I was very short on time and I had a nail in my tire. After being told by Firestone that it would take about 2 hours to get my tire fixed I went to OK tires and they fixed my tire immediately. They were very nice and friendly. I live in a different state otherwise when I needed tires I would definitely buy them for OK tires.

Good to repair a tire, please do not ask them anything more than that. I asked them to remove the tire spacers, the first one has been removed with an hammer destroying the aluminum spacer and scratching the tire support, the second spacer were not able to remove and they stripped the spacer nuts.At the end they have had to reinstall the damage spacer on the other tire and they send me away!Disaster...At least they did not charge me...

I made an appointment on Friday around lunch time for a 4 wheel alignment to get it done first on Monday morning I dropped my car off around 830am I returned to pick up my car and there was a white hummer on the alignment when I was first then it comes to my attention the other guy is white of course privilege like always if your black or latino do not spend your money in places like this.

I will say if you want your classic car to drive like new, then you cant go wrong here. Theyare super professional great staff treats youlike family. My 1979 Lincoln Continental Flat Top coupe is a rare classic and no one else can have you on the road with confidence. Im telling all my fellow classic car owners to bring their car to the guys that know everything their is to know about your cars or trucks . Front end guys Glen and Scott are the best in the business.Thanks for keeping me in a safe classic automobile.

I showed up with a blow out from I-95, after driving on the rim for about 6 miles or so. They put my spare on in less than 15 minutes for me, ordered the new tire (was a special order), had it the next day for me and I was back out the door in about an hour (it is first come first served though and I had good timing)The staff is super nice, communicated with me when they could get the tire, and called me as soon as they had it. This was my third visit to this location. They also change my oil and other regular stuff. Im very happy to have found a place where all the staff is really nice and helpful.

I had to order some new tires for my Mustang and when they came in, I called OK Tire to see if they would be able to get in me in today. Glen said it might take a little bit right away but penciled me in for a little bit later in the day. I was in and out with two tires mounted and balanced in no time and at a great price.Definite thumbs up from me to the team at OK Tire and will be returning in the future.

In & out within 17 minutes. Pulled a nail out, put on an inside patch & checked the air pressure in all 4 tires. Made my day so much more pleasant. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Price was perfect.

I live close and they are very responsive and honest. I have been there many times. This time I had to go somewhere else because they acknowledged that their tire machine was inadequate for my wheels on my Mini Cooper. Rather than risk damage, they suggested I go somewhere else, and didn’t charge me even though they had wheels off already. They do the best with what they have. Shop could use a makeover though.

Very honest and reputable people. Quality of work appears to be impeccable. Theyre the only Tire facility that I have found that still shaves tires round (truing). I would highly recommend Ok Tire of Fort Lauderdale to all.

In an emergency situation i called and they say they would wait for me... I show up 15 minutes later and they left... Closed... Didnt let me know... Why say wait and get you to rush there to find out they closed and left anyways... Waste of time... Not reliable... Unprofessional... Stay very far away... Too many other dependable shops to spend your money with...

I came from a cruise at Port Everglades to find my car with a flat in the parking, we change to spare and drove to Firestone on 84 (being that in my town, Orlando, they have great service)...but was treated horrible at Firestone down the road (you can read my review of firestone), I came to OK tires, they were AMAZING! greeted us with a smile, fixed our tire, and even when above and beyond to add air to all the other tires without us asking, and attached our spare under the car, without us asking either. Fast, friendly service.

My favorite shop for quick service. Patches and plugs, done cheerfully and fast, fair prices. They are almost always busy; while I havent bought tires here, many folks do. They manage to hold on to competent shop staff, also; their experience makes difficult problems simple.

The MOST HONEST shop in Town!! My Jeep had a slow leak in the rear tire and I pulled in and got a price for a new one. He ordered it but when they pulled off the original tire they called me and said that the tire was good and just needed a interior patch. Saved over $200. BIG THANKS to OK Tire. True Pros!!

I had my truck worked on before I drove it to Detroit from Fort Lauderdale and I asked them to check everything when I say everything I asked them to check all fluids, air filter, spark plugs and also asked them to make sure nothing is wrong with rear end and that the gear oil is where it should be and they told me everything is where it should be and I am safe to drive to Detroit. Mean while I picked up my truck from having them fix the wheel bearings and oil change and other stuff and Scott Assures me everything is where it should be and made it clear to me that my truck was safe to drive to Detroit and I asked about the rear end and he said that it was safe to drive and they checked it... so I went home and in my drive way it starts leaking oil everywhere I call Scott and they tell me that they had so many cars to fix that the mechanic was in a hurry and stripped the drain plug and they couldnt fix it tell they get time which could be a day or more.So I trusted this company to fix my vehicle and to make sure it was safe to drive then I ended up on the side of the road because my wheel bearing went out and having to get a tow truck and rental vehicle to make it home now my truck is in Akron Ohio because I trusted OK Tire to fix everything which they said they checked air filter which I ended up buying one in Savannah GA because they never even looked at it because it still had the original one in it when I bought the truck.

Some people that rated OK Tires and talked bad about Scott. (You need help) You had to pissed him off some way. Well let me tell you one thing Scott he is very cool guy and helpful with the problem that I had with my truck and one other thing when I was there Scott was kind enough to help one of his customer that didnt have enough money to pay for the repair basically Scott took a loss for that day but it didnt faze him one bit. The customer was happy and that was awesome what Scott did.

This is the worse shop ever. They have horrible customer service skills. They arare not making any money so if they break something on your car they will. Not take responsibility. They have been doing this to people for years. And Scott seems miserable and is ready whenever anyone has a complaint to argue that everyone is wrong except his business. I do not see this shop being open much longer. There are 2 other tire shops on that same street go there instead! The mechanics are Shade Tree. Scott is the nastiest person ever and the white lady in the office is just as nasty. I am contacting the attorney general and taking them to court!!!

Ive just spent a bit of time reading past reviews and Ralph L really sums it up. The old days are over! Ive known this guy over 30 years and today he looked me in the eye and said hell pass on the job. He started researching four working days ago. The part is 3 days out im told on monday . he gets the part on wed and KNOWS its not right.(Im hoping to get it done wed.} no call So thus. am I call and of coarse now Im at the back of the line and he tells me to come in at 11;30. This job is a gear shifter problem on a Ford truck that he Scotty, told me he new VERY well and had done it before. I get there at 11:30 sharp and he picks up a box, pull out the wrong part that even I knew... Upon seeing my reaction he said hell pass on the job. IM flabbergasted.So unprofessional Ive got a vehicle I limped to him and hes telling me to !!!! off. Well pal,,, never took you as a bridge burner . Bob Moore

Two thumbs for Oldman Glen and Mr Scott next level shop very organized and top of the line.

Must over watch or they will not do it correctly.Had TireRack ship rims and matching metal valve stems to OK Tire. I had to work. Sent a friend with shipping invoice and quote estimate. Explained all items on shipping invoice and instructed them to make sure OK Tire verifies everything came in and correct. I returned from work and rubber valve stems were installed. I asked why. They said they were not shipped. I asked why didnt they tell me? I was texting to friend the whole time they were at OK Tire. I had to make calls and coordinate actions to correct.Im personally back at OK Tire, now. I brought the valve stems and instructed the tires have to be re-balanced, due to change in weight of metal valve stems. I should not have to tell tire guys that. I watched from the shop and the tech was about to put the first tire back on. I asked if he balanced it. He said in a condescending way as if I was stupid, No. I told him the wheels need to be balanced. He got up in a huff and marched to the office. Pulled up the work ticket. Saw to be re-balanced. Threw the work ticket in the trash. Stood around for 10 minutes microwaved some food and ate before balancing the wheels. Its 10:30am.I Dont need this display of attitude when Im back here on my time during a work day, for their mistake.I would NOT recommend OK Tire. Unless you know what they are supposed to be doing correctly and you can personally oversee them.Now the tec is stopping to talk to other techs and people pulling in. Taking as much time as he can. It worked. For a 30 minute job. Car in the shop from 9:55 to 11:25, 1 hour 30 minutes. Finished and didnt tell the office he was done. Started on another job. I had to tell the office and get my keys.

Was just here at the ok tire shop about a month or so ago and the shop is very vclos by my house and convenient to get my car worked on I really appreciate the professionalism and quick response and seemingly honesty of workers Glen and scitS always have been gentleman with me and I had my engine motor mounts put on and alignment and I was very impressed by the way I didnt have to wait overnight and I went home and I got the car within a few hours time and great priced I went back to ok tire on satuSatu and had Glen look at the car for me and I keft the and my car was running fine I started stalling out and I har to keep startibg the car just too drive back home once I was able to get back home I opened up my hood and I Saw that all the oil was gone all kver ghe engine and I noticed that he girgof to put the oil cap back and I filled with oil and! my car is still stalling

They do not deserve a rating at all! I took my car in at 7:45 am for my ac and a lead of coolant. I heard nothing so I called at ten and Scott said they were just going to bring it in. I heard nothing so I called again at noon. Scott said he didnt know how far they would get into the problem but it was low on coolant and that he would have an estimate for me when I picked it up. I went to get it at 2:00 and it had never been moved from where I parked it! No estimate, nothing after 6 hours. It is in the high 90s and I still do not have ac. It is a hardship alone just getting there and back but to have NOTHING done is ridiculous! I will tell everyone I know not to use this shop!

Scotts Grehl sucks.I brought my tire in to have a nail removed and one of his new gang banger employees gouged my factory truck wheel. Gone are the days of Wolf and Hector and polite courtesy service, now Scott is running the place into the ground and hired cheap incompetent staff who cant even fix a tire.I gave Scott an opportunity to fix the wheel and he got very defensive and assured me his new guys are the best, keep saying that to yourself Scott. He damaged my wheel further by polishing off the entire paint and clear. I then found a used factory wheel for $250.00, but Scott refuses to pay for it and told me in an email A sign is posted on his door that says he is not responsible to damage to customers vehicles.Scott Grehl is a scumbag, liar and a coward. Stay away from his OK tire or risk having one of his punks damage your vehicle and then Scott tell you he isnt responsible.Spread the word and worn others.
