticker. The guy at the counter never mentioned the stickers were $12.99 each. I ended up paying $82.67 for 3 size 3 shirts!!!! What a scam.

$104.79 for 3 children shirts under age 7! Ill never forget the owner saying how much he loved his new credit card machine. We could not see our total of the sale. To late... Already paid and I was ripped off. Shirts cost more than I paid at Disney in Orlando. This man didnt even know he charged a ridiculous amount to our credit card for shirts for children extremely abused that were placed in our home 1 week before our vacation. Karma is coming for you! They deserve negative stars. A scam. Cost $80 for a hoodie and a tank. The screen print on the hoodie covered the pocket and sealed it closed. The prints started to peel almost immediately. So disappointed and disgusted by this business. Should have read the reviews before shopping here.

Had an enjoyable experience. Ordered a custom shirt with the picture of my cousins dog for her bday and she loved it. Got some Fort Lauderdale hoodies too. Service was great and they were very friendly. Definitely coming back next time I visit Fort Lauderdale!

My husband and I went yesterday and purchased $200 worth of gadgets for friends and family. A sales person by the name of Nick helped us and was very nice. We returned today to buy a few more things, asked for Nick and the owner asked “Why Nick? What do you want?” We simply said “Nevermind!” Turned around and walked away. He chased us out of the store, calling us cheap f***s and telling us he doesn’t need our money. He obviously does and is bitter about it. He is extremely unprofessional, looked drunk and was even slurring! It’s a shame that such a jerk has a store in a nice strip where many tourists visit.

I purchased two shirts at this store. I was told the t shirt was ten dollars and the design was ten. When I checked out the two shirts came to almost $80. These were basic t shirts that you could buy at Walmart for under 5 bucks. My friend also was mis lead the very same day. The lady lied to our face and I felt stuck because she already made them. Decietful

Beware their iron on shirts. They are cheap shirts that they trick you into buying for big dollars. $12.95 for the shirt and $25 for the iron on! So you end up after tax with a $40 t-shirt that would sell for $15 anywhere else.

They completely scammed me the other day. Told me one price and charged me another. Also took my credit card and charged stuff to it without even telling me prices for things. I left the store mad and crying. Would never go there again.

These guys are a blight on the area. Unfortunately unsuspecting tourists find themselves overcharged here. If you discover the overcharge they will have an explanation and if your still not happy about it then they will insult your intelligence and belittle you. They have 2 shops at least.. they city should do something .

These $10 glasses broke after I walked out of the store by pushing them up on my face. They wouldn’t exchange or refund with receipt of course. Just a cheap item store, but not even worth it to get glasses for the day.

If there was a - star I would give 5 minus star, I bought 2 shirts,,,$19.99 each (plan) no print my total was $52.98 Broward Co. sales tax is 6% the total should have been $42.38 they added $10.69 Instead of $2.40 tax,, there is no line item showing the items and the sales tax just the $52.98 I am making a visit back there to get my difference back and will write a review then, I am also reporting them to the Broward Co. tax fraud

Horrible!! I wouldnt even give them any part of a star. They scammed my girlfriend and I the other day. Went in for a sweatshirt and the guy said he would throw 2 shirts in for free and only have to pay the $8 print for each. Didnt tell the price and took the card out of my girlfriends hand and swiped it in the computer. Ended up with a $110 tab for what we were told would only be $50.

Buyer beware. Will charge extra without telling you upfront. There are hundreds of tshirt stores around, go to one of those. This business is a scam.
