The owner of Empire tire and auto repair and his wife are a last of a dying breed. Honest, knowledgeable. And have modern high-tech equipment in which to work with! They have gone above and beyond, and have taken care of all of my needs for my car in a timely fashion, unusual in this day and age. You would be hard-pressed to find people of this caliber in South Florida, they are diligent and hard-working always trying to resolve your personal issues with your automobile. I’m sure you will be as impressed as I am !!! I also had a auto repair shop. I am well qualified to rate these people as a six star if there was such a thing. Great place, super friendly staff, and phenomenal service. I went in for two patches on my tires and left in less than 30 minutes. The guy there walked me through everything and showed me exactly what he was doing.Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little difficult though, be warned. Id 100% recommend this place regardless.

Absolutely amazing!! 5 star shop no doubt. I’m from Texas and moved out here a year ago. Wish I would’ve known about this place before. The price is right and the work quality is A1. Daimer takes care of business with urgency. I was able to get my car ready for a 18 hour road trip within hours.

This place blows the socks off the Dealership! I was referred from a friend to check the place out since they are now under new management and Im glad I did.The lobby is bright and comfortable. Seating is as good as it gets for an auto shop. If youre gonna be there for a while, there is a table and mini fridge with free refreshments and snacks.I was initially worried about a greasy mechanic getting my car dirty, but that was not the case.The shop area is quite clean. Mechanics appear to have a modern cleanly work environment. While having my car serviced the master mechanic came to the lobby and explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Im pretty car savvy, so I know when someone is just talking trash- he was a stand-up guy!The staff members are friendly, honest, and approachable. Normally I feel like every auto shop is trying to scam me for my right and left arms, but this time, I was able to relax.I previously had my vehicles serviced at the stealership, but this alternative works out much better. All they are missing is a set of loaner cars!

This owner when i got something stuck under my car on 595 in miami took amazing care of me and got me back on my way without asking me for a dime. Always a great service when I bring my car here. Customer service is great and theyre always able to help no matter what this issue is. They will give you different suggestions and dont try to rip you off. Way better than going to a dealership or a larger auto company.

Owner was very nice, pleasant and friendly. As was the woman at their counter. They took care of me quickly. The only reason I didn’t score 5 stars is because I thought $65 was a little high to change the lightbulb in my headlights.

Empire tire is the worst place to buy used tires. Not only do they not have quality control of their products, they dont give any warranty on used tires and if they are bad, their motto is that you are SOL. I bought four tires from them on or about July 4th. Two I put on my truck and two I put on my car. When I finally drove my truck with my family inside both of my front tires popped their treads fifty miles from each other. Tread was all over the road. I call Empire and they said oh well Two flats in fifty miles and 4 hours trying to fix them. Then the tires on my car went flat just sitting in the drive way on July 25th and I took the tire up to Empire Tire to give them another chance and I received the same response. He says he doesnt know where he gets his tires from and he doesnt know what condition their in he just puts them on. ** My family goes there and I have a big family, not anymore. If you want new tires go to a reputable place, If you want used tires with a warranty or a company that will stand behind their own product for at least 10 days in my opinion dont come to Empire on State Road 7. Thats my feed back and my experience.

This shop it suck when it comes to car repairs or customer service.I schedule an appointment and I bring my truck but the technician he completely forgot about me and couldnt take care of my truck as soon I leave my truck broke down on the road I call to get help the tech never call or at least show up to help . At the end they diagnose the wrong things in the truck and had to take the truck 3 times to finally fix it on my own house
