My experience at BMS was mostly positive. Daniel B. was great to work with. I could list a couple things that I didnt think were that great, but by and large -- if youre looking to buy a motorcycle or other off-road vehicle, I imagine BMS is as good as there is.

I went in after seeing available Honda Ruckus on the website. Gianni happy helped me get me on the scooter the way I wanted. After some back in forth on my end, everything was finalized and I was happy to ride home on my first two wheeled vehicle!

Amazing the type of service that we get. Careful when dealing with this dealership. I asked for an “out the door” price which means on industry standard that tax, tags and fees are included. After the finance manager Gio meddle with my bank, which cost me money, all the price agreed upon, and I had to pay $550.00 out of my pocket, the out the door price did not include the tags which raised the price yet more. So, be careful with this people.

They charge you to use a credit/debit card!While checking out today my kid wanted to use a gift card from a birthday gift. He didnt know how much was left on it but their policy is if a card is declined you cant retry it for a lesser amount. They also charge a fee to use cards. This is a cost of doing business and should be included in their prices.... Just like every other place. They are so afraid of charge backs that they have signs all over the cashiers desk. Not very professional business practices. Makes you feel like they dont trust you and they are trying to squeeze every last dollar from you. Go to Riva.

I walked in not sure what boat to consider! I was greeted by Danny and his staff with only professionalism and product knowledge. They took the time to explain every detail on all the products and did a needs analysis to determine what would be the best fit for me and my family. The next step was to convince my wife who was not on board for this purchase that this was an investment our family can enjoy together. Danny went above and beyond and offered a water test on this boat which got our whole family to experience what it would be like to enjoy this watercraft daily. She then was convinced that this is something that we can use to bring the family together. I’m very disappointed with Broward Motosports!On Saturday August 28th 2021 I called their parts department and asked if they had a battery for my 2019 Harley Davidson. I spoke to John who said they had it in stock. I then drove through and bought it around 3pm. At 5:05pm I established that the battery did not fit my bike, called them but they were closed at 5pm and all day Sunday. I then drove to Harley Davidson and bought a new battery from Harley which obviously fitted fine.On Monday I took the new battery back to Broward Motosports since it didnt fit my bike and was told by John in the parts department, that they do not take battery returns! He called his manager but wasn’t able to get hold of him. Like you need to get hold of a manager to have a brand new battery returned?! Unbelievable!Last time they will ever see me again!

Brought a bike in with an issue for them to evaluate after 4 days was told it would be over $4,000 to repair parts plus labor. Bought my first sport bike from them years and and recently bought a cruiser. Their staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. Their service and parts department have been great to work with so far as Ive stated adding mods already. Their new showroom is awesome. Much larger than the old one. I recommend them. Its a shame the Sales guy I dealt with chaged jobs recently (Alexander) but the staff in general has been very helpful.

I had a flat tire like 3 weeks ago. I was calling this people trying to get service. They told me the first time that I called that they can pick up my motorcycle and install the new tire. Since there Im calling over and over without any luck to speak with someone who can/want help me. Drop calls (they hung up on me), innecesary twousend transferings (even to another locations) and a clear unwilling to provide a service. Made me go to another dealer to get the service (just a simple tire replace). I bought my motorcycle in this location and thats why I thought that I may be appreciated after spend twousends of dollars in this place. But looks like that they are friendly and provide good customer service only the day that you have to sign for purchase. Very disappointed. Not recomendable place at all.

I appreciate their help and time, but I was denied finance with a credit of 715 and $2,000 down on a $5,200 bike.

Sad to say that even with the looks and new building the service still terrible. I guess most service guys hate the job they got and as a customer is not appreciated to be helped like I am bothering them for doing their job. Also the only one wearing a face covering was the front desk lady. Not even a sign requesting customers to wear one when going in but what kind of example would that set when the ones helping you dont even wear one. Couple more customers and I looked at each in disbelief.

I had some of the greatest service on my bike at Broward Ft.Lauderdale. I believe i spoke with Alex on the phone and he was so prompt and courteous. I have to be honest...other Broward Motorsports can learn from him. My experience has always proved noteworthy. Last time i was there, they took care of an exhaust leak i didnt even ask them to. Thoughtfully calling me to confirm that it was ok as well.

On February 13, 2019 I decided to take a casual stroll into Broward Motor Sports of Ft Lauderdale before going into work, something that I had ment to do for some time now, and the last time I was there, they were located at another location, east of I95 on Sunrise .... I have always thought of myself owing a motorcycle (Suzuki GSXR 750), as it had been many years since Ive had one, but I was also thinking about an ATV (Yamaha Raptor 700r) or a Canam Ryker.After walking in, a young gentleman by the name of Gio, introduce himself to me and immediately my Broward Motorsports experience had started. He was extremely friendly and after showing me a few products, I decided that I was going to be very clear to him, and advised him that if there was another customer he would rather help, I wouldnt be offended because I knew I was just browsing. He in-reply responded that he would assist me until I was complete with my browsing and he had no problem assisting me, even if I wasnt planning on a purchase that day.Long story short, I met Gio on a Wednesday 02-13-2019, and spent a little over an hour with him, went back with my wife and son two days later (Friday - 03-15-2019) so they could help be me make a decision on what motorbike to get (as they had plenty in stock and I wasnt sure if I really wanted a street bike or an ATV, or even the Ca-am Ryker). I went back Saturday 02-16-2019 around 5:30pm, and even though I waited for an hour to talk to Gio as he was dealing with another customer, I had no problem waiting because in the prior days, he was patient enough to answer all my questions and any questions he couldnt answer he was willing to immediately query whomever he needed to, to get an answer for me. This young man impressed me so much, that while I was there on the Friday night, and being that the store closes at 7 pm and i was there after 7pm NOT BUYING a product, the owner Sam came over to me and the family and was nice enough to strike up a conversation. At the time, I really didnt know who I was talking to, as Gio had stepped away, but i had thought to myself, this guy is really nice, and i felt comfortable talking to him. Gio came back over and joined the conversation, and it was only then i was properly introduce to Sam as the owner of the establishment. Bwoy!!! I was impressed, and just to remind you, it was about 7:30, at this point, and they had no clue that I was going to be buying a motorcycle. I was so impressed and satisfied with my experience so far, that I went back the following day ( Saturday 02-16-2019) and after some negotiation and an awesome deal, I bought a new 2018 Yamaha R6 all cash, and took delivery of the it that night, and again I was the last customer, and if I can remember we must have left out of there about 8pm, one hour after closing time. I didnt want to ride the bike home, and they were nice enough to load it in the back of my truck for me. Unfortunately I havent been able to ride the it, as I have missed placed the keys ever since unloading the bike Saturday night. But Im waiting patiently until later on today, to call Broward Motorsports of Ft Lauderdale, to see if and how I can have new keys made.In the mean time, I want to thank Gio for his excellent customer service, and to Sam for taking the time to to talk to me and my family, as it was his intervention that made all the difference.

I originally went there to take part in a Yamaha sponsored demo ride.I was curious to me that they had very few motorcycles on the showroom floor according to the sales staff who were very helpful they are having trouble getting motorcycles out of Japan right now.

Shady business practices. I purchased an item online for pickup in store. When the item was due to be available for pickup I had not heard anything from the company so I contacted them. I was told the item had not arrived yet and was a special order and would take more time. I only placed the order bc I needed the item sooner not later so I told them that did not help me and I wouldnt need it any longer. At this point they say they will refund my money but with a 20% service charge. Why should I pay for their misinformation? Had they given me a proper timeline of availability I never wouldve purchased through them. If this is how they feel they need to make money by gipping people than people should be wary. My experience with Broward Motorsports In Fort Lauderdale has been nothing less than amazing. Without getting into to much detail my motorcycle was stolen but recovered and when it came time for the repairs I had the best experience working with Randy in service not only did he go above and beyond expectations but he got my bike back to me months before the date originally estimated. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and would advise they speak with Randy for any of their service/maintenance needs.

Went here to do a service on my bike. I was quoted one price on the phone and then given a price $50 more in person. I asked why and it was then put back to the price I was originally quoted. That is shady in my opinion. The the work didnt justify the wait time. I understand that to charge what they charge they have to make it look like it takes longer than it really does. I asked if my bike was ready 30 minutes before they said it should be ready and it was leading me to believe that the hourly rate charge should have been less.
