I was in a car accident and had to get my car fixed by them. They were super professional, always responded on time, and Keith especially was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place!

My car was hit at my apartment, damage was bad. Brought my car to collision arts last week. Process was efficient and seamless. My car now looks better than it did when i brought it..Ricky is the best!!!!! He took care of me and is currently taking care of my wifes car as well. We had a bad week but Ricky and the staff at Collision arts made it bearable and easy. Thank you all so much.

Spoke to a man every time I called, and he was not straightforward. I took my car to this place for minor fixes after a fender bender, and was told it would only take about 3 days tops. On the third day, i called to see if my car was ready and the man i spoke to exact words were later. I then asked Later? And he replied saying if not later then tomorrow morning. This was strange to me.. Because i KNEW that they were not open on the weekends. I asked Oh, so you are open weekends? The man replied, I will be here Saturday, yes. I woke up Saturday morning with plans to get my car (since i finally had a day off) and nobody is there. Bad business. Workers should try being honest. Due to the simple fact the man did not care about getting me my car back on time, I am forced to go another 2-3 days without transportation to and from work which is a hassle. Thanks, Collision Arts!

DId a horrible job on my car - took them months to fix. Requested various estimates on parts and said they would call back and never did. I called multiple times and they still didnt know the prices. Bad Bad Bad service.
