Living in South Florida for a few months now, at which time I began my first BMW lease. When I heard that a perk offered was free car washes at the service center, I immediately took part. I routinely visit this service center for quick car washes. But when my vehicle encountered it’s first mechanical glitch, I met John. He and the service crew quickly helped me out. So far so good. Nice to have a “guy” to contact in case of anymore funny business goes down with the car.

I went to the service center today to buy parts for my 2000 BMW 323ci Convertible and Wesley Meek (Service Advisor) was a great guy to advise me where to go to pick up my parts. Once I made it to the parts department Ronnie gave me excellent service and the parts were cheaper than Advance Auto Parts. The only negative part was they had dealer cars parked in the handicap spots. Im on crutches so that made me have to walk farther. Excellent service from both guys and I will be back. My rep was so nice at first and when it got down to me being a bit smarter than what they think a female should know about cars the masks came off !!!! My first experience with BMW Service department was excepcional. Tom walk me trough the actions to be performed to my vehicle and helped me with some questions about iDrive features. The attention was prompt and very professional. He also got me a ride to and from a place a needed to go while the car was being serviced. They brought me the car clean.

I brought my M8 comp into this BMW service center/dealership and was assigned a service rep named Scott Weinbaum. My car is kinda of rare so a couple parts needed to be made up by their manufacturer in germany. I can tell you that Scott Weinbaum provided me with the Absolute BEST customer service anyone can ask for from any company. I cant say enough good things about Scott. He made this process a true please. He also gave me a nice loaner for the entire time my car was waiting for parts, etc.. THANK YOU SCOTT. You are the BEST!

HiI don’t know why, but they can’t give you a price for labor. Or if I ask a specific question about my car they don’t know.For example:Oil in transmission, how often do I need to change it. Belts, labor. Sparks, labor. Water pump, labor. Front brake prices and labor. Rear brakes and labor. Firmware updates, extended warranty extended service and more.Each question take a lot of time. I was advised my trunk seal was damaged causing water to go into the compartment where my computer is, this of course was a red flag. A new battery and truck sealed would cost 💲 1,500, I agreed believing my issues would be fixed and save me from additional problems. I was mistaken! Water is still filling up my computer compartment, I’m forced to put a blanket to soak up the water. I was deceived! I brought my car to what I thought was a trust worthy establishment only to be taken advantage of. I’m highly disappointed, I could’ve went to a moms and pops and received better service, I wanted a peace not more issues.I’ll update my review as I plan to return to the dealer to resolve this issue.

I rolled in on a Saturday looking for an oil change with no appointment, they accommodated me also I was not able to stay based on how long it was going to take. But I wanted to give two thumbs up for their willingness to accommodate me. Good job. Ill be back and Ill probably buy a car from you. The service was outstanding and Darrell kept me informed on a daily basis. Things were fixed that I didn’t know were not working properly (a testament to the thoroughness of everyone involved). It took a long time to get service and its an absolute rip-off. Dont waste your time, I dont recommend this to anyone. After quoting me nearly $4000 for a service I can get done elsewhere for $600, they proceeded to tell me I have to pay $299 for diagnostics if I want to pick up my car. This was not made clear at all when dropping off the vehicle. Very disappointed, Ill never go back.

The BMW dealership of Fort Lauderdale turns out to be the worst of them all!They will do everything to convince you to buy their cars with the “ extended warranty” which is practically a joke.When there’s some problem with the car nothing is covered, and the warranty that they’ve worked hard of selling you is worthless! It covers almost nothing! It’s better not to waste money over it.The staff members are rude, careless. They are not trying to help when a problem arises.I will never buy a car from the Fort Lauderdale BMW dealership- it’s a waste of time and money.On top of that they also overcharge the repair prices.They gave me an estimate for the repair, plus parts and labor, and when I called their Parts Department they were able to sell me the exact same part that was needed for the repair for almost 50% less than what the Service advisor quoted on his estimate. This is unbelievable!

The manager, Todd, is pompous and pretentious. He displays 0 leadership skills and you can see that reflected on his unhappy, unwelcoming and unenthusiastic staff. The best way to describe him is to compare him to the character from the Titanic, Caledon Hockley (the man Rose is supposed to marry before she meets Jack) and specifically the scene where he finds the crying little girl and uses her as a tool to get his spot on one of the life rafts, but you’re also fully aware that he probably turned her in to an orphanage once they got to the states. He will smirk his way through all of your concerns and when finished will just give you a corporate style answer and proceed to do absolutely nothing to actually address your concerns. The store itself has a very concerning high turnover rate, specifically with the technicians; I’m assuming for mistreatment based off the managers character. Hell, in one of my visits I actually witnessed one of the technicians come out to the lobby to just flip him the bird and then quit! The new techs that come in are “trained” and thrown into the fire way too quickly, which would in turn explain the also high comeback vehicle rate they have. “Comeback vehicle”: when the technician doesn’t do the work right the first time around and you have to make a lovely trip back to the dealership. All in all, you feel the low moral and gloom that looms throughout the dealership. I will say however, that the advisors are lovely and do try their best to get your vehicle through the shop quickly but often it seems, and through little fault of their own, that even the simplest jobs take longer than it should. Probably because they can’t keep a consistent staff and are constantly short handed. Since my last visit, I have switch to BMW of Delrey. I have to drive further now but rather waste a little more gas and put a couple of more miles on my car but have exceptional service which is what I’ve been getting in Delrey.

We are unfortunately here regularly but our Service advisor John is always there for us and always hears us complain to take care of our needs anyway that he can. He does his best to get us a loaner and to make sure our car gets fixed. Hes empathetic to our issues and seems as upset as we are when things go wrong. We text him at all different times and hears us out. I couldnt recommend a better service advisor.

We went to this BMW service point, we met with one of the agent there named Albi, we ask him to fix what ever needed to get fixed in order for us do drive safely in the car.So after a couple of hours the agent text us and told us about all the Repairs needed to be done in the car, we talk a little bit about the price, he Allegedly give us a discount and then we agreed on the price and about all the thing that needs to get fixed.After 2 weeks (During those two weeks, every day my husband ask the agent what about the car and when is going to be ready, and every day we get the same answer that “tomorrow” it will be ready)Eventually the agent tell us to come pick up the car everything is fixed.My husband drove all the way to them, when he arrived the car was missing parts, when my husband asked about the missing parts they told him that we left the car like that, so my husband told him - that there no way And ask him check their Security camera.The agent check and like we said we came with the parts and they’re the one that lost them.So he ordered us new parts instead of the one they lost .My husband pay the bill and drove from thereAfter 10 minutes of driving all the Engine light was turned on!!!!!!!!!!I immediately Text the agent and day after I drove all the way back to themThey Check the car and the day after the agent texting me that there’s another, new problem in the car that needs to get fixed.I really no longer trust them, I insert my car with 3 lights on and after 2 weeks without my car and after 2400$ payment, I got my car back with the same light on, with missing parts and with a “new problem “.They are unprofessional, I feel like I got scammed!!!

Currently waiting for my Mini “second date”. Let’s just say this place makes me feel uncomfortable. There’s signs everywhere asking and telling people that masks are mandatory. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many employees are walking around without the mask covering their nose and mouth. I love BMW of Fort Lauderdale. There are no other dealership that can compare or compete with you guys. Anna is the best; she is very professional and she keeps me informed on the progress of my car. I have been with a few different BMW dealerships over the past 5 years. I have been getting my M5 serviced at BMW of Fort Lauderdale for about a year now. This is by far the best service department of ANY BMW dealership I have been to! My Service Advisor Scott Quick always takes care of me with VIP service!! Scott is always professional and courteous. Scott and the team always make sure to get me a loaner car when I need it, and I dont have to wait around for an hour! Earlier this week my car needed service. I was in a loaner car, but really needed my car back by Wednesday for a road trip I was taking. Scott and the team made sure the service was completed and went above and beyond and had Brad from the dealership actually drive my car to my office to exchange cars so I could get on the road by 10:30!! Great job guys and greatly appreciated!! I have no reason to EVER do business with another dealership! I highly recommend getting ALL of your service done at BMW of Fort Lauderdale!!

I was in Fort Lauderdale for a cruise and my Service Engine Soon light came on as I crossed Alligator Alley. After I returned from my cruise, I went to BMW of Fort Lauderdale for emergency, walk-in service to determine the problem. Anna was the service advisor who greeted me and took excellent care of me throughout the entire experience. Since it would be several hours before my valve cover gasket and oxygen sensor could be replace, she put me into a brand new X5 as a loaner to explore Fort Lauderdale so I didnt have to be stranded in the service center waiting room. I really appreciate all Anna did to make my experience as pleasant as possible and to get me back on the road to Tampa early enough so I could still get home at a reasonable hour.

I’ve owned a BMW for years, time to time I have issues/maintenance requests with my BMW. Wes from the service department is who I would recommend to anyone. I’ve been dealing with him for years. He is always very professional, attentive, follows up with either emails or texts. This service department is very consistent with fast efficient service. We had many problems with our 2019 X3. They were all taken care of, even though some were not under warranty. The car has less than 12,000 miles. I sent my assistant today to change battery of my car and get estimate for sunroof fix, and brake service. Battery change took about an hour and a half and you would think it would be long enough time to put an estimate together. You would expect that BMW dealer service would give you a professionally put estimate but instead I got scribble on the back of the business card. They refused to give printed estimate.

When I took my car to your shop for my idle fluctuations issue, I paid $225 for a diagnostic and was advised to change a bunch of parts to fix my problem, so I replaced all the things they advised me to change and still not fixed! Then last time I was there I paid $300 for a software upgrade. Did not fix my car. I moved to Tampa shortly after and took my car to reeves Bmw in tampa and the shop Forman did not even want to touch my car because he said there is no fix for my idle fluctuations. It is a known DCT issue. I don’t think your shop is interested in fixing cars, your to busy trying to make money then actually fixing customers cars. You got me for $500. Tell your manager he should look into this and refund me. How about that. Oh but that would be out of the question wouldn’t it. #stealership

So far my experience at this dealership has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s very chic, and quiet. With a cafe area that is clean and inviting. Always get a car wash with every service. They are very weird. I was on my way to the service station Yesterday. When I called the number listed in google map, the service representative told me that they reduced the hours of work and already closed at 4:30, and there is no way to pick up my car from the service after 4:30. I was able to be at service at 4:45 to grab a vehicle. But the representative says they already closed and nobody will able to return my vehicle. And today everyone in the service tells me that they are open until 5:00 pm and they have no idea who could say to me the wrong information yesterday!

This place is okay. Hit and miss when it comes to service appointments. But you can always count on Anya, make sure to choose her as your preferred advisor. She is always there and you can rely on her. Other than that its nice to have free coffee.

Worst worst place on earth, took my car in for a few recalls I got my car back a 2 sensors was disconnected, missing bolts, engine cover was not put back properly, coolant hose not reinstalled properly (car leaking coolant)Worst mistake I’ve made in my life was to bring my car there.
