Juan Carlos is the BEST! We purchased a home that had a whole house water filtration system installed in 2009 that needed updating. Juan Carlos and Joey came out and went above and beyond with updating parts and educating us on the system and how it all works. They were on time and very professional. Juan Carlos was completely transparent with prices and he didn’t throw in add on charges even through there were some surprise issues that came up. The office was great to work with as well. We are very happy with our system and look forward to adding an under sink unit. Highly recommend!!!!

I purchased a complete set of cookware from a sales representative after a presentation while engaged in 2010. We have been married since 2011 and I love cooking with my set. In the last 10+ years the handles have broken off, Im sure from me constantly cooking with high heat. I contacted Carico and Elaine was very helpful. For some reason I dont have an original receipt of purchase but my finacing receipt which is not what is needed for replacement parts. However, Elaine figured it out. I took pictures of the broken cookware and mailed in one that couldnt be fixed and received an entirely new one. This is why I invested in this cookware to begin with and at first I thought it was a total loss since I couldnt find my receipt. I said all that to say, I recommend Carico products to anyone looking for high quality cookware that will last you a lifetime.

Without Carico, we would be having multiple issues at home, such as asthma attacks and breakouts of eczema. Were NOT doctors, BUT, I do know what a scratchy bloody arm looks like when the water is not filtered, and a clean arm when it IS filtered. We have had the whole house system for over 10 years, and its been through 2 hurricanes. Yes, part of the top blew off, but it still works GREAT! I made the mistake of bypassing it to fill the pool once and my child came out of the shower saying that the water was poison! We also have multiple other products, such as cookware, cutlery, mattresses, pillows, juicers, and air purifiers. I use them at our house, and the rent house. Im able to get about $100 more per month in rent with the water filter installed. It is such an upgrade, and well worth it for every home and business. The air filters are a MUST with any cold, flu, and of course COVID. We dont transfer colds and viruses at the house with the air purifier. Before, if one person got sick, we all did. Anyone that has kids in school, you know what happens when the kid comes home with the sniffles, look out, the entire family gets ill. We dont have this problem. We recently UPGRADED our cookware from the surgical stainless to the new and improved 316 steel. It is so much easier to clean, and better to cook on. As far as the sleeping systems, I wouldnt be able to get comfortable without them. I have multiple orthopedic problems, and they have really given me the only opportunity to sleep. The only problem is that our kids demanded to get the same mattress that we had, so 1 became a need for 4, so now our entire house is filled with Carico. Carico products are expensive, but the cost is low. We havent had to replace a mattress in over 10 years, we havent had to replace cookware in over 25 years, and our water system is going on 16 years now. I cant say everyone will get the same results as us, but I dont think another company provides a better quality product.If you consider the return on investment, there is no greater return than being able to be as healthy as possible and knowing that your kids have the best opportunity for nutritious meals, clean air and water, and the best sleep ever. Thanks Carico for what you do for our family and everyone else.- Note, we just got the new Clean machine, and so far its awesome! We cleaned the grout and it looks like new, and there are areas of the house that have never been cleaned, but now we have the capability. Im afraid of what might come out of the shower drain, or underneath the stairs. Ha!

We bought a water filter for the whole house on December 2020, it cost $4500 offering us that we would have better quality water since a member of my family suffered from allergies due to the water that came from the city, we never did a test test to verify what They sold us it was good and of quality, surprise was that the allergy continued and we asked a test of the house water from a certified and approved laboratory and the surprise was that the filter does not fulfill functions of removing or eliminating bacteria and other things, when we contacted Carico his answer was that the filter did not do any of that, basically it is a water softener but nothing else !! More than anger it was frustration because the seller offered it to us as a wonder and the best in the world and it was not like that, it does not even remove the # 1 bacteria that the US water has (Coliform also didnt control calcium & Magnesium. go to EPA.gov), now we do not have quality water, the allergy in the member of My family still continues, Carico no longer answers calls and we continue to pay a filter of like 5 thousand dollars for nothing! The filter has only been with us for 6 months. Carico does NOT respond so if someone buys a Carico water filter please do the water test before and after buying it, use a certified Laboratory do not use a home or Carico test because that is not real! I did reported to Better Business Bureau! Ill continue looking others places until Carico not only responds to me but does not fool people anymore. Please if you have or planning to buy a water filter with Carico do water test with a certified laboratory, their products are too expensive to steal from us like that!!

I purchased a complete set of cookware from a distributor back in 1985. Recently, one of my pans broke due to me dropping it. I contacted Carico and all they needed to do was to verify that I was the original owner of the set. After that, I mailed the pan to them for inspection and then they mailed me a new pan. My cost was only the shipping in sending the pan to Carico International. Plus, due to the age of the pan, they obviously didnt have that particular make but they replaced it with one that was the exact size and absolutely beautiful!I would highly recommend Carico products to anyone looking for high quality, safe cookware. It definitely has withstood the test of time and if you do have an issue, there is a friendly representative waiting to help fix the problem quickly and to your liking. Thank you Patricia V

We went into this very skeptical and we were unsure if maybe it was scam. We were put at ease by the Carico salesman named Fred, he assured us there was no pressure to buy however he just wanted our time to see the amazing products he had to offer.By the end of his presentation I was glad I decided to come, and my fiancee and I decided to but the amazing pots he showed us in the presentations. The biggest thing for me in the kitchen is making sure what I make is healthy, and seeing the fat drain and with the meat still being juicy blew my mind.🤯One benefit that I am sure we will be using in the future is the percentage we get off for life because of buying at a presentation. When you see a product this nice it is a no brainer to take the leap, especially when it comes to health.

Prices are way to high compare with the quality they offer. I have had quality issues with every single product I bought ( taper ware, air purifier, ultra cooker). The have change the Ultra Cooker three times, and every time it was defective, and the last one the bring home didn’t even work. I request a refund and it was denied. They offer to change it for another products that I do not need. And now they don’t even answer my calls. This is a $990.00 product it should work perfectly or at least be refunded. I call customer service, they have no idea about my case. Poor quality, poor customer service. No to mention that si ce the last time I gave them the Ultra Cooker is been a month and I still don’t have a solution.

It is now October 20th and I STILL havent received anything. Ive called, left messages, emailed my sales person and customer service. We have owned Carico products and products similar to Carico for years and Carico is by far the highest quality. Of the many Cario products we own I would say that the whole house and point of use water filters are our favorite, but we also love the sleep system, cookware, air filter and ultra vac. Tried ordering a set of cookware online, where advertised, but saw no prices. I called to inquire and representative said they would have to take my information down, send it to headquarters and marketing and then they will call me back. She would not give me prices over the phone either. Wow! What a way to handle potential new customers. That registered a red flag for me and thanked her very much and ended the call. I will continue my search online for a good set of surgical stainless steel cookware. Too much of a hassle to buy from this company. Sorry!

I worked for Carico 37 years ago and I learned a lot and later was able to use all I learned in many different business.😃 And I also became a customer 35 years ago and then again bought a few more sets of the cookware for my daughters and nieces 10 years ago and these products are the best. As a matter of fact I still have some of the original cookware that I bought 35 years ago and they are still in great shape, so these are very good products and they are worth every penny, because they are quality products.😎

I spent a summer working for Carico. Here is what I learned:Carico is a cleverly structured marketing organization. Its purpose is to generate income through the selling of overpriced utensils for the home. Large numbers of online posts complain about their mediocre goods and phony lifetime guarantee. One of Carico’s favorite ways to create sales leads is to use fake vacation contests.In addition, people who answer Caricos recruiting ads are asked to provide work references which the company then uses as sales leads. Recruits are seen as nothing more than potential customers: They are not interviewed nor even told about the company or job. Instead, they are made to sit through a motivational pitch devoid of any real content. In the end, Carico hopes to convince the recruit to pay a fee for marketing materials, then join their pyramid scheme. Thus, many people complain about the smarmy way their recruiting process is done.Keep in mind, some of their veteran sales staff do indeed make a lot of money, but such income is based on manager percentage-- the higher the manager is ranked on the pyramid, the more of a percentage he or she receives from each product sold. To support this percentage system, the products are absurdly overpriced. In other words, Carico’s pyramid scheme has to sell poorly made items at high prices. Some online posters report Caricos pans falling apart within weeks of purchase and pressure cookers blowing up. When customers try to collect on the “lifetime warranty,” Cairco ignores their calls or gives them the run-around. Cairo representatives typically try to wear down the customer and sales recruit with cheesy sales jargon about nice things, top quality, and unlimited income. Dont fall for it!

Very bad experience, buy a pillow and a toper for the bed and the truth is what they offer, the pillow was supposed to alleviate my ailment of the back (they knew my condition) and they still told me it would turn out, when I called they told me I sent them the pillow to check and so I did, do you know what was your response ??? That I had misused it (really? The pillow did not have a month) not only that they told me that when I opened the pillow they could not make any changes ... they can explain me more or less a pillow or any item without using it ???? I feel cheated the truth a pillow of $ 300 to keep it ... and the toper the truth of nothing works and has a cost of more than $ 1500 .... and if you return you damage your credit ... As a first time buyer, I am very dissatisfied with all aspects of this company. When first speaking with a sales representative, I had concerns, such as credit scores and interest rates. The sales rep assured me that there would be no interest rate and my credit would not be affected much. I was also told that Id be called to check how the product was doing and if I had enjoyed it so far. To date, I have received no call from them, am paying a high interest rate, and my credit score was negatively affected greatly. I called to address these concerns and see if it could be returned, but all I was told was that there was nothing anyone could do.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It is the first time that I buy with this company but I honestly do not recommend them when the sales representative came to my house one of my first questions was if this would affect my credit and if I was going to pay interest because I do not like to pay interest That is throwing money into the garbage, apart from everything when I saw my purchase, he told me do not worry, I will be calling you to see how you are doing with the product until now I have not received any calls, my credit was affected and much not a little like I was waiting and I am paying interest, I called the company to see if I could do something but according to them there is nothing that can be done, I told them that then they come for their product and take it but they do not want to either.

Bad experience especially with the ultra cooker electric cooker I have had it send countless times I always have to pay and they always forget to send me the cable and I have to call back and this last time it was the worst they sent me the pot without the part Inside I am honestly very upset I paid very expensive for all their products but the electric pot has not turned out good I also have a set of five-piece spatula and twice I have sent it to the company because the command is dropped and now it turns out It is already discontinued and they sent me one that does not fit with the game that I have and I am super upset that is why I made a purchase of about $ 8,000 and the truth is that next time I break the pot I will not send it anymoreI go and buy one in bed bath and beyond and change it without charging me anything
