ITS BAD AND SAD WHEN YOU WORK TO A MEAT STORE AND HAVE TO STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMERS I DONT LIKE TO COMPLAIN AND I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FROM GENERATION AFTER GENERATION AND I HAVE PURCHASED CASES OF RIBS AND NEVER HAD ONE OPENED UNTIL I OPENED IT BUT TODAY IT WAS AND I HAVE BEEN NOTICING IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING CUT YOU DONT HAVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR WHEN YOU GET HOME I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 5LBS AND 10LBS ITS SAD THEY HAVE GOOD MEAT AND ItS CLEAN INSIDE BUT TO TAKE AWAY SOMETHING YOU KNOW THATS NOT YOURS IS STEALING SAD! Best meat store ever I remember it was really cold and the owner went and got me one of their jackets. It was crowded and I was leaving the same owner wrote down what I wanted I went to the supermarket and came back everything Was packed nicely I’ve been going there for over 23years I recommend them staff always friendly ♥️💜

Went on Sunday, total kaos in the store. Most of the customers were polite and took numbers to be helped. Some, took numbers, then cut in line and were helped by the employees behind the counter. We had ticket 74, they were on count 28, and people cutting. Only one employee was using the ticket number system. The others were creating all the problems with taking meat orders. Absolutely no training or customer service at this butcher shop. Will NEVER return, TERRIBLE service.

One of the meat cutters need training and common courtesy, he will call your number and while youre walking up call like 3 or 4 more and have the audacity to get a attitude. He act like hes auctioning meat off.

This place sells bad meat. The USDA needs to come and inspect this meat store. On 2 occasions I have purchased mear here only for it to be bad and the response I got was that the meat comes in bad and thats how they sell it. Very rude, unhealthy, and very uunprofessional. DONT BUY MEAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!Update: USDA was contacted and they will be sending the health department there to investigste and inspect.

Great place and clean but today there was a gentleman with a red hat very incapable . Screaming express lane . I see he took care of people that came after me . I politely ask him what system is he following because customers need to get a number . And he did not know what to say just kept on asking 3 items or less . I am guessing that taking care of the customers that buy less makes money for them . And the worse part he is incapable of talking to customers either . Just knows how to scream express lanes and run behind the counter .
