I called others for my Kenmore refrigerator that I thought was going out and they had quoted me an 8 day wait for service! No way, called Dennis at Thermador Group that night, he came out first thing the next morning, found nothing wrong and I only was charged the small service fee they charge which is far less than sears, almost half. I highly recommend his professional, and excellent service and will be a life long customer and refer to him always.

Chris is awesome! He fixed our GE monogram 2 months ago and its still working great. Chris was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes and informed us the PC board was broken and needed to be replaced. He gave us a bid for parts and labor and ask us to call him to schedule after 48 hours of defrosting. He was back in two days to replace the board. The day after the repair, the temperature was not working correctly, so we called him to inquire. Chris was quick to deduce that the PC board installed might be faulty. He came back within a couple of days and replaced the board with another one. Our refrigerator has been working fine since. Ask for Chris (not sure what his last name is, but there are a couple of Chris at Thermador Group).

I used Aaron from Thermador Group based on excellent ratings through Google. The display unit in my GE profile range had gone belly-up. Aaron had a few problems obtaining the part through his supplier but once he received it he insured it was installed quickly and professionally. I would recommend him for any appliance-related repair.

He asked questions about my washer/dryer issues to determine if it was an emergency or not; then scheduled an appointment with a 2-hour window. HE WAS EARLY! When does that happen?
