Jodi is the reason I bought another Mazda. She’s easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. However, I’m always irritated when it takes FIVE hours to finish the business. An hour, at the most,was choosing and driving vehicle. But we sat SO long…..hungry and almost decidingto forget the entire purchase. By the time Jodi showed me all the instructions, I couldn’t absorb anything! I have to say that I purchased two leases at Rick Case and it was in/out. There has to be an easier process!!

I remember Gunther for years as a landmark and and one of the first places my mom bought a car. I was confident of good service buy wary because...life. Marius was eager to please and found just what I asked for. Even when I had mechical problems after the sale he was quick yo ensure it was taken care of the next morning. I went into the Service Dept. at Gunther Mazda for my 3 month oil change. I was greeted promptly and went into the waiting area which had a large TV showing puppy training videos and a complimentary coffee bar & bottled water. After about 45 minutes I received a text message with a real time video of the Service Technician showing me the wear on my tires, & all the undercarriage parts as well as the new filter. My car was washed and returned clean. Very cool! My Service Advisor is Teri and shes the best since Amos worked there. Thank you Gunther!

This is a service review.I made an appointment to have my touchscreen replaced under warranty. I was informed when I made the appointment that it would be done while I waited. When I got there, Teri was the service manager who was assigned to me. We went over what needed to be done and she gave me an estimate of the time it would take to get the work done.I brought my work laptop and got some work done. The car was finished sooner than estimated, including an unexpected car wash.I know corporate Mazda is upping their game. They should be proud to have Gunther as one of their dealership. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I was impressed by the personalized customer service.

On the whole a pleasant experience. We were greeted at the door by a salesman, Nick A, who asked what we wanted. He told us what was in inventory that mostly matched our needs. To cut a long story short, by end of day we bought a car. Price negotiations were tough but always politely handled. Nick helped us through all the paperwork and even drove us to our car rental return so we could drive home in our new car. . We are excited by our new purchase.

I do not look forward to car buying, as most people. But, it’s something that has to be done from time to time. With that said, the crew at Gunther Mazda made my CX9 lease trade in and new purchase about as painless as possible. They were fair with the pricing, their lease service perks and ding/dent protection are a plus. They have a nice new showroom with a coffee bar and comfortable seating as well. If I stay with Mazda after this lease, I will definitely come back to Gunther.

Nelson was great. My wait time was very reasonable for what I had to have done (rear brakes) waiting room was comfortable very nice to provide coffee, water and WiFi I was able to work while I waited. I feel I got a good value fue my money

After having been to 2 dealerships prior to walking in, I was blown away by the professionalism and truly notable service I received from Oliver. He was never once pushy whatsoever, he worked hard to get me the best deal possible in these times all the time with a smile and a very friendly, professional attitude. He knew the vehicles inside and out, answered all my questions and even came in on his day off to finalize with me. Loved the video they sent showing what needs to be done to the car so no bs. Also helped when explaining to the hubby what needs to be done. They gave recommendations but no pressure to do those recommended and of course the must dos (like new tires cause of how bad mine were) Definitely will go back. Oh and took my car at my appointed time and reasonable time to look over the car and my concerns

Dealership will not return calls, emails or messages. Its been days with no return calls. I had to get rid of my car which was new due to the incompetence of service department and lack of customer service. Seems they just dont care. I was a loyal client. I bought 2 cars from these guys. Ive had 5 Mazdas. My first car was a Mazda. if you are buying a car they are quick to respond...but if you have issue its a different story.

I just purchased my Mazda a few months ago and I was very impressed with the service I received when I brought it in for my oil change and tire rotation.

I am so happy with my experience at Gunther Mazda! I brought in my Mazda3 hatchback for its 24 month service and worked with Teri. I had a few concerns about squeaking brakes and wasn’t sure if anything needed replacing (pads or otherwise). She was honest, upfront, and clearly addressed my concerns and questions. The service technician working on my car, Jesse, took a video of my car on the lift and took the time to show me my brake pads, tires, and rotors and explain the condition of each. Just like Teri, he was upfront and clearly addressed my questions. Not to mention, I received a text with a link video so I could watch it as I waited for my car - I love this new feature!! When my car was returned to me it drove wonderfully - the squeaks were gone, and they were were so kind to clean up my brakes and relubricate them. It didn’t need any of the work or replacing I thought it would and they were honest about it not being necessary. It was such a positive experience and everyone who helped me went above and beyond. Very glad I purchased my car here - thank you! :)

RUN far away from this dealership. I have been experiencing issues with my battery and I scheduled a diagnostic test for my car at 10AM on 10/4. Nelson was the service advisor given to me and told me I would receive updates on the status of my vehicle. After 4 hours of my car being there with no update, I call the service desk and of course to no avail. I call again two hours later and find out Nelson had already left for the day and that the status of my car was unknown, keep in mind HOURS have gone by. In the end I paid $100 for the technician to tell me not to leave chargers plugged into my outlets because it drains the battery. No parasitic draw test was ever performed because there was “not enough time” are you kidding me?? This is a sorry pathetic excuse of a business with horrible incompetent employees. I will never be returning and I will shy everyone I know away from this Mazda.Update: 10/5. I called the Mazda service desk to try to find a resolution. I was directed to Anthony. I spoke to him about my car and the issues I faced the day prior. Anthony said he would get back to me and of course, NEVER heard from him again. A few days later, I attempted to reach out to the service manager with no answer. Lousy service advisors all around.

My daughter went in for her complimentary service on her Mazda, her appointment was at 9:15 and had to wait 30 minutes before the took her car. At that time she was told she needed her tires rotated ( which had been done the day prior as she needed a new tire) she informed the woman in service that she did not need. After leaving the car there for 3 hours we returned to pick up the car, they indeed rotated the tires and then wanted to charge her for it. I refused it and the woman said no problem we will put the tires back in the original position, it will take 15 minutes. we then were waiting for another half hour. The attitude of the lady was definitely not pleasant as well. Needless to say they will not service her car again at Gunther 🤨

First time at this dealership and it was a great experience altogether. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by a lovely young lady who took all my information.Then I was attended by Ron at the service department whom I gave all my concerns to.He explained everything and because my car was taking longer than expected, I was given a loaner so that I could go to work.My car had to stay overnight and I kept the loaner for the day.Everything was great when I went to pick up my car and so far everything is working properly. Ive been to other Mazda dealerships, but these guys went beyond. Very glad I did.

We, unintentionally, arrived about 20 minutes before close after spending all afternoon/evening at different dealerships, several which didnt give us the time of day. At Gunther, we were greeted immediately by Oliver, who was very friendly. He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, didnt try to sell us any snake oil, and brought out a couple of models for us to make a decision on. All of this well after closing. Excellent service. All maintenance procedures are explained beforehand and any recommended services are up front. All charges are also disclosed upfront. Any available discounts are also applied. My service advisor is Terri. She is prompt and reliable. Over the past 10 years as a customer there, I’ve never had any problems with the quality of their work. I’ve never had to bring the car back because something wasn’t done properly.

I had a great experience with the service of my CX-5. My service advisor, Teri, was awesome and everything was handled quick and efficiently. I was even provided a video of the service that was done to the vehicle!

My cx5 has a faulty infotainment center, as do a lot of other Mazda car owners. I brought the car in and was told that it’s a known problem. Then they told me that Mazda won’t do anything to take care of this issue. Shame on them. I love my car but when it’s time to get a new one, I’m not sure if I’ll be staying with Mazda.

The Service Manager and Anthony took a very bad weekend experience with my new 2021 Mazda CX-5 and Mazda Roadside Assistance and turned it around. They took accountability to deliver superior service and although the issues I experienced were outside the scope of their control, they made every effort to help me find resolution and ensure issues were documented with those who could control and improve poor experiences I had over the weekend with Mazda Roadside Assistance.My vehicle has been checked and I feel satisfied at this time with the level of detail and resolution they provided. I received a call from Bobby after answering one of his many emails. I told him what I was looking for he told me he would check the inventory in the area and get back to me. Bobby called me back and said no luck, but there was a truck coming and he would check that too. The next call was telling me they in fact have what I’m looking for and I got there’s as fast as I could.Upon my arrival I was met by Cruz and was pleasantly surprised that in fact my new car was there and so began the process straight forward process about my trade my down payment and purchase process. I signed the paperwork and drove out a few hours later in the most lovely Mazda at least in my opinion. If you are looking for a car go see Cruz or call up Bobby there are deals to be made.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, also had a mystery issue as the check engine light had come on. The staff is helpful and up front with pricing. To diagnose why the check engine light came on it cost $140, thankfully that amount goes toward a repair if they find something. Apparently my car needed a software update and my very sensitive check engine light came on. 🙃 I did have to leave my car overnight and make a 2nd trip to get a loaner (grateful for the loaner.)

Overall I was very pleased with the service that I received while shopping for my first car. The dealer that assisted me was John and he was very helpful with getting me the car that I wanted. He even gave me a tutorial on how to use some of the technology in the car. The dealership was clean and they even offered lunch (sandwiches) and water. I would go to this dealership again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

I drive from Kendall just to get my car serviced here at Guther Mazda ! The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. It’s quite refreshing going to an establishment where people enjoy being at work ! Years of service here, have not one complaint ! If you request a rental during service period they have always put you in one … they have shuttle service .. there newly renovated facility is outstanding. This time I didn’t make an appointment and it was a teacher planning day meaning I was WELL AWARE I WAS IN FOR A WAIT. which actually being that they have “office spaces”designed and super fast wifi available for there guests, I was able to work while I waited and time flew right on bye ! Huge shout out to Ron and Teri ! In service ! Always great ! Honestly everyone is super welcoming and wonderful ! Kudos to the Service Director/ Manager!
