I had my vehicle towed to Don and he called me back before close of business to say that my vehicle had been fixed. HONEST MECHANIC! LOOK NO FURTHER!I would like to give my highest recommendation to Don and Master Tech Auto Repair Shop for all of your vehicle maintenance and mechanic issues. I found this shop by pure luck as a few months ago, I was looking for a place that can change my cars oil near work and after calling this shop, Don answered and gave me a very good deal on it; my cars A/C wasnt working either so I asked Don to give it a look to see if it was something major (I have had my Honda Civic since I bought it brand new in 2006 and Ive spent $1500 before on the A/C and didnt want to spend that much money again)So after a few hours Don called me and told me that A/C can get fixed by replacing a small part that only costs around $30. Who does that now days? I tell you who: Don at Master Tech Auto Repair Shop. He was very honest and told me exactly what was wrong with my car.... Unfortunately the Mechanic business have a bad reputation for lying and overcharging taking advantage of customers. Don works the same way my Grandfather taught me, by being honest and looking out for his customers best interest, he builds his reputation and business. A few days ago I went again for my second oil change for my car and also purchased two tires... He gave me a great deal and checked all my car all around. He earned my business forever! We are on vacation from Ga and while we stopped for gas our car wouldnt start back up. A nice guy gave us a jump and we called Master Tech. A very nice man told us to bring it by checked the battery right away and replaced it for us and is rebuilding the alternator. He gave us a ride to the rental car place so we could catch our cruise ship. He is actually the owner, Don. He was a life saver! Thank you so much for helping us!

I got into a jam when my car broke down, but I called the owner Don and he gave me the best deal that within my budget to get my car fixed. And I drive a Lexus so I thought it would be expensive but Don helped out a lot and even got me a deal on the towing to his shop. Ive used Master Tech twice - and both times got excellent advise and service. Don repaired a Mini-Cooper - quoting me approx. 5x to 10x less than the Mini-Cooper dealer. The dealer was pushing to replace the clutch and a lot of other work. Don suggested that all it needed was a new battery and new brake pads! He also spent an hour on my 10 year old Jeep Liberty - and ended up telling me - it didnt need any work. Im not aware of any mechanic in my life that has done that. As long as Im in this area Don will be my mechanic. Hes a rare find. NEVER tries to upsell stuff you dont need. Explains everything carefully. Super honest. Very reasonably priced. Don works for the love of the work and his customers - thats why hes been at his same location in business for over 31 years.

I called last Tuesday 9/26 and spoke with Don about my car having issues with the intake runner control. Upon explaining what info I received from doing the diagnostic prior to calling, Don knew right off the bat what make my car was without me telling him of course. That to me was impressive in itself. He was able to get my car in by Monday 10/2 first thing in the morning to change the part. I dropped the car off, they called me periodically throughout the day to communicate everything to me before they went ahead and changed the part, and had it done the same day. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning if need be. Thanks guys!

These guys know what theyre doing… Heres my story… I own a limousine company here in Fort Lauderdale… I was having problems with one of my limousines… it needed an alignment very badly… I was burning through tires every 500 miles… I took it to several other shops in the area ...even a limousine builder… And none of them could do the alignment correctly on my Limo… I was losing hopes of ever getting this limousine aligned correctly … I thought I was going to have to sell it… Thats when I found Don and his team at Master Tech … Its a miracle… they managed to do the alignment correctly and fix it for me… And its riding better than ever… Would highly recommend these guys!

These guys are by far the most honest and straight forward mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. The rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced but after their inspection, they tell me that only one wheel bearing was in need of replacement. Wow, thanks guys for your honesty and great service.

If you are looking for someone to put in a song and dance for you and have to pay for replacing parts your vehicle does not need then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for awesome work, honesty (which is rare with mechanics), and fair price then look no further. I would give them a higher rating than 5 stars but thats the highest I am allowed. Whether your car was made in 1940 or 2016 they can do it all. They truely are masters at what they do.

Brought my car in for some brakes. I thought I needed pads and rotors all around, but all I needed was pads in the front. They saved me hundreds by being honest. Would recommend them any day of the week. Go see Don

I found my new local Fort Lauderdale repair shop! I was spoiled to grow up in a small town with a HONEST local car repair shop as a family friend. Having moved to the city and dealing with dealership garages, I was frustrated with their dishonesty and outrageous prices. My service engine soon light came on and Infiniti wanted to charge $189 JUST to have it diagnosed. That’s when I went searching for a local garage and read all of the positive reviews about Don and his garage. I called and got an appointment the next day. Don was wonderful to work with and 100% honest. Originally I was told it’s $30 to diagnose the problem, however, once it was determined to be a simple fix, Don didn’t charge me anything. We were told that my daughters 2010 VW Beetle needed expensive suspension repairs so we went to Don for a second opinion. It turns out it only needed a new set of tires! Brought my 2005 Jeep Wangler in to replace a universal joint, cracked oil pan, and brake pads. Given my past experience with questionable dealership competence, I normally am a DIY but simply did not have time.Master Tech did not try to sell me on additional repairs and services. In fact they questioned if I really needed to replace the oil plan (the oil drops on my driveway tell me I did). They repaired what needed to be repaired including smoothing the brake rotors.. Im very pleased with the work they performed and the professionalism they showed.I believe I finally found mechanics that know what they are doing. And the best part, I was prepared for sticker shock knowing the amount of labor that went into the repairs. I was delighted with the final bill which I felt was very reasonable.I highly recommend Master Tech for your auto repairs.

I brought my 2013 ram to Don to check for compression issues due to the fact I felt a sputter. Instead of lying and charging me for nothing, he called and said my truck runs fine after doing a compression test as well as test driving. I picked up my truck and he told me hes not gonna charge for anything because everything was good. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MECHANIC SO HONEST. Ill be back in the future Mr.Don

My husband took my car to get fix. I have a Chevy Cruze 2012 and her name is sky lol. The mechanic found the problem and fix it the same day. The price are very reasonable. Hard to find a mechanic with out ripping you off. My car drives smooth like a baby. Thank you. I am able to take my kids to school and ride to work. If I have any future issues I will be coming back hopefully no time soon lol.

Talking to the Master Tech owner made me feel like i was talking to a person that doesnt really care about helping me fix my car. I had an issue with my Acura TSX that was making sound in the cabin when driving and they had no idea how to diagnose my problem. They told me the car needed a repair which it did not need. If you need an easy car fix, these guys can do it, but if its a problem that needs a little experience to figure out, These guys are not your go to guys.

I have had Master Tech service my autos for almost 20 years and have never had an issue. The work has always been very good and the price always very fair.

$300 down the drain. ...Was supposed to replace power window motor. Several months later the motor is broken again--not possibly a new part (they usually run less than $80.00). When the initial job was finished they didnt even put the door back on. If you want good auto work done in S. Florida, youve got to do it yourself!

Fair pricing for labor. If I need help again I will look these fellows up.

Have used Master Tech for the last 20 years and they are certainly the only shop I know of where they know the answers and do the work at a reasonable price. They are honest which is something it is difficult to find elsewhere.
