Went here by pure chance for Service on my 2012 F-150 and couldnt be happier. Service person was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and understood cost concerns. Clean, well kept facility where you can wait for your vehicle.I knew what was wrong before I went. No trying to push me into extra repairs or other services. In, diagnosed and fixed it the same day. Works perfectly! I will go back here anytime - no sleesy dealership vibes here what so ever.
Cole was an amazing helpful sales rep, was very enthusiastic and knew the Ford F-150 front and back, I’ll definitely be recommending him and this dealership to anyone looking for a ford! We first had Justin, he was not a good sales person but we were very happy when we asked for a switch and got Cole instead.
I had damage to the undercarriage of my Ford Fusion from street flooding. I stopped at Grieco Ford service at 2 PM on Friday and asked them to look at my vehicle to see what was causing the noise under my car. I wanted to have them look at it, fix it or at least tell me if it was safe to drive. They told me they couldnt check the vehicle and I was over 100 miles from home. They could have at least checked the vehicle to tell me if it was safe to drive. One person who worked in service did look at the vehicle but he said it was something plastic but it was a metal piece that was damaged. To me that was bad customer service. I am writing this so the management can see it. I have never posted or purchased a vehicle from the dealer to be fair however I do want them to improve their service by pointing out what I consider to be a problem.
Justin was amazing. Best sales guy there. And the finance manager did awesome. He didnt stop trying different options till he had me in the truck i wanted. I left same day with a new 2021 f150 loaded. The other sales guy i delt with was liar and didnt know anything about the vehicles. Justin and the finance manager i give 5 stars
CAME to Grieco Ford to service my 2003 Explorer.John was my service Guy. He took very good care of me Kind and courteous!! Very nice clean Service area. Cold water to drink and I even enjoyed a cup of delicious hot chocolate. All I was missing was a bagel or doughnut. JOHN stay strong and continuing doing good you will be rewarded openly! Also when I arrived the service guys did NOT hesitate to check me in and direct me to my Service person!
Got a recall notice in the mail, called and made an appointment, dropped off the van at a scheduled time, two days later nothing was done to the van, when I came to pick it up, Jonathan from service Said that hes sorry but they were really backed up so I asked why did they keep the van for two days (As its a work van)Instead of calling to reschedule..... poor service even worse communication GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!
Great experience and Pleasant surprise at Greco Ford Fort Lauderdale. Normally took my Ford SE to Pembroke Pines but decided to “TRY” Fort Lauderdale and I was greeted when I drove up - requested the works and a check up of my passenger front tire and waited and was glad I did. Service was great nothing extra was found car rep John Jimenez was professional and did exactly what was asked, I will continue to go to Greco Ford Fort Lauderdale.
Absolute horror story in the service department Grieco Ford of Fort Lauderdale! While my car was in service waiting for parts, a employee from Kiewit Construction was allowed to drive in the back lot. This employee hit my vehicle while it was parked in the lot waiting for parts for warranty work. He did five thousand dollars in damage to my vehicle. Grieco then takes my car across the street to their body shop where Kiewit Corporation insurance company Sedgwick has denied my diminished value claim. My car went in for a routine warranty work in awesome condition and came out with five thousand dollars worth of damage and three thousand dollars in loss in value. And Nobody will reimburse me for this loss. Not to mention my car was in the shop for three months. Why am I taking a loss in all this and it wasn’t my fault!
I will definitely go back to buy another Ford in Grieco. They are very professional and have good customer service.

The service went well. I did have a problem when I picked my car up. The attendant brought my car in from the lot and it was covered with iguana poo. I said something to the attendant and he got a tissue and partially cleaned up one of the larger poos. I immediately went to the car wash so it wouldn’t damage the finish. I texted the service guy and he replied that they don’t do service washes. Fortunately it did come clean. Maybe they shouldn’t park the cars under trees.
My fiancé and I Bryan Bonaiuto went looking to buy a car about 2 months ago. During the process Bryan got upset and walked out. The manager went after him to return to try to discuss terms of the sales. Bryan and the manager agreed he will buy an extended warranty and the car is still under the powered train warranty as well. He did paid for the extended warranty and it was provided. Reason Bryan was so A-dement about getting the extending warranty was because during the test drive you can hear faint noise coming fromUnderneath the car. Since then, the noise has gotten way worst and it seems to be a transmission issue. Bryan has taken the car to Greco Ford a few times since he bought the car because of this issue. Bryan is told every time the transmission noise are normal for that vehicle. However, I can say when I ride the car with him I can hear the noise coming from the transmission. I have never heard a car with 23,000 thousand miles sound as bad as this car. Bryan took the car to Gold Coast transmissions and he was advised the noise coming from the transmission was not 100% not normal. Will cost about $2,000 to correct the issue. Greco Ford still denies there are issues. I will never recommend this place.
Would call me 30 times a day. Plus super low balled offer on my car, overprice their car ( had a ton of issues). And dealer fee is over 900$. You can find a better car on any e-commerce site.
What a fantastic experience with Grieco Ft Lauderdale Ford service department. I have been dealing with Kim and she is one of the sweetest people in the world. Even though I had an appointment, which the online appointment system does not work well, it still took over three hours to get a basic oil change. Then, even though I was told I would, I never received a call back so I had to keep calling even though the car was ready. Ill definitely consider tires plus next time.
Dealership are practicing bait and switch tactics. They advertise on TV to buy your car at 130% from price list. After talking to Jason a salesperson to verify the promotion I was told to come with my car. Upon arrival they appraised my car and offer me $2000 below wholesale price. They are not to be trusted. Will never enter their dealership!!!
I have been looking for a new Ranger for a while and with the inventory being so low, have been to a number of dealerships. With my old car really starting to cause problems I stepped up the search to include lightly used. I had previously been at Grieco Ford, but the guy I had given my contact details (Maurice Fuller) obviously either forgot or didnt care to follow up with me. I looked online which showed they had a new XLT Ranger so I called the dealership and they said that this vehicle was not actually on the lot but that they had a white XLT available that had only 3000 miles. I went more or less straight to the dealership and was handled by a very young sales guy who was quite competent, but it was like a Saturday Night Live sketch with him going back to the manager several times to check how he was able to negotiate. We eventually got the deal done, and I am happy with the truck but a few specific issues:1. I wanted the bed cover and tow hitch but they couldnt find their way to do that in the dealership and Im paying for them out of pocket with an after-market custom specialist;2. They only gave me one key, which was broken and I had to return to the dealership on the weekend. They were able to repair that key on warranty but I had to wait two hours for that to get done. By the way, a new key for that vehicle is $350!3. They never offered me any floor mats or other perks which I know are at the dealers discretion;4. When I returned to the dealership later in the day to pick up the vehicle, it wasnt ready, had not been washed or gassed up.I never got the name of the floor manager in sales at the dealership, but my general impression is that he was not happy to have to make the deal. I would not recommend this dealership.

Using Grieco Ford to buy my 2018 leased Ford Fusion made the experience as easy as its gets. Staff was very professional and salesman Justin Cohen made the time spent at the dealership pleasant and informative. I bought a ford Warranty as well and to do that Finance Director, Andrew Livingston is the guy to see. Also ask for John Cartaya, best desk manager, and Ray Lopez his 2nd in command, great place to do car business.
My low pressure light came on my Ford C Max, as I ran something over on the road. I was just down the street from the dealer, so I just drove in. Only to find out that my tire wall was torn- and I guess I hit something that destroyed my tire.My Ford C Max does not come with a spare tire. Evelyn the Service Coordinator- checked the stock for the tire, had it, and even though she said they are all backed up, she got me in. 90 Minutes later- I am back on the road. Easy transaction, no hassle, and Evelyn just got to it.

Recently in November I went there to look at a new vehicle. I was trying to decide between a GT500 and a 911. I went there first to test drive the GT500. I made an appointment and came in, once I found the car that the appointment was for the salesperson came out said hey thanks for meeting your appointment, here is the car. And was silent. After extracting several questions out of the salesperson, I asked to test drive it. I was met with rudeness and flack from them and the manager. They wanted to do a hard credit check which I was not going to waste on a test drive. I offered to show them my income to prove I was a serious buyer. After a 10min stand off, I was allowed to drive it in a super busy parking lot (not the street), and had a very uncomfortable experience with the manager in the car. (They claimed people wont buy the car with more than 6 miles on it - what bs) After that I was met with awkwardness and disrespect overall. So I went and bought a 911, which Im very happy about.
Great team and service at Grieco Ford. Brought my 2021 F150 in for the 5,000 mile checkup and some minor warranty work. Tim Spence helped me very fast and efficiently. He explained everything that was going to happen and got me back on the road quickly. Very happy with the service!
I’ve bought my Mustang from this dealer a couple of months ago… to begin with, I drove 4 hours to come to a different car! The car was listed with such upgraded wheels, and as I arrived there, the car had the BASE wheels. Also they REFUSED to install the upgraded wheels bad. However, this is no the bad part. After a couple of months I came to notice that this car I’ve bought had a HUGE issue with it, that this dealer was covering up! There is coolant leaking and getting mixed up with the oil… to the point I’ve taken my car in to another dealer and they will contact the factory to see what they will do to fix this, and it has damaged the engine. This will take over a MONTH to fix or 2, I have no idea… Ford Corporates should officially close this dealer!!! It is absurd they are advertising something that is not true once you get there! I drove 4 hours for not the same car as the pictures advertised!!!

I would have been satisfied even with the long wait. But I got my explorer back 8 days later and all issues were not repaired. I realize I brought my car in without an appt but when the Drive assist Park assist sensor failed for the second time in less than a year. I was close to dealer so I drove to dealer. They took me in after asking multiple times if I had an appt. I explained No. The agent wrote everything up explained that I would be in line with everything else. I told her just fix the issue. I was courteous and polite never raising my voice or rude. 8 days later by end of business my car was ready. I picked up it seemed fine they did a number of things. But my drivers side mirror did Not open back up when vehicle started. This was an issue and one that was repaired on sheet. But it was not.
Just want to let anyone that reads this review that Crieco Ford has been amazing on taking care of my F350 pick up truck, it had multiple problems with the turbo and Exost system and both times that I brought my truck there Tim in service and the mechanic were extremely professional, courteous and fast. I already purchased 13 Ford trucks in over 20 years and had bad experiences in a other Ford dealer in sunrise, Fl. Crieco Ford is far better then any other Ford dealer around. That’s a fact! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone that’s interested in a Ford vehicle and specially there service.
Went to Fort Lauderdale for my fiancé‘s birthday weekend and on our second day being here we noticed that our psi was low in our back right tire. Upon filling the tire up at a gas station we realize that there was a puncture in the tire, there was no nail but definitely a puncture big enough to let air come out fast. So we decided to go to the nearest Ford location which was Ford in Fort Lauderdale. We arrived and explain our situation meanwhile our tire is halfway flat, ask that we could swap our tire out for the one that we had in the back, or patch up the tire with the puncture, or purchase a new tire. We wanted to go to Ford because we trust and love Ford, we didn’t want to take our 2019 brand new Ford vehicle to a random mom and pop shop, and end up with some sort of other issue accidentally or from getting poor service. We were willing to do any of these three things but Tim in the Service department refused to give us service because we do not have an appointment, and closing time was in an hour. So he told us to go find a tire shop. This is very upsetting being that we love Ford, and the Ford in our hometown (Wesley Chapel ) would’ve taken care of this without the blink of an eye especially because this was an emergent situation. This man did not care that we are on vacation did not care that we had an almost flat tire didn’t give any care in the world, for example he said if we were to arrive earlier then we might have been able to take care of something but since we arrived “late” there was nothing he could do (meanwhile we arrived at 1pm afternoon). He should not be working at Ford. And this dealership should not be open. We decided to go to Pep Boys down the street and they informed us that this particular Fort Lauderdale Ford is consistently having issues and sending their clients over to different shops because they don’t want to deal with any sort of emergencies or issues without an appointment.
I had an extraordinary experience at Grieco after an abysmal one at a different dealership. I talked with four people at Grieco and I am not exaggerating when I say that all four of them did a specific thing to go out of their way and help me out. Selena, Moe, John, and Jorge are all very helpful and kind people. I am so happy with my car and time spent here. Thank you very much.

I bought a truck with 11K miles, it had the check engine light on. The sales person said just bring it back when you have time and we will fix it. Well I brought it back and now they want $12,734.98 to fix the problem. I have called and all they keep doing is running me around in circles. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER.Grieco Ford this is my first review. I will not stop till this is handled.

Advertised price of a Mach E was $50,000. I came in, test drove the car and was informed that actual price was $60,000+. Total misrepresentation in price. Spoke with sales manager Ray Lopez who informed me that everyone was doing it. He didn’t care that it’s bait and switch.

The most abysmal car buying experience EVER! As a matter of fact they tried so hard NOT to sell me a car, I decided to make that happen for them and bought somewhere else. Between two rude salespeople who took two days to respond as to whether a vehicle was available and then to the absurd price they sent me adding $9000 in ridiculous charges to the advertised price on their website I got the run around.
I have to say phenomenal service . My salesman was Paul O . And he went out his way the entire time and always kept me updated throughout the whole sale . He doesn’t pressure you on any sale and has other recommended vehicles in mind just in case the one is sold or the price is too high . Its like you walk into his house or his restaurant and he’s there to make you feel at home and comfortable . If you need a car and don’t want to feel pressured by a salesman like you would normally would, the guy to see is Paul . Even the finance manager had great service . 100% satisfied customer .
Went in on a appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. After waiting 3 hours, I went and checked what was going on only to see my car parked at the front of the line with multiple cars behind it like it was sitting there a good while. I asked my advisor when was it done. I could tell instantly that he didn’t know and said not longer then 15min.
I traded in my 2017 F-350 Super Duty for a 2021 F-150 Eco-Boost. I ordered the new truck because I wanted the 6.5 foot bed and they didnt have any and could not find one anywhere. Mike Mulleavey was my salesman. He was very versed in ordering trucks and make the ordering process very easy. To no fault of Mike or Grieco Ford, it took quite a while to receive my new truck but Mike kept me informed throughout the process. When the truck came in, Mike and Grieco Ford had the truck cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived and Mike had all the paperwork ready so I was in and out in no time. I am new to Ft Lauderdale, but a life-long Ford customer. I was ecstatic to receive professional, prompt, and great service from Grieco Ford! I absolutely recommend their service department, and Alex as a service advisor!I took my truck back for a second service, and once again, the service advisor, Jonathan, was friendly and professional! The work was done in a timely manner, and they offered helpful suggestions. I was unaware my truck needed an alignment, but since I was heading on a roadtrip, it was timely that I was in for an oil change and they let me know. The work for that was timely as well, and overall I am very pleased with Grieco Ford for service!
Worst salesmen ever, very dishonest dealership. Avoid them. Fake fees, and they will lie to you over and over again. Use auto natiom, no hidden fees or lies.Up date..2 months later and now Bank of America is sending late notices and fees for a vehicle I never bought!! Called the dealer to find out where this money might be and get the run around. Next step is to higher a lawyer and sue the dealership for ruining my credit and stealing money from a bank. Last month I checked, that truck was still for sale. I believe they took the money and trying to screw innocent people. Nothing but thieves there.

I scheduled some routine maintenance along with a thorough check up for my 2003 Mustang Cobra last week. I was so very impressed with the service department! Kim is a gift to this organization! She is a people person and really dedicated to the fine details of documenting your needs, carefully confirming everything, then following through to make sure it all gets done. She kept me in the loop with phone call/text updates on a regular basis. Normally, I would be the person to have to call in to check on status. Kim is relatively new to Grieco, but has plenty of experience from previous similar jobs. Every team member she worked with had that special “can do” attitude that sometimes is missing in these troubled times of COVID-19. Kim and Senior mechanic Manny made quite a team; they took great care of my pride and joy Cobra 🐍. I hope Kim stays there for a very long time! Manny has been my mechanic for years as he is a Cobra devotee and I trust him like family. Grieco bosses, I hope you realize the goldmine of personnel you have here! Treat them well!! 👸👍
Me and My Mother went to buy a used car at Grieco Ford of Fort Lauderdale after two weeks the car stop running. That was money me and my Mother save up. We had no more money or car. So I went to talk to the USED CAR MANGER MR. KENNY he was very understanding he did not give our money back but he did give us another car. He was very professional and he had great public relations. He should get a promotion and a raise.
Unable to handle a simple repair without an appointment - next available is 4 days later. Never again. Take your mechanical needs elsewhere.
Repairs were made in a timely manner the service writer Danielle was very helpful and prompt response. If there is a need for additional repairs I will be calling them.
My initial experience was poor, for a few reasons. I was faced with salesmen who werent wearing masks, even when asked. Added to this, the finance manager we had was rude and did little to help us. (We did our own financing legwork instead, from the parking lot, to get the low rate we deserved.) We found the dealership also added after-market items to car we ordered, without approval, then charged for them. (Zurich Shield and locking lug nuts) I dont find evidence they actually applied the Zurich Shield.Based on this feedback, the dealership reacted quickly and worked hard to improve our experience. This meant discounting items we hadnt requested, and ensuring we got what we paid for. They also reapplied the Zurich Shield, which was obvious after they truly did it.(revised up to 3 stars, after dealership responses)

Didnt thank me as a buying customer at the end, more of (hello got my commission from you and out the door✌️.) and Pressured into buying the car when I should feel comfortable as I please bringing business to this dealer. This dealer specific does things differently as I had to experience for myself and from what other people know about this dealer. Their overpricing adding extra made up fees and non taxable fees on used cars which I never heard of or have to pay which I hope is ((LEGAL)). I knew what I was buying. but certain things they could of offer to fix without charge if simple. Especially when taking a huge junk of your money to profit in their pocket. Please check your numbers very carefully..
Worse Customer Service ever! Sales, service, parts warranties. The staff treats clients like they are doing a favor for free! Stay away from them

Car buying experience was 5 stars, car service experience is 3 stars.The first time I got service, I was told to wait in the waiting area while they found a loaner car for me. Except, they forgot about me and I didn’t see the service advisor for another (almost) 4 hours. The service advisor was very apologetic and ended up giving me some sort of discount so I didn’t make a big deal out of it, and I decided I would come back again and give them another shot.Second time I came, the service advisor must have remembered me because he was polite and had a positive attitude. I got the “works” done, took about two hours, and all seemed fine to me as I paid and left. Once I got in my car, I took a further look at the paperwork, and on page 3 (of 4), there is a checklist detailing the inspection performed by the service department. I noticed my engine filter was checked off in the red box (which basically means it needed service ASAP). My problem is that no one called me at the conclusion of the inspection to say “hey we’ve found this problem would you like us to fix it for extra $$?” (I would’ve said yes and they could’ve made more money off me). No one during the checkout process even bothered to say “hey do you want to schedule another appointment to fix this?” Or “hey notice this about your inspection.” I just consider it to be poor salesmanship and customer service because Grieco Ford had the opportunity to upsell a product that is an easy fix and would’ve taken a mechanic less than a minute to complete.Anyways, I went and got the part myself and changed my own engine filter. It makes me wonder what else gets overlooked? At other car dealership service departments, the service advisor always checks me out and gives me a quick run down of what was done/found, not here though!Finally, I was in a minor fender bender and the other guy paid me cash to fix the dent/scrape. So I called up their collision center and left a message, but no one called me back 😂. So they also lost my business again and I took my car to a locally owned collision center.Overall I would recommend Grieco Ford for buying a car, would advise you to think twice about letting them service your car.
From the minute I walked in the door this staff was on top of it. Tamer my sales rep was exceptional. He promised to sell me a truck as fast and efficient as possible and within two hours I drove off the lot with my new Chevy. The GM Rob clearly knows what he’s doing and runs a well oiled machine. Feliciano the sales manager got my bank approval done with within 30 minutes. I’m a happy camper. Ask for Tamer if you want to be properly guided through this typically painful process.
Save your time by avoiding the deceptive acts that this dealer is practicing. When you will come to this dealer (with an appointment preset), you will find out that the car is not there, not ready or in different condition than was advertised and/or discussed over the phone.They, without a test drive, or any official purchase agreement, will increase the cars price by about $2000 from the original.They will not answer their emails, and the management does not care to follow up about wasted appointment times or your time spent waiting and getting to the dealer. (Made 2 appointments with them - the car was not ready for either.)They will not present to you any vehicle documentation or price breakdown.

I absolutely dread the process of car shopping because of how time consuming it can be, but they had me in and out within just a few hours. I worked with Gian Montoya, who was so genuine and kind throughout our transaction together. He did his best to get me the best deal possible & I left 100% content with my new car. The service center is horrible. Go to a dealer that actually values their customers.We brought our Ford Escape in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. The next day we discovered the technician failed to attach the under engine shield correctly. We brought it back to be fixed and were offered zero apology for the situation. Furthermore we had to then pay for a rental car for the day because they do not offer loaner vehicles and where we work is outside of their allowed uber area- Del Ray).We asked for a refund for services to which they countered with credit for our next service appointment. We decided to stick with the refund option as we were debating if we would give them another chance. As of yesterday we still have not received our refund and when we called the service center cashier stated that there is no record of a refund being authorized.From a safety standpoint it was very concerning that the results from our multipoint inspection was dramatically different even though they were conducted 2 days apart (not to mention the safety concern of the under engine shield they didnt correctly reattach to the vehicle). The first inspection had everything marked as in great condition and the second report had many items marked as needing attention. I asked to speak to the service manager as I thought he may be interested to know about our experience thus far. When we shared our concerns with him it was clear he sincerely could not care less about our experience or the dissatisfactory work conducted by his team.I would avoid if possible.**Update** As you can see in the response below, the dealership uses generic, copy and paste verbiage to show that they care about reviews posted about customer experiences. This enhances their web presence and is an attempt to make others believe that the organization goes out of their way to connect with those who are not satisfied with their services. Again another customer service recovery opportunity missed with a true lack of empathy or care for their customer.
Same old dealer tricks. 4:13pm - Yea we have that vehicle, come on down... when I get there at 4:55pm... ooh, we just sold it but I have a few others to show you, just above your price range. Want to take a look... No thanks. The sales man was accommodating and not pushy which is why there are two stars instead of one. Cant say I would recommend this dealer, your mileage may vary.
March 2020, bought an Infiniti Q50 here, battery didn’t last me 6 months and within 8 months, transmission problems. Brought it back and bargained for a new car. Altima 2020 in November. Car has had so many issues, technological, brakes were done within the first few months as was the battery. Point is. Do not buy used cars here. 2 back to back faulty cars. I should’ve gone somewhere else. All they do here is sell messed up used cars.
The battery light had been coming on intermittently for a while on my 05 Mustang which has not been driven much in the last year. One mechanic could not find the cause and another said it was the alternator. My battery, out of warranty, became unable to hold a charge and failed to recharge with a charger as well. I checked a couple of auto parts stores for replacement, then called Grieco for a price. There replacement cost was competitive including installation so I made an appointment. Micheal, a recent addition to their team of service advisors wrote me up. The installation was performed promptly while I waited in their new waiting area with complimentary coffee. When completed, checkout was efficient and I thought off I go. After starting the car the battery life remained on as I drove off 🙀.I immediately returned and Michael came out to see what the problem was. He explained this was normal so off I went. Sure enough, the light went out after a minute and I am very satisfied. Thanks for the great experience and I am sure Michael will do well with Grieco.
11/21/2020- Very happy with my new vehicle purchased especially with the great assistance provided by Don LeMay. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and he goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. I will continue doing business with Don at Grieco Ford and I highly recommend him and Jorge in Finance..12/19/2020 - He is outstanding and provides you a peace of mind that He will deliver what he talks. He is definitely strong in his selling skills as well as very customer service oriented. He is definitely a great asset to Ford Grieco.
Service was professional and speedy, best place in Fort Lauderdale for what they at Grieco Ford call the WORKS which includes a oil change, tire rotation and topping off of all fluids. If your car is in need of something else they will let you know. all around great service. Ask for KIM shes great.

Horrible at getting back to you, delay your car service often, dealt with them 5 times with almost 10 000 dollars put into the car and each time I have been unsatisfied with this service department. Not returning any time soon.

Waited almost 3 hours for Greco Ford to tell me that we dont have the part in stock for my Ford F-150 when I called 5 days before to make the appointment and they told me they have the part waiting for me when I go down they dont have it for me Im never going back there again
We went in on 5/24/2021 in to buy a used 2019 Mazda Miata listed on their web site and AutoTrader for $26818.00 We worked with a salesperson named Mo/Moe. He was very friendly as expected and was wonderful for the test drive. We decided to buy the car however when we sat down we noted that on a used car they were adding over $2250.00 in additional fees on top of sales tax, FL registration and misc fees. I asked about those fees and they were not described to me in detail at all. He sorta just rushed over them and said they were dealer fees and safety check fees. This was a total SCAM as it is a used car listed on several of their websites at a price of $26818.00. When I asked him to remove those fees or discount the price to match my financing needs he went to the finance manager and came back and said he did. I quote: I got the discount for you and your payments are where you wanted them. I looked at the paper work and all he did is extend the financing a few additional months to lower the payment. A bold face lie is what occurred. I ended up going to another dealership and purchased a Miata later that evening with none of the additional fees. I will be registering a complaint to the BBB as well as the dealerships upper management. I am not saying that Grieco dealerships are all bad but if you buy a used car from them make sure to check each charge before you sign.
Service great as usual. Be nice if you had direct service phone line. Calling in goes thru several steps and warnings about recording the call b4 you get to speak to someone. Really not necessary.
When I asked my Dad for advice when looking to buy a new truck he told me that above all, buying a truck should be fun. And that, if I started getting pressure or feeling stressed leave and go somewhere else. Im happy to report thats just how it went at Greico. Cole helped me out and it was a low pressure easy fun experience. All the staff were cool but professional and helpful. Another example, after buying the truck --which I feel like I got a great deal on -- I had to return a rental to the airport. Some of the guys volunteered to follow me out there so I could save myself a trip back and forth and uber ride. 10/10 highly recommended to check out. Financing was a breeze also.
I took my Ranger 2019 for a 20,000 miles Service. They say they changed the oil and filters, rotate tires, and check all the fluids and whipes.Ok, my Next service sticker was not updated, I still have the last one. My coolant level was low and I left it like that just to check if they really do it, but it´s still at the same low level. Whipes are horrible and they never mentioned to replaced them.I am really starting to be in doubt if they really rotate the tires and actually changed the oil!!
Initially my review was 1 ⭐️ but I really love to see the way this company take care of the situation honestly they do great and answer within 10 hours. It has been over 2 years since I brought my car for service at this Ford location, but I am glad I did decide to come back. I was in a rush as my battery was about to die, needed an oil change and also replace a headlight. As soon as I called I was able to get an appointment that same morning. I was greeted upon immediately and the service staff couldnt have been more helpful. I received multiple calls for updates to the car and they waived their diagnostic testing fee to have the work done with them. It took a few hours and I had my car ready for pick up that same day. Thank you Grieco Ford, I dont normally write reviews but felt I needed to as this is a complete 180 from the service I was used to. It feels good to have a location close by that I can go to for reliable service. Ill be back again!
After a LOT of shopping around for cars. I found a really clean 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Grieco Ford. The Jeep was really clean, and they had a really good price on it. It was the first vehicle I had ever financed so I was a little bit nervous about the process. The whole process was not as painful as I was expecting. Lee the Sales Manager and Leonardo helped me through everything and I was actually in and out the door in about an hour and a half! They got me a decent interest rate with a great bank! I was expecting some kind of shadiness since it is South Florida but it was a great experience from beginning to end. I have had the Jeep for 3 months now and it has been amazing. I couldnt be happier with it and I was surprised by how smoothly everything went. I would definitely buy from them again.
I recently bought a new 2021 Ford Bronco Big Bend and had a very good experience. Moe made it very easy to get thru. He came in on his day off to show me how all the features work and even put my plate on my new car. I would go back again. This is the fourth vehicle that I bought from Grieco over the years. I really enjoyed working with Moe and will in the future. I had a little had time with the finance department as they would not let me use my Amex or bank card and had to go back the next day with a cashiers check. Other then that is was great and I love my new Bronco.
The one star is for Michael Mulleavey the salesman. He did a great job of ordering the vehicle.In regards to Grieco Ford dealership I would not be giving them any stars. I did not know you were supposed to look under the brand new vehicle for rust and salt corrosion. If I had I would not have taken delivery of the new F250. When attempting to correct the problem Grieco Ford advised that it was a Ford problem and they would not be assisting me in cleaning the undercarriage or compensate me for the same. I do have a complaint in with Ford and I am waiting for a response. Its sad that Grieco did not even request my new vehicle back so that they could look at the rust and corrosion themselves. Customer Service. Where is it??I have bought several vehicles in the past from the previous dealerships, Powell Ford, Marone Ford, and Auto Nation. This was my first purchase and my last purchase from a Grieco Dealership.

David Braunstein, service writer response to incomplete service; “we’re sorry!” Amateur hour with amateur service. Still no response from the Service Manager or how to rectify the loose battery cover.
This is one service department that keeps its appointment time and does a great job on the service, and keeps your car clean !!
