Place is nice set up and has a lot to offer. However the young lady was not very pleasant.just had simple question and got an attitude. When something is at a price and I feel its abnormally priced I wasnt doubting it I wanted to be informed and on top of that it just seemed like she didnt feel like having a customer. So I left knowing 2 things. First I dont even know what the name brand was and I wish I did so I could research it but I know Ill be able to come across it cuz I am interested... Second and most importantly I most likely wont go back.... So nice shop but not good customer service...

Chris was a HUGE help! I went to get a new glass for my pen, but he did not have them. So, he gave me a GREAT deal on a new vapor pen which was even better! The pen I bought was from a different shop, and was not nearly as good as the pen I have now. The staff was great, helpful and considerate of what I needed. I absolutely recommend this smoke shop for good pricing and great customer service!

Bought three Puff Bars. Called them a few hours later and asked if I could exchange the flavors and they said no. For what reason, I couldnt even tell you. Unopened packages and they wont take them back for an exchange. Do yourself a favor and go down the street and get 3 disposable vapes for 25$ and not pay 12$ a piece here. Damn corona cutting off my normal suppliers.

One of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my whole life to date!!! Went to this place looking to buy tobacco for my pipe. The girl at the cash register & the guy inside the store who I assumed was the supervisor or manager or whatever he was never greeted or said anything to me while I was inside looking around the store. Talked to other people but apparently I was invisible to them.I would give them a negative rating if I could.I would suggest that you save your energy time and money and go somewhere else.

Hi, my friends and i rented a hookah from this store last week. While we sat there using it we overheard the manager and the owner talking about how they bribe their friends with free stuff into writting good reviews to make up for the bad reviews they get.Then they talked about how they sell illegal drugs to the public and how the lure minors in to have sex with them.Their service wasnt good and their quite expensive merchandise breaks almost immediatelly as my friend who purchased an item from them has just found out.Edgar Francisco Dipuglia is the owner, hes from NYC, and works in real estate.We were visiting from Boston and nobody has returned our phone calls about a refund or free replacement of item.Very sad they treat tourists horribly.

They could have more variety these seemed more like vape show now...

The store is small but has an extensive supply of Vapes, Vape juice and vape accessories. The people that work there are helpful and polite. The prices seem very fair and competitive in my opinion. The employees that Ive ever dealt with actually seem like they know something about the products theyre selling. Ive been in too many vape stores where the employee cant answer half the questions that have simple answers. It can be very aggravating when you want to buy something but you need to find more information about the item in question before you spend your hard-earned money. Many employees will make up an answer instead of just saying I dont know or asking somebody else. When the one employee I spoke to couldnt answer my question, the other one could and vice versa. Overall I recommend this place not just for Vaping needs but other items they sell in the shop. I only go there for vaping needs so I cant really give a fair report on other items in the store.

If you are ever in a similar situation (and I hope NOONE EVER IS) keep calm, do what you can to appease the CROOK & give a statement about whatever you remember so the P.O.S. gets caught!
