We purchased the appliance package for our dream kitchen from Fuse and are thrilled with the results!! While there are many websites and stores out there, the selection process can be overwhelming and filled with buyer’s remorse. Crystal Leek is clearly an expert in her field. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us throughout the process which involved balancing style, function and budget. Our appliances did take a little longer than expected due to Covid but the great customer service and overall value made up for it. I would highly recommend Fuse for your appliance needs!

Fuse is first rate. Purchased kitchen suite of appliances ( 5 items ) Bosch. Most on back order due to COVID. Jeff Russo kept me up to date on order progress almost weekly. Never had to call. All items delivered when promised. Installers were terrific. Highly recommend Fuse to anyone looking for top name brands at reasonable price. Sales staff patient and very helpful.

Amazing service!Needed to replace our range top and due to the pandemic it was delayed because of the manufacture!Fuse stayed on top of the order and thankfully it arrived sooner than expected.We we contacted, an install date was agreed upon.The installers arrived, professionally dressed, clean, protected and respectful of our home.The install was complete with out issue and cleaned up after.We have own several homes over the years and never had a service contractor that was this good!We recommend Fuse a 10 out of 10!

Was careful in bringing in the appliances by protecting the steps and walkway, carefully measured and was sure each step of the way that everything would fit nicely. I cant say enough about this store, (Ft. Lauderdale location) we just purchased our full kitchen with them and Darrawn Wilson was amazing. Due to my own negligence, I forgot to submit the paperwork for the rebate and he stayed late on New Years Eve to make sure it got done for me. This is above and beyond customer service. Fuse was recommended to us by our home builder. We purchased Thermador ovens, dishwasher and cook top. Kim and the Fuse team was awesome to work with. They even tried to get us a dishwasher loaner since there’s been a huge delay due to COVID-19. Our dishwasher was finally installed last week! Now that everything is in place, we’re very happy with everything. We would highly recommend getting your next appliances at Fuse!

She communicated regularly with our kitchen installers and GC to ensure a smooth installation with zero problems. Having bought many appliances from a variety of places over the years it is an unexpected pleasure to actually get such service .
