Wish I could give them zero stars, they had my dad’s bike for almost three months for a simple repair they stated would take a couple weeks to complete. There was absolutely no customer service on their part, and we had to reach out on the status of the bike every week, often times told that they would call us and keep us updated but never following through. On top of the subpar service, they originally quoted $700-750 for the work and upon pickup the bill was ballooned to almost $1000. Doug the service manager and his supposed replacement David, are not true to their word.If you respect your time, and your vehicles, and value your hard earned money avoid this place at all costs. Not sure if everyone else has been treated this way, or they act this way towards certain customers.

We were in town for our wedding up in the mountains and we had some Grom fairings fly off on the drive in. The crew here got me two new sets in less than 48 hours and just in time to show off the bikes during the wedding!Killer service and great to work with. Good looking shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff, helped me mount up some troublesome tires lickity split too.

Zach did a good job on selling the bike five stars for that. Finance department about three stars or less, reason is that I had some requests on financing the bike and had to deal with the dealership and the financing company which was a hand full I wanted a new helmet to built in the payments and possibly a headset but in the end ended up with just financing the bike, paid out of pocket for everything else which meant cheaper helmet. I wanted to get the new Sena 50r headset but they just grabbed the 10s I was running out of time at this point so I figured I would give it a shot and hope I wouldnt regret the headset. Which now I am. Over all dealership was great in show room friendly staff but seemed like they wanted the sale more than anything. 50/50 on if I wanna go back. Might have them do my first service on the bike to see how that goes.

Im not always the easiest customer to deal with, I have an idea of how the process should go and if it doesnt go exactly that way I get frustrated. The experience didnt go as I had thought it should but the whole team was excellent with keeping me informed and making me feel like they were more concerned about making a customer for life then the immediate sale. Worse sales experience ever. Zack was highly unprofessional. I was there to 100% buy a motorcycle that they had 4 in stock. Zack and I are working out the final price and when I give him the price I would like to pay he reaches out and shakes my hand like the price is agreeable but then while still shaking my hand he says NO DEAL. I left after that. Businesses that allow employees like this to treat customers poorly deserve accountability. I love capitalism because I will simply take my business elsewhere.

I was out here to ride my snow bike and the first day we were supposed to ride my bike died shortly after warm up. I called interstate Honda and Greg said they were booked till after the first of the year. But he said he’s squeeze me in and see what they could do. I made the hour and 15 min drive. He got my bike in and within two hours had it back together and running. It was fair pricing and the guys and girls did great work. Because of them my week of riding in Wyoming got to happen. Greg and his staff were so cool to work with and were super fair throughout the entire process. We had a trade they gave us good value for. They had an amazing Honda Talon X 4 that they built up with tons of great accessories that works great for our family of 4. It was our best decision to go to Interstate Honda and then they took care of the rest. We also did the factory recommended 1st service at IH and that was super easy and reasonably priced as well. We highly recommend this dealership and plan on getting a couple of CRF dirt bikes in the future from them.

Although I spent a lot more time here than I wanted with the finance process (had a credit freeze on my credit that shouldnt have been on there) I will be returning to have my motorcycle serviced here and will be buying from them in the future! My only suggestion to them is I am a new road bike owner, no one tried to sell me any gear and I would have but some seemed disinterested in helping me with that and just stood around. Took our Kawasaki Mule in for repair on October 6th because they said they would use our warranty. They said they would get right on it the next day doing a diagnostic. Kept calling and stopping in and they hadnt even touched it after a month being there. They kept giving us the run around (lies). They called December 1st, said it was done. We go and pick it up today December 3rd and they charged us over $200 (didnt even use a warranty we bought when we bought it from Sun Enterprises, extended warranties are worthless and well never make that mistake again) bring it home and guess what,,,, ITS STILL DOING THE SAME THING!! So we paid for a repair that fixed nothing after them having it for 2 months!!! 😡😡😡😡👎👎

My wife bought a demo dirt bike for me at Christmas, and while it sat in the garage waiting for warmer weather, it developed a seal leak on the front fork. From Alex in service to the head guy at Interstate, I was truly impressed. No questions or qualms, they fixed the problem (and even changed both seals even though only one was bad). Overall our buying experience was positive and easy. However, with more than 130,000 deaths in the United States from Coronavirus, the team at Interstate Honda couldnt care less. I saw masks, but none were worn by employees and most didnt bother to even have on on their person.Ignoring a global pandemic like this is short-sighted, unprofessional, and frankly immature. I also found that it was FAR cheaper to order my tires from revzilla and bring them in to be installed than it would have been to buy them there. Overall a good experience. They showed their dedication when I purchased my first ATV from them a few years ago, and gave me every benefit when I returned to purchase from them once again. I don’t shop anywhere else, have no reason to compare Honda to other brands when I know I want the most reliable machine, and their delivery/pickup service is the best!

After visiting another shop down the road and getting no help and no interest in helping I drove a mile down the road to Interstate Honda where I knew their team. John was happy to assess the tires on a small 4-wheeler and give me his recommendation on best way to proceed. I brought my ST1100 in for service. As always, the results were excellent. You truly have an outstanding service department. On the way out, I noticed a 2010 ST1300 and ended up talking with Antoine about it. Shortly after taking it home, I rode Route 66 with my brother to the Santa Monica Pier, headed north on the Pacific Coast Highway, and came home via Yosemite. I didnt have a single problem in a 3800-mile ride. Thanks for making my summer a great one.

I went in to ask a couple questions about fixing an old Honda XR80 because they had worked on it about a year before. I asked if they could pull up records of what the problem was on the bike and they refused to look it up. they told me it wasn’t worth fixing and that I need to buy a new bike. I went home very unsatisfied with interstate Honda and after just a few days of working on my bike I have it running again. Thanks for nothing interstate Honda.

My first experience with Interstate Honda was a great one. I just purchased a used CRF 230 and it is the first bike I have owned.
