This is a nice FBO for sure. Seems to be the best spot to fuel up and renting a raft before flying to Bahamas. Didnt see any pilot lounge with recliners though for a long rest. Nice lobby. soothing asthetics, Duty shop, Go rental, Jet Cafe with really good food, fuel...we often need to fill oxygen but didnt check here as we didnt need on this leg so I cant speak on that. Friendly ramp hands, desk and all we had contact with. I think we found a new breakfast fly in.

Very posh. Very accommodating. Border services is not attached so international flights get bogged down there before getting to Banyan.

Service was 1st class. Professional, helpful, and courteous. Had our rental car at our airplane in 5 minutes, and the car was decent and clean for a competitive price.Beautiful facility. I’m hangaring our Cirrus there during our stay. Will report how that went at the end of our stay. It’s not cheap but competitive for South Florida in the winter.

Im shocked at how bad the service is at Banyan now. On the evening of April 6 at 20:30LT we landed at KFXE. After delivering a King Air all the way from Dubai, and after several long days, we finally arrived at our destination, Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport. Upon parking and being greeted by the new owner of the aircraft, where we exchanged the usual greetings, I proceeded to clean up the aircraft and unload our bags. As I did so, the Line Service Technician stood only 8 from the bottom of the aircraft stairs, talking to the owner. Id hoped hed assist me by taking the heavy luggage, but even after I threw a styrofoam cooler on the ground, in plain site, to hopefully get his attention, he still stood idly by as I humped the bags down the stairs myself. Once I cleaned up the aircraft and closed the door, he had left and there was no one to help us carry the 2 large bags, 2 duffles and 2 briefcases to the terminal, some 50 yards away. Luckily, the owner had borrowed a golf cart, so we loaded everything on that and drove it across the apron. Once inside, my first priority was to find out what nearby hotels Banyan had crew rates with. The man behind the front desk said, first, I need you to fill out this form so I can register the aircraft. I told him that the owner would do that, that I needed to hotel rates. He relied oh, theyre all around $140. He didnt help with any names of hotels, ask if I needed assistance booking anything, or even offer to drive us to one.This is shocking as I had used Banyan years ago and always found them to provide excellent service.Prior to becoming a professional pilot, I worked at 2 FBOs in South Florida and we not only valued our customers, we went out of the way to accommodate them.Well, I can tell you...I will NEVER use Banyan again.

One of their drivers likes to drive about 95mph on I-10, cut off multiple vehicles, and flip off semi drivers. Not smart to do in a company car.

They are ranked as one of the best FBOs in the county and you will see why. - outstanding services. I been using them since 2006 as a departure / return point for the Caribbean trips. From arranging groceries, to marine life equipment, to help with overnights, to friendly helping smiles. They do it all wonderfully. Would recommend them for the first fro time to experienced over water pilots. They also have a excellent maintenance facility.

The FBO at KFXE aka Lauderdale Executive offers quite an experience for your visit. The interiors are elegantly laid out & speak loud of luxury. Although the fuel cost per gallon is double compared to some airports which are barely 80Nm away.They dont offer car rentals even if you top-up your fuel tanks if youre under 25. There isnt any buffet laid out which is provided at other FBOs. Landing/parking charges are $15/base.

Awesome service as always! Last Friday I visited Banyan for few hours, on my way back to the airport I left my wallet in the Uber that dropped me there. Bobby (the ramp agent) was more than helpful and offer himself to ship the lost wallet whenever it was dropped back at the FBO. Few minutes after I took off he called me to let me know he recovered my wallet. Couple days later I got my wallet right at my front door!Thank you so much Bobby!

I was very disappointed on my last visit to this store. I had bought a Brightline flight bag and it had a defect. I was told straight up that Banyan would not cover any returns nor support / coordinate the return. I was given a kick in the but and was told that I should contact the manufacturer and resolve my case. Nice going guys...
