I came in for an oil change (bought on Groupon) left with brake pads and rotors. Going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist, you going for one thing and you come out with something else. But the staff here are great, I felt like my car was in good hands it was taking care of. The service was completed in a reasonable time frame. But Im going to need a 50% off special for a tune up before I return.

Really great service & most inexpensive full synthetic oil change I’ve ever gotten. I went in during peak hours on a Saturday & honestly expected to be there a while when I walked up & saw how busy it was but I was pleasantly surprised. Brought my car in because it was misfiring and the check engine light would not go off. They told me it was the O2 sensors and that they were going to change them. I was under the assumption that that would fix the problem. When I got my car back, the check engine light was still on but I drove it anyways because they said that the problem was fixed. Over $500 later, my car is driving worse. I took it back several times now Im told I need a transmission. $500 of my hard-earned money is gone and the problem that they took the money for is deal going on. In a situation like this, the owner should at least offer to give a refund or partial refund. if the customer is not satisfied, why keep the money? I dont recommend these people to anybody. Well at least not anybody that I like.

I came in today to get a full synthetic oil change on my 2013 Mazda CX-5. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. I was in and out very quickly. This is a family owned business, which is very important to me. They have a waiting room that has vending machines in case you feel like munching on something while you wait. I would recommend this place to any family member or friend of mine! Check it out!

I came here initially for my brakes, my screen showed that I needed to change the rear brake pads and Midas was highly recommended. I’ve gotten them changed recently else wear so I was confused why that was showing up on my screen. Antoine was professional very personable and honest which i respect and appreciate so much. He let me know that my breaks were fine and it was sensor issue, they’re honestly great and I’m sure if I went elsewhere they would have charged me an arm and a leg for the heck of it. I thought Atwon was a good business man. The staff is very lazy. I took my car for oil change, I was persuaded to get my breaks down. Before the rotors go bad, I was like OK because welders are expensive so if they are not low then we can change the brakes. Manager advise yes. My breaks was down, I called back to advise my breaks are ver low and they are not supposed to be that way. Atwon in I test drove my car. He advised it’s good no worries. I trusted that. A month later I need rotors when I just spent $392 On breaks at Midas. Took my car back yesterday and today. I was told there is no time. I need to leave my car. Why leave it. The business abs workers can’t be trusted. I’m very disappointed, however I will be up there Monday morning. With my 2017 White Corolla Toyota

My car indicated that my tire pressure was low, so I took it to Midas for a free tire refill. I am so happy I chose Midas because they observed that my vehicle needed new tires and that was the reason my tire pressure signal kept blinking.Two mechanics advised me to get new tires because the tires I had were very old and worn and could be dangerous for the road. The entire process to change the tires took about a half an hour and the price was very reasonable.I decided to purchase brand new tires but they had an option to buy used tires as well which were very reasonably priced. Everyone at Midas was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend using them again. Also they followed social distancing protocols well.

They can repair things yes. They are good at that but, I was told I needed new roaders and tires that were like $1k when I was going in for something totally different. I then took my car up the street to a tire and break place where they quoted I had a ton of life left on both. So… Be very weary on their upsales and suggestions on fixes. They are not trustworthy in that and because of that I will not be going back.

I normally dont have time to get almost anything extra done during the week because I work so much. So when little things like an oil change and a rotation of my tires come up that I need to take care of, I just drop it off at Midas, go grab a bite to eat for 30 minutes to an hour, and come back and everythings done. They work so quickly and efficiently especially when you schedule an appointment. I was able to get all that done during my lunch break and they always do a wonderful job.

This car care center is excellent. I drive out of my way to go here when I have work I dont want to handle myself. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly. They dont just look at what the computer says and charge you that. They have experience and know how long things take. They quoted me an excellent price for strut assemblies and brakes all the way around. Theyre my go to for car repair and maintenance.

I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years. Nothing like having a trusted mechanic through four vehicles. Chubby is honest, thorough and an all around gem. Highly, most highly recommend.

In 11/2020 Adam told me that purchasing a starter from this Midas would not only be cheaper than the Honda price I was given, but that it would also include a “lifetime warranty.” For me, this sealed the deal and I purchased a starter from them.However, when I looked closer at the receipt once I was home, I noticed that this “lifetime warranty” was nowhere to be found in the description or otherwise. Instead it only said that certain parts come with a *30 day warranty.*I figured this was just a mistake and went back to the Midas the following week asking for some kind of documentation for this “lifetime warranty.” The manager Michael told me that Adam was out for the next few weeks and that I would receive a call as soon as he got back in and could confirm the warranty.I never received a call from anyone. I called back a month later and was told that Adam was still out due to some kind of injury. I asked the manager if he could call Adam or do something to confirm the warranty and give documentation, but he insisted that he would not bother Adam during his break.I asked him to give me a call back as soon as Adam returned, and to clear things up. He said he would “put a note in the system” and have Adam call me back as soon as he returned...It is now 5/1/2021, 5 and a half months later, with no call, no explanation, nothing. To me it feels like a bait and switch. Nevertheless, I won’t ever be returning to this Midas or any other.

This place was awesome!! I went today because I got a nail in my tire and called just 5 minutes before they closed to see if they could patch the hole real quick. They stayed open for me and took careful of my tire right away and very quickly. These guys were so nice and helpful so I will DEFINITELY be going back next time I need anything for my car and for my next oil change. Great service, nice and helpful guys working there. 10/10

I was 1,000 miles from home with a flat tire. I was on the road in under two hrs. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly. I would highly recommend this Midas for any tire issues.

Went in for scheduled oil change and left almost 2 hours later. Didn’t have the filter for my car. My car is very basic so I found that to be a little bizarre but things happen. Almost 2 hours later it shows up, they put it in and I finally got out of there. Longest oil change of my life. Contemplating coming back to this place in the future. I will say the staff is decent towards their customers but they need to do better at getting cars in and out in a timely manner

I came in, was quoted 30 mins to get 2 tires changed. I went across the street for a meal, and it was ready when I got back 30 mins later. Shout out to Antwan Ringer for the outstanding customer service. All for a better price than the last place I had 2 tires replaced.

Set an appointment to get an oil change. My car immediately went in the air and they started work on it. Found out the last place I took it to did a terrible job with my last oil change. They showed me the leak that I had which was causing my car to overheat. Replaced the plug that needed to be replaced. All of this work for less than $100. Great place to go and fast service!!

Even though my Grandson decided not to use their services, (too much work needed at once,) they were extremely accommodating and understanding. The even took the time to try and arrange financing, but sadly, an18yr old with no credit history and a new job didnt qualify. I would recommend this place otherwise.

Was here three and a half hours, mind you I asked if it would be better to come back when the car was done. They said it was a quick fix and not worth leaving and coming back for. Three and a half hours later and almost $300 more than I was initially quoted they informed me that MY PARTS HAD JUST ARRIVED. THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY PART HAD JUST ARRIVED. They gave me a $34.08 discount to « rectify » the situation when they could have just informed me the wait would be longer than expected when they realized it! Wasted over 4 hours of my day for a service I was told would take less than an hour to complete. Again I’m not mad the service took longer, I’m mad they didn’t keep me updated or at the very least tell me to leave and come back to pick up the car when they realized they had to order a part! Owner was very apologetic, but at the same time it was a very easy fix once they realized they were missing a part! He said he would « make up for it next time » but I honestly don’t know if their will be a next time for me at this Midas. Just communicate to your customers!

Horrible customer service! I went to checkin for my oil change and was told to sit down they would be right with me. I waited 45 minutes never acknowledged again!!!!

They went above and beyond to fix an issue that came up from a prior service, at a reduced price. --- I had come in with a broken axle previously. The repair was completed and included a tire rotation. Following that service, my rear passenger tire began to made a horrible grinding noise. It was the break pad scraping against the rotor. I brought in the vehicle and the manager oversaw my repair personally. They made good on the repair that day and only charged me a minimal cost (for parts and diagnosis). Thank you, Midas of Fort Lauderdale for making sure your customers are properly taken care of.

This place is horrible and a rip off. I came here to get my crankshaft sensor done I brought my own part and the man at the front desk which is a con artist told me that he recommend me get the part from them because my part was cheap I still went with my part and it wasn’t working correctly the next day. I came back in and he laughed and told me that my part was cheap when I went outside one of the Machanic which I’m not going to say the name told me he would do it over for a cheaper price at his spot I ask him would I need to buy the part from them he said no you can keep that part which let me know they did something wrong on purpose. Also they are a rip off they tried to charge me 800 for a alternator and a battery issue then I said no and they bring the price down to 500 I still declined because that was too much . A alternator is only 130 I went to another shop they charge me 190 for everything this place is a scam and over charge. They also try to make you sign up to a insurance company that pays for your service and you can pay them back which was another scam people said that company takes random money out their account every month. This place is horrible

Went in for a quick oil change. They were busy and every single bay was full. Only took about 45 minutes and cost $70 for full synthetic! Thats $20 cheaper than most places around. Tried to sell me new tires (which I need!)but wasnt pushy about it when I said no, which is a breath of fresh freaking air. I will definitely go back to them for future work. Maybe some new tires too!

Joe is a hands on kind of owner that demonstrates hands on professional experience as a mechanic. He is involved in every step of the repair work done.I was in town to buy a used car and was referred to Joe who helped me on a vehicle inspection without an appointment and no notice. He stopped what he was doing and devoted his time to making sure I was making a good purchase.After this inspection I was confident that I could go through with the sale.He really takes his business serious and operates a great auto repair shop. I highly recommend this Midas shop.

Having had a bad experience with Pep Boys on Sunrise, I spent some time online reading reviews of area mechanics. When I came across Midas reviews, they were impressive. The few low scores had professional responses that seemed genuine and logical to why they wouldnt of performed the services. No one is perfect, but they worked to resolve the issues and take ownership!I called the shop and spoke to Justin. I explained what I heard going on with my car, what Pep Boys had recommended be done ($1,100.00). He asked me to have the car dropped off, which I did.When I arrived I was greeted by Jason. I explained my frustration with Pep Boys, and I was willing to pay for services, however want to ensure services rendered we actually part of the problem and needed to be addressed.I left my car, and when I received a call, they explained my a/c fan had been installed backwards, it was overheating, and had pushed into the radiator, causing the fan to break, the radiator to leak, and thus the car overheating. Seemed pretty straightforward.They gave me the costs, $800 and change and made the repair. When I arrived I was greeted by Kyle. He was the mechanic that repaired my vehicle. He saved the parts that were broken, explained thoroughly what went wrong and showed me.The car is now running good. Why it is disappointing after using Pep Boys for several years to have the level of dishonesty these past few weeks, it was refreshing to find a new mechanic. I realize they may not do everything perfectly, but they take ownership when something is not done correctly, and have the willingness to correct it.If you are looking for honest, hardworking, willing to admit fault mechanics, please consider Midas! Kyle, Jason and Justin were top notch!P.S. we are 99% sure there is no a/c leak!

My car broke down in Sunrise. I had it towed to sunrise MIDAS. They said my engine was shot and it would cost $5,000. We did not settle for that. So, we got it towed to affordable car care in boca raton. They said the problem is the evaporater. Which would cost $85. MIDAS in sunrise ripped us off. Affordable car care in boca raton is the best. My parents go there as well as other friends of ours.

Joe (owner) is always honest and upfront. They keep their promises. Very Trustworthy. BEST Repair Shop in Broward. The auto techs are knowledgeable. The Front Counter guys: Albert and Scott are awesome. Theyre even open on Saturdays! I recommend MIDAS.

I took my Toyota Highlander for an inspection because of a noise that was coming from the front end they check it out and gave me an estimate. Expensive but the repair will have to wait if we get it done.
