Got told one thing by phone, and it was a different story when I showed up. Guy from the back office came out and just blew me off. So much for trying to patronize local businesses, I just left and ordered what I wanted online. At least I know what Im getting and it will be here tomorrow at my doorstep.

All I needed was a 6 piece of 5/8 aluminum tube to repair my bicycle seat. No luck in the scrap bin, so I went to the sales office (without much hope, I might add). The salesman looked at my seat, went out in the warehouse, pulled a 12 foot tube from the highest shelf (at least 12 feet, maybe more!), cut the tube and gave it to me NO CHARGE! That is my definition of customer service. Ill recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

I don’t know about service but hours should be updated, we drove there to find out that place is closing at 3:30pm, not 4:15. Just saying.

I am in the Transportation industry and loaded at this location .. The people here were friendly and fast from the office to the warehouse to get me loaded and on my way.. Awesome .....

Generally a good supplier, but occasionally poor service for pulling stock. Too busy to handle walk-ins.
