Soldier active duty coming from nyc he left glass EVERWHERE

Not recommending this company.The company called me a day before saying that the technician was going to contact me the following day after 9:30 in the morning to let me know the estimate time of his arrival.He called me at 8AM the next day saying Im outside without even saying hello or even introducing himself. I was not expecting that time of arrival so he stared to show a little attitude to me saying that now I had to wait from 8AM to 5PM. A day of work totally lost because now I had to wait the whole day with the possibility of the guy not even coming.By the time he got to my address the first thing he started to do was complain about how big the damage was.Overall he did the job, I have nothing bad to say about the company, however, the technician was very impolite and careless about other peoples time.
