This dealership literally tried to feed my little brother to the wolves. Tried selling him a USED car with over 2k miles by calling it practically new and with an interest rate of over 15%. I got him hooked up with a more ethical dealership who got him a NEW Camry for less than their USED one, and got him a 3.6 interest rate, saving him over $14k over what he would have spent with Lipton Toyota. SHAME ON YOU LIPTON TOYOTA! Tried to ruin my little brother financially in his first car purchase.My mother also took her Camry here for service recently and they tried very hard to pressure her to sell her car to them. What a terrible place.

I give this place zero starsI came in to get a front fender liner repair. I looked it up on YouTube and it seemed like an easy fix but unfortunately I am on a road trip and do not have the tools to do it myself.I decided to take it to a Toyota dealer mechanic shop knowing it would be more expensive than a mom and pops but I wanted to make sure it was done the right way. Well it took four trips to the dealer to fix it and I ended up telling them what was missing. And we’re talking about screws and extra parts and improper installation. After four trips, six hours of commuting, and six hours of waiting, “I think” my car is fixed.I decided to talk to a manager because this was beyond bad service and it could be a dangerous situation for me on the road. Basically he told me it was too late because my car was already done. He did offer other services if they come up but that is not why I complained. I was expecting him to at least ask me who worked on my car to ensure this issue doesn’t happen again. The service advisor blamed it on a language barrier with the mechanic. This is not an appropriate excuse because it is used to transport lives and loved ones.If it wasn’t for YouTube, I would not have known better. I would not recommend going here and trusting them to ins…. Don’t bother replying to the email they send about your experience. They won’t reply which is why I wrote my review on Yelp .

Call Lipton Toyota to make an appointment to service my car for 5:30pm. The lady told me to go to door number 4, I brought my Toyota to service for the first time. This is my first Toyota. They took my information and let me wait for almost 2 hours. when everyone was leaving, that when they acknowledge me and told me I never came to the desk to talk to the technician. Therefore, your car was not service. Great job Lipton Toyota in providing good service. Ill take my business somewhere else.

I will keep it simple and to the point...no BS, great service, staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I literally found a car, made a deal and I was finished with everything within an 1:15 minutes. If this attention to customer service is kept up, there is no reason to go to another Toyota dealership.

Be careful especially as a new immigrant to get a car in this dealership. We were there at Toyota Lipton that was our very worst experience ever.We knew already what car we wanted. But this arrogant guy named Al Hernandez is not answering to our queries, even insisted and intimidated us. Implying that we cannot afford a brand new toyota corolla. He insisted for a pre owned car in a condescending manner and wanted us to close the deal right away.😤😡We ended up buying the brand new Civic car same day in Honda Coral Springs! Kudos to the guys in Honda.👍

I had something in my braking system go bad in my prius. I went to the service advisor Hunter for knowledge about what to do next, I drive for uber alot, so, no car no money, to my surprise, he worked it out for me. Im truly grateful for the assistance.Hes a cool guy.💯

I went to this dealership because my friend works there. I changed my Tacoma 2018 for a Tundra 2020. When I signed the deal, they were supposed to take care of my previous debt. I got my new car and a month after I received a bill from the previous car (T2018). I called my friends (they can not do anything), I went 4 times to the dealership (they swear that will call me back) and nothing. My debt went a collection because their fault. My EXCELLENT credit score changed to good. Im still waiting for the call of the sales manager. Now, nobody answer my phone calls. I know this review will not answer by them either. But just to let the public knows, check your deal better and make sure everything is like they say... Edit 06/29/2021 9:00am. 150 points down thanks to this irresponsible DEALER. Potentially NOT recommended

This is the best dealership! If you’re looking to buy a car go to Shaheed Khan. He is very knowledgeable and a great sales person. He is not there just to make commission he treats you like family and knows his stuff. They have great customer service and the first time I’ve ever bought a car and not sat there for hours before left the dealership. I will be back for sure and will make sure I refer all my friends and family.10/31/21Update…… this dealership I’m sure is great but I referred someone there and I felt so embarrassed since Mr Khan was not very professional. He never returned his calls then it got to the point where he called him and wouldn’t even let his speak then disconnected the call i. Not sure if he was having a bad day or week but even so it was not very professional and made me look bad. Not sure if I would ever recommend any one to this dealership.

I love Lipton Toyota. This is my second purchase from them. I moved to mobile al 2 years ago, And I had to use them again to purchase my new car. I could of went here in mobile but I felt better going to Lipton. My sales rep Shaheed is the best you hear me. Go shop with him at Lipton he is amazing. As a women buying cars before I’ve alway felt taken advantage of. But at Lipton and having Shaheed as a sales rep I didn’t feel taken advantage of by him. So that’s why I returned to him. He was so amazing he met me more than half way to bring me my new car. That’s when I knew him and Lipton was the best.

They don’t care, salesman are rude and will brush you off and have no respect for the customer. They say one thing and will do another. I was set to buy a truck, I get there someone is already test driving it, I was waiting for him to be done discussing so that I can buy the truck. I was told by my salesman Luis that he would call me as soon as the deal didn’t go through to make the deal, he never called and as I was waiting in the parking lot to buy the truck. Someone else came in cut me in line and bought the truck from under me without even a phone call. Go to another dealer and do yourself a favor. They definitely showed their true colors, not a pleasant experience.

They will over price you for something so simply I was charge to just check the issue then quoted $1900 to replace my abs actuator went to a local repair shop and got it done for way less my car performance is way better than what toyota did theyre out for hard working ppl money

Today we dropped off our lease car that weve had for 3 years. Last week my husband made a call to verify the hours for returning a leased vehicle, they said they only take returns Monday - Friday 11 am to 4 pm. The hours are not convenient for working people, he expressed that and they hung up the phone on him. When we went in today, he asked for the person we were to see and they said he wasnt in his office, then they directed us to see another person in a different building. We went to see that person and she was very rude and told us to go the office there, pointing but clearly not telling. We went to the office and they said to go back to the first person we were told to see who wasnt in his office. At this point I was upset and let them know we just want to return this vehicle and to please get the help we need. A gentleman came to assist us, had us fill out a piece of paper. Then he proceeded to tell us they are not responsible for any damages that happen after we turn the car in. We no longer have the car in our possession why should we still be responsible for any damages to the car. Then he accused us of being rude, when from the moment we walked in to the facility they were rude. The sad part about this whole experience is that we live close to the dealership, if we would have felt more welcome maybe we would consider buying a vehicle from them.

Im going to give you the most extensive and objective review so you will know what to expect. First at all, look for Alejandro. He is the best sales person that I ever talked in the car dealer world. He is the best, despite that he is a sales at a dealer. Finance process was good too.I found a good deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, remember this is a toyota dealer. The VIN indicated that it had a coalition on front left (driver side). I took a detailed look, and or it was perfectly repaired or was minor. The rest of the car was great. Latter going home we found out that the right side AC isnt working (the old time problem with blend doors of the GC... even in a 2014...) I took it back, the repaired it in like 4 hours (I was thinking that they will take 1 or 2 days...). Was happy. But then I found out they broke the dashboard when the opened it... I said F it, wont bother for that. Next day my wife drove it to the highway and she hit a bump and started shaking like crazy. Long story short, a left steering tie rod has a play, most probably because of the accident the car had. We took it back, they said they did not find anything. You can move the wheel and feel the play even not been a mechanic you know that is something way wrong. We complained to the manager, they took the jeep back and today they told us that they balanced it... said nothing is wrong with it. After some words over the found they finally agree that it has a play, but somehow is not to worry about despite that it shakes. I bought it because we are towing a 5500Lbs trailer. My 1999 GC WJ with 21 years in it, has NO play and NO shake on highway, but a 2014 has and is normal ? Anyway, services and mechanics here way way bad. Sales person and process was incredible good. Important tips:- Say NO to the nitrogen at the wheels, this is the most common robbery at a dealer, and they do this here.- Test the car on highway, even for 1 exit. If they deny you to do that, make them sign a paper that they will replace or fix any problem that you cannot find driving the car on street.- Never never ever do the services there.- Go and ask for Alejandro, and you will have an unique car dealer experience ever in south florida. I guarantee.I took 2 stars because this preowned certified car that I bought on a prices that in other cars models are NEW, I will need to take it to a mechanic right out of the dealership. since what they tell that is no worry about play, could cause an accident with a trailer. Im not saying that my windows does not roll up or my wiper is old or one speaker is broken. IT SHAKES LIKE CRAZY at highway when you hit a bump.Florida law indicates that all used cars has NO warranty except that they sign something different. The only in play here is the name of the Dealer. If the just called me to tell there is a play, we think that is not much, is not covered, but if you want we can replace the tie rod that cost 40 dollars plus X of work, we can do it If they would be honest like that, this would be my only dealer forever. but noup. they decided to deny everything and just admit at the end. Is not about money, or hours of work, or anything but honesty.We drove there 6 times. Time and money invested and will end up going to external mechanic to replace the part and then re-align. Would be a way better experience if theyd just be honest from the start.

Horrible customer service. I truly felt like nobody cared. Came in for some help and kept getting sent from one person to the next. Nobody was helpful at this location. From the apathetic front desk clerk to the sales managers who kept pushing me to other people. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, but not from here. While standing in a hallway all I got to hear was sales chat between employees talking poorly about the customers they were dealing with. These are things that should not be discussed on a sales floor within earshot of potential buyers. Very unprofessional.

I WILL be writing a review every single day until this is addressed just so everyone knows.My experience with Lipton Toyota I went in with a used vehicle explained that I didn’t want to put anything down more than $500 just to make the transfer of the titles and of course they came back with a magical surprise that I got approved not knowing they open a 2500$ credit card( three months later I receive a bill stating that they never had my correct address) ( that’s odd, I’ve been paying payments on my lease for a few months now ) limit under my name. If I knew that was the case I would’ve shopped around. To my understandings looks like this is a pattern you guys don’t like to deal with issues. What a shame taking a vantage of people and not even addressing issues you guys call yourself a real Toyota dealership I highly recommend to go to another one that will be more reputable in customer service

We did a trade in at this location, what we was told was totally different from what really happened. They put us into a 5k debt and now that I have refinanced the vehicle they are refusing to cancel the gap insurance. I have relocated to a different state they keep transferring my calls to every department and no one is returning my calls.Pease pay very good attention to the things they say and make sure its all in writing they are not very honest especially if you like me first time doing these types of transaction.

Great service from drop off to departure. While they offered the ride back to my home, I decided to set up shop there to work. Andy who worked with me was great. The first time I brought my Lexus for repair to this place. I had to leave the car for overnight. I was offered a free rental car or a ride back home and pick up next day. I choose the latter. I have to say no one ever offered me this service before. Also technician and mechanic explained in detail the work which needs to be done. Completely trustworthy, courteous, professional and friendly. I found my safe heaven for any car needs.

Definitely not the place to go for your new Toyota, you get rude salesman and ones that tell you one thing and then will just do another, like sell a car you are there to buy right from under you and right in front of you. Even though I was there hours before that person they tell me it is already a done deal when it was my truck to buy. They don’t respect your time and will just brush you off.

I leased 4 cars and bought 1 from the same “top” sales agent, Shaheed. I brought in my leased Camry for an oil change because I was moving out of state in 5 days and wanted to make sure everything was ok with it. I was told it had a myriad of issues and it wasn’t safe to drive that far so I had no choice but to purchase a new car. I had to put down 3500 on a 24k msrp car and was not told anything else about my leased vehicle. What they failed to tell me was that they were wrapping up the entire balance of my lease payments and adding it to my finance essentially having me finance $35,000. If I had known that, I would have taken my chances kept my leased vehicle and driven-out of state. I was duped and even in the contract it doesn’t show anything about the nearly 10k they added to my finances. The amount for trade in it says n/a. Now I have a vehicle that I owe almost 3000 more than the Kelly blue book value. I would have recommended them in the past but something like this to a loyal customer of 4 previous vehicles this is unacceptable!!! I would have given less than1 star it were an option.

Beware of what you are signing. They told me that I would get GAP insurance and once my car was totaled, the GAP company explained that they are not insurance but a waiver program. I still had to pay the remaining balance of over $6,000 out of pocket. They get you the Toyota credit card and use it. I went in to trade my car and since I did not have the down payment, they told me to use the card as a good faith payment and had 1 week to being them the remaining amount. I went back 1 day later to return the new vehicle and get my old one back. The guy said he would not give me back my $750 because he used it to fixed the bumper of my old car. Why fix something you didnt get the money for? Why not place the car in holding until they received the full down payment.

This was my first time at this dealership the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the building doors. My car was swiftly checked in when I drove up this experience has been wonderful from start to finish. Juan Curillo my service advisor is so helpful I came into the dealership for a oil change and other services, he was willing to listen carefully regarding issues with my vehicle. I made a mistake in scheduling the service and had arrived a couple weeks earlier, but the ladies who answered the phone are very friendly and knowledgable about simple tasks. I hope that I continue to have good experiences with Juan in addition to my service visit, he managed to answer my questions with a smile. It was lovely to speak with him, well organized and prepared also he has excellent customer service skills. Everything was handled with complete professionalism, can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else for service. Thank you Lipton Toyota!

I have been using Toyota for 8 plus years, recently relocated to Oakland Park and have switched to Lipton. Second visit and the service has been very customer oriented and friendly, my service rep Juan is great and has also been very courteous and helpful. One bone to pick, I requested my tires be checked during this visit as I had noticed I was loosing air in one at a fairly rapid pace. All was confirmed to be well checked with no major issues to be concerned with which put my mind at ease due to no previous issues. Unfortunately less than 3 hours later I was stuck roadside having to call for assistance. Disappointing as it was my only concern and left the car for the entire day for an oil change. So I can only assume an indecent error or the work requested was simply not done at all yet paid for? Better luck next time hopefully.

Poor service experience. The team was not respectful of my time and brushed me off when I asked how much longer it would take (almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation). It appears they mixed me up for a drop off customer even though I was standing right in front of them. Moreover, they did not fully address all of the issues for which I brought in my car. Im not sure if the agent was just overwhelmed with the volume of customers or didnt care. I dont think Ill return.

This place is a waste of time, Ive never seen so many people that cannot figure out what to do with a retail sold order. You come to them with facts, and specific demands. They make commitments and then they coincidentally cannot come through on those commitments. They send you un-welcomed text messages, so quick to be rude and abrasive when you call them out on their failure from the top down.

I would highly recommend this dealership. I went in to trade my ford focus, and they gave me a fair price for it. Their inventory of used and new vehicles is quite large, with very good prices compared to other places. The finance department helped with my purchase and I was in and out in no time. Its very easy to find a car here given their very large variety of car types at affordable prices. The sales person Mario was also helpful in making this a pleasant procedure. I went in thinking it would be a long painful process and it absolutely was not.!

Bait and switch advertising tactics. Buyer beware.. They listed a 2021 Land Cruiser on Autotrader for 79,900 and then I was told actual price was 120,000 due to market adjustments. When I mentioned that was a bait and switch advertisement, he hung up on me. Run from this dealer as fast as you can!

Our experience with Lipton Toyota and their internet sales was not the best. They were quick in contacting us and confirmed the car we wanted was available. After agreeing to the sales price they ran our credit and then informed us that the vehicle had just been sold to someone else. They agreed to reach back out a few days later to see if they were able to get another car like the one we wanted after we advised them the Toyota website mentioned one would be available in the coming days. Fortunately we were able to find another car elsewhere and for a better deal.

Five Stars to my service adviser Andy Gutierrez at Lipton Toyota. He and master mechanic Rob, were able to resolve a major transmission issue with my 2004 Land Cruiser, with patience, diligence, and perseverance. Yes, at the end of the day my invoice stung a bit, but I paid it gladly knowing that the work was done properly and that my beloved vehicle was in good and caring hands.I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for any service it may need in the future to Lipton Toyota. In addition to the personal attention from my SA, Id like to also mention that the rest of the staff was polite and attentive from the moment I pulled into the service bay, to the moment I paid for the service. Truck work was 5 stars. Courtesy driver Ramon was horrible. Speeding through various 30 MPH neighborhoods doing 50. I had a three year old with me in the back seat being fliung left and right. I informed him twice he was driving to fast. IGNORED!!! I complained to my service tech and the head guy over ther drivers. I figure no one will address since I was informed that how he drives!!! 😡😡😡

The Lipton Toyota service department has treated me excellently, led by service advisor Bob. Never tries to oversell me a part or service that I dont need, but always gives excellent advice with upfront price, and then delivers on time, every time. growing up, I was always told dont take your car to the dealership you will get ripped off. That is absolutely not the case at Lipton Toyota.

Towed my car to get an estimate. Service guy came back and said it was the head gasket and gave me a price which was very high. I then had my car towed to a new location. When it arrived My car was not put back together correctly and now my windshield has a crack down the entire windshield and they didn’t even bother to let me know. I got another shop to look at my car and it was not the head gasket. It was a recall. Which cost about 75% less. I truly wonder what would have happened if I asked them to proceed with the work. I will not buy from or use this location again. If given the option they would have zero stars.

Got an oil change. Staff was friendly and they did the oil change in a timely manner. Every time I get an oil change here I have to ask for the inspection sheet because they never give it with the receipt. This time they never even remembered to do the inspection at all so I had to wait for them to pull my car back in to do the inspection. I was fairly annoyed but Erik was very nice and gave me a free oil change next time.

I honestly had a terrible experience the first time I visited Lipton and vowed NEVER to have service done there again, unless I was dealing with JUAN CURILLO. Juan has gone the extra mile each and every time Ive had interactions with him. I dont think he realizes the value and service that he provides because it just comes natural to him, hes a stand up guy through and through. On my most recent visit he took the time to walk me to the garage so the technician working on my car could show me exactly what was going on. As the old saying goes seeing is believing and this seemingly small gesture is how you both earn trust and achieve customer satisfaction. Juan is an amazing asset to the Lipton service department. We need more Juans in the world.

I just purchased a CPO 2015 Tundra 11-30-17. I noticed the next day the truck had a dent towards the rear of the bed which at the time i bought it was not noticeable since it was dark. I contacted my sales person and showed him the pictures of the dent the very next day 12-1 and showed him a picture i took of the truck before leaving the lot showing the dent which i was now aware was there. His Boss said that they could not do anything for me. I feel a bit taken advantage since I paid a premium for a CPO and it should have been dent free. I was very transparent with my pictures and proof and feel that as a new customer this should have been taken care of, even after me bringing it up the very next day.Inspect your car with a magnifier glass all throughout before leaving the lot since apparently even a Certified Car can apparently have dents which is unacceptable.

I brought in my car to do a maintenance check / service. As I drove up the guy up front told me I came in wrong and when I asked him where to go he kept saying “everyone keeps driving in the wrong way” . Wasn’t very helpful.After speaking with the service manager he just typed some stuff on the computer and toldMe to sit down. He didn’t explain what we would be doing with my car that day, didn’t ask me if I wanted a car wash, didn’t explain that my car only needs an oil change after 10,000 miles. After an hour he gave me my receipt and walked away. The place wasn’t even busy. Will be looking into taking my car to Deerfield Toyota.

Specifically reviewing the preowned area which is what I visited. The overall atmosphere was a feeling of shady-ness. Hi pressure, people huddled at tables trying to work deals. Disorganized system of whos up next versus, wait theyre not available, grab the other guy... They tried every tool in the how to sell a car toolkit and it just felt really uncomfortable. Car buying should be a fun experience, even when there is negotiating involved, you should never feel uncomfortable or pressured. This wasnt the place for me.

Though my repair was expensive, my friendly service manager, Juan, explained everything I paid for. Safety was his top concern. They took care of a vital recall as well. My car is running like new. My wife, newborn and I went to get service for both of our cars at this location and after having a GREAT experience with Hunter Mila about 3 weeks ago (go see him if you need to get service from this location), today Mr. Harry Smith took “care” of us because Hunter was not in. Disrespect is an understatement to the treatment this gentleman showed to mainly my wife who was holding our newborn while trying to explain what service she needed. This man did not make the slightest effort to understand what she was trying to explain, he was rude and insensitive without any need after she mentioned the service was supposed to be waved because of all the other service she got done previously. We believe things can be explain in a clear and respectful manner without leaving care and kindness behind SPECIALLY to a woman holding a baby. Definitely NEVER coming back to see this gentleman. Interestingly enough, by the interactions and apologies from everyone at the service reception, this person is as described on a regular.

Arrived for my appointment and was dealt with efficiently and courteously. My car went in for routine maintenance and service. The service was completed within 1 hour. The waiting area is beautiful designed, comfortable, and inviting. Spaced according to CDC requirements and everyone was wearing a mask. It was my first time at Lipton and it wont be my last.
