Soooo, I actually didnt get the tire job that I needed done that day, a separate problem beyond the stores control. But I have to say the owner and his wife (who took care of me at the store) went far and beyond to help me! I called the evening before and asked if they could check my air conditioner the next day as i was planning an out of town, several day trip. Alex told me to bring my car in the next morning at opening time. He quickly greeted us and the diagnostic and repair was completed in less than an hour. Super professional, great value!

This afternoon I was checking on my car because I smelled a weird smell. I found out that the radiator had a very small leak at the top. Since I need to get this fixed ASAP I called the first shop thats local to me. They was available and was able to fix it within the next few hours the same day. The manager named Alex were very professional and the mechanic was willing to expect it before giving me a default price or trying to charge me extra. Definitely would recommend going and I will be going again for any future services.

Went to this shop for the first time for an oil change today- fully expecting the usual mechanic experience of “oh look there’s a million things wrong with your car”. Instead, I got a courteous, efficient professional named Alex who informed me my car was good to go, sans the loose battery (which he tightened). Trustworthy guys, quick turnaround. Had a blend door replace on my vehicle and the wrong part was installed. Alex the owner is refusing to correct the issue. I’ve had a manager from another meineke and team Chevrolet location call him and make him aware that the wrong part was installed incorrectly and they will fix the issue but it falls back on Alex and his mechanic so how is he willing to pay? He tells the manager at meineke he will refund me or pay the dealership to fix the problem but when team Chevrolet calls Alex he cuts them off and don’t let them speak and tells them he have what he’s needs to know and calls me to say the side that is malfunctioning is not the side he fixed which is a lie. The manager at the 901 N. Andrew Ave location FL is a manipulator and he’s a liar and tries to fast talk you and very unprofessional. I would not recommend using this company at all for repairs. Alex also charged me 3 hours of labor for a 45 minute job that his own mechanic told me straight from his mouth and my car had been finished and sitting for over an hour. I took my vehicle in at 12:00 and did not get it until 2:30 when is was ready at1:00pm I walk down to the shop because it was a mile from my hotel and see my vehicle out in the parking lot at about 1:50pm. I then call to see what they would tell me and the mechanic said oh it’s been ready. Alex was away from the shop at the time. When he arrives I ask why hadn’t anyone called me and told me my vehicle was ready that it was then going on 3:00pm because me and my brother in-law had been arguing with him about labor hours. I was still charged for labor hours of work that he did not do and was told I had to pay for two mechanics. Himself and the mechanic. The mechanic then said a third time that it took no time to replace the part

I took my Jetta R Line in expecting to need need brake pads. I also had a nail in one of my tires and expected to need a new tire....But to my very pleasant surprise, they explained to me that me brake pads were fine, and the squeaking was due to weather changes! And they were able to patch my tire, rather than have me buy a new tire!High standards in this center! Wont fix something thats not broken just for the money. THAT is called integrity.Highly recommend this center and its employees.Thank you

Well, that I can say.i do not recommend this place. I took my car because it was hard to turn on, they changed the whole piece of the key. They gave it to me and I still followed my car, I called the man of the workshop (Alex) and he told me that he had no space, no time for my car. Once you pay and make a claim there is no room for you. I lost $733 . It is to date and the man has not even called me to see how I will move my car and send it to pick it up at my house. I dont recommend it,

I Got my coil-overs installed here on my car by Sebastian on a Saturday. They got to my car almost instantly and were very communicative upon my arrival back to pick up my car asap. I definitely would recommend and use them again also pricing is fair.

I was able to make an appt for the next day. I went in for an oil change but I suspected I would need some repairs due to a burning smell coming from under the hood. Alex was very helpful and transparent from the beginning in regards to what needed to be done and what could wait. He physically showed me the leaking oil and coolant as well as parts that had melted and needed replacement. He was able to get all of the parts needed and complete the repairs on the same day, which was great since I had a road trip planned the next day. I left feeling confident that all my cars immediate issues had been repaired properly and it’s been about a week since and my car is running great! Highly recommend especially if you are a woman that doesn’t know much about cars like myself.

I took my pathfinder to meineke after another mechanic told me I needed to have my catalytic converters replaced and quoted me over 2300.After speaking to Alex on the phone and describing what was going on he told me that was most likely not the issue and to bring it in for a diagnostic.I only needed an o2 sensor and an EVAP purge solenoid. Total being just a little over $700.Had the work completed and have had no issues since.I highly recommend this Meineke. They are honest, Got the repairs completed quickly and are highly reliable.

First time going to shop. It was very good experience. The husband and wife that run the shop were awesome. Their customer service was on another level. The service was on point, went in for a tune up, and I also had another problem with my ac compressor,then they did everything they could do to solve the problem without having to replace it. Even customers boasted about the shop to me when I came in. While I was there a customer showed up with doughnuts to shoe his appreciation for the work they did the day before. I wii be back.

My old Highlander Hybrid had been sitting outside near the beach for over six months during the pandemic. I called Meinecke at Sunrise and Andrews in Fort Lauderdale. Alex sent out his crew who started it and took it back to the shop. The work needed included 4 brakes, battery, exhaust repair, radiator hoses, oil change. Seaside rust was a complicating factor. I got it back in a day and drove it on a long trip without incident. The guys were courteous, professional and good humored throughout. The price was fair and I got back a solid car--very happy with the work.

I actually first came to this care center as the previous tenant did an air conditioner repair and was still under warranty. They fixed my air conditioner at a good price. I later developed a problem with a brake locking mechanism to prevent my car from rolling backwards when on an incline and shifting into first. They identified the defective part that had to be replaced and corrected the problem at a very good price. In all cases they made it clear as to when they can get the part bring the car in and it will be repaired. This was not an easy repair that required a number of test drives and adjustments to the part that was preventing my wheel from rolling. This was again handled very professionaly and at a fair price. All repairs have been made and I intend on using them as my cars Primary Care Physician for all my car care needs. I highly recommend this car care center without reservation.

On Monday August 3rd I visited Meineke at 901 N Andrews Ave. Oakland Park, FL 33311 for a 12:00 Noon appointment schedule Oil Change. While waiting my friend and I walked and had lunch near by and returned about an hour later which was after 1pm. Upon returning my car was parked in the same place but I was unsure if it was complete or yet to be touched at all. I waited in the lobby as I hear the owner and his wife in the office behind closed doors screaming angrily and I wait but I was unsure they knew I had returned so I knocked to ask the status of my vehicle. The wife opened the door and said, “ We know your here, one moment.” And closed the door to continue. I waited and once she returned she said that my car would be up next and I can wait in the lobby. I asked to prepay and did so, then I waited. Finally the owner comes to take my car back and a friend of his shows up and he is chit chatting so much and talking loud and immature while doing my oil change. Closer to 2pm my car was complete and I was able to leave. Due to the unpleasant atmosphere and unprofessional demeanor of the management and level of service I received was completely off from any Meineke experience I have ever had I decided to leave an honest review online to express my experience.After leaving Meineke my car was smoking a lot and I was concerned so as I was out running errands I pulled over and stopped at a shop to schedule an appointment for the earliest opening which was for the following Monday and I also needed a headlight so it was convenient. I was not aware this was an issue related to the oil change because I didn’t expect that type of service. While waiting on my car appointment my car was giving me major issues and stopped on me in the middle of the street! My battery light came on and then the car stopped! I parked it until 8/10/2020. On Monday August 10th I had the appointment to have my car evaluated and they explained that they discovered my oil cap was just there and not tightened at all and fresh oil was dripping from the open oil cap all the way down to the alternator below which is what caused my battery light to also come on and my car to stop in the street as I was driving it! This experienced and knowledgeable shop recommended Me to call the person who did my oil change to tell them what happened and the cap hadn’t been secured after my recent oil change. After learning what happened to my car it makes sense to me know so I called Alex Bruni who is the owner of the location I had my car serviced for the oil change. The first thing he says is, “Yeah I seen your Google Review...” and instead of listening to my issue of what is happening since my visit he’s yelling at me rudely. Once he pauses for a second I’m patiently trying to explain to him what has happened and he was not trying to understand or listen or accept any type of accountability and he said because of my review he refused to help me or ever service my car again. My only step is to reach corporate to address this major unprofessionalism and inexperienced business owner who has caused mechanical issues on my vehicle. Do not go to this place if you do not want your car messed up like mine did!

Went for brake check and some noises when I put on my AC. These guys did an awesome job...as for the brakes all it needed was some adjusting. I also needed a new AC and power steering belt. They were honest and did exactly what was needed for a great price. Friendly service, great place, great price! Brakes are now tight and no more AC noises!!!

Do not go here. This place is beyond a scam. Had my car for over 2 months tried saying all this stuff was wrong with it and it ended up only needing an alternator. They ended up breaking a bunch of other stuff while they had it which they had to pay for to get fixed. I also thought I had my oil changed here only to bring it somewhere else and find out they never even changed the oil. Todd the manager every though he will try and tell you hes the owner which hes not is a complete ass and scam artist. Puts in a great customer service show telling you hes giving you discounts until you question him then he becomes a complete monster. I had to go thru corporate and had a lawyer and was going to sue to get them to pay for everything they damaged. I wish I wouldve read all the bad reviews on this place before taking both of my vehicles there. Just an FYI corporate will do nothing they say its up to the owner that they have no say in anything. It wasnt until the lawyer was involved that things happened. Go to Sears in sunrise and us1 they are great and at least there you are backed by corporate if something goes wrong.

I just want to say Thank You! This new location is really nice, The new employees are great. Thanks you Meineke for upgrading your facility here in Fort Lauderdale. The technicians went out of their way to explain everything to me. I had my car at the other location and they could never get my car to ride correctly, It had a horrible noise over bumps. All good now. This is my second visit since they moved, I just left the facility and wanted to show my gratitude.

I came here for an oil change. The service was questionable. The manager pushes you into unnecessary purchases and get rude when you decline doing them. Fake claims on what needs to be fixed to increases prices. This establishment is a scam. Will not be returning here.

I have an older car and issues come up. I’ve dealt with quite a few different car repair/maintenance places in town but never again, from now on I will always bring my car to the Wilton Manors Meineke. Today I got a quote from Tires Plus for a new starter and Meineke did the repair for almost half of what I was quoted at Tires Plus. Marlon is a straight forward guy and I trust him (which is hard to say of people in the car care industry). I definitely recommend this place.

Ive been going to Meineke for the last six years and Ive never had a problem. I walked in at 12:03pm to request an oil change and was turned down to it being his Saturday. I understand it being a weekend day and closing early, but to be turned down with their business not closing for another 57 minutes. As I walked out the door, one mechanic asked me he wouldnt do it? Obviously this associate would have gladly completed the service for me. I will not be back to this location, and possibly never deal with Meineke again.

I walked into Meineke Car Care Center in Wilton Manors today. The waiting area was packed and there were 2 clerks at the service counter. One guy was helping a customer and the other guy was just sitting at the desk without a customer. As I approached the counter, the clerk without the customer - lets call him nice guy - said Hey - I said Hows it going? and he said What can I do for you? Before I had a chance to say anything, the clerk with the customer - lets call him rude guy - interrupted and said You need to wait, theres someone else ahead of you. Well get to you in 10 minutes. I said O.k. and went to go find a seat. As I was walking away, nice guy stopped me and asked Do you have an appointment? I answered No. Nice guy responded Well, then well have to try and fit you in between appointments today. I then said I didnt realize you could make appointments. As I started to ask nice guy whether to book online or over the phone, rude guy interrupted again and said We will get to you in 10 minutes - go have a seat. At which point I realized that I wanted nothing to do with giving this business any money and simply said Im going to find somewhere else and left. I had a simple question and rude guy wouldnt even give me the opportunity to ask the nice guy (who wasnt even working with a customer). It would have taken 10 seconds. Instead, rude guy had to interrupt what he was doing with his own customer to try to put me in my place for just walking in and being acknowledged.

Never going to this Meineke in my life! Went there on a Saturday for a simple oil change. The guy said that it couldn’t be performed because they were full of work, but there was a free spot and the mechanics weren’t doing anything. He then said that I would have to schedule an appointment to come back a few days later, to which he said I was already in the system? He thinks I’m stupid or something? He didn’t even get my information. Then I told him I won’t be able to make it on that week day, so I told him next Saturday would be best, now he takes all my info and I get an email and all that stuff. But the messed up part is that once I left the shop, he cancels my appointment. Stay away from them. Later I came to find out that they owned another Meineke in Wilton Manors and they had the worst reputation.

The ownership of this place is completely clueless! I brought my BMW their to have wheels changed out that I already had previously mounted, so when they changed the wheels they forgot to move the tire pressure sensors from the old wheel. When I asked the owner why the tire pressure sensors do not work he said that its probably because I needed to have some code scanned to the vehicle. So he suggested I go to a friend of his and have him take care of it. I already knew they hadnt moved the sensors from the other set of wheels So I didnt even give him a chance to recover from his lie or his incompetency. I wont use them ever again.. This place is totally not qualified to do anything more than simple oil changes at best.
