Low quality work, I have a car that’s been in restoration over two years, he asked for cash payments for a discount, performed some work, and the started using the car as a trash bin.. Yes, Foolish! I wrote a check recently to do work so I can recouperate my car, he cashed it, and once again no work performed. He is a thief, and will be stopped.
