2 days, classroom instruction, out on the bikes for hours. Amazing! From knowing nothing about bikes, Terry and Wiff taught our entire class on how to use, understand and ride our bikes safely and confidently.Everyone on the course passed - that tells you how good their instruction, education and teaching style is. If you are looking to learn how to ride (safely), these are your guys, I cant recommend them highly enough! Also, it was a lot of fun!

This was the first time I had ever rode a motorcycle. Terry and Wiff made me feel very comfortable, welcome, and safe. They are very patient instructors and genuinely want you to learn, and ride responsibility. The other students in my class were very supportive, everyone cheering each other on! A very positive learning environment. I feel confident in my riding abilities after this course.

Had a great time! Met some really nice and encouraging people. Instructors were knowledgeable, excellent teachers. Funny at times as well! Honestly a little sad that its over so quick. If youre on the fence of where to go to get your BRC, dont think twice just go here.

The course was thorough, and began slowly to retain all of the details throughout. Knowing how to drive a manual vehicle helps. The instructors were phenomenal! Terry, and Wiff we’re some of the best teachers I’ve had in a long time. They were so patient, informative, and enjoyable. They were funny, personal, and professional.

What a great class! Terry and Wiff were both great! They were both informative, and encouraging. Many of the other student in the class had never ridden before. By day two, everyone was confidently riding around the parking lot course. The Class was a blast! When the time came for testing, both driving and written. We were all prepared and EVERYONE passed! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to learn to ride, or just touch up on your slow speed skill, take this course! At the very least you will have two fun days of riding around with other like minded individuals.

Like other reviewers experiences, mine was very much the same. Terry was extremely patient and helpful with me even though I repeatedly messed up on practice exercises.Terry and Wiff are very patient, kind, helpful, and comical. They take their job as instructors very seriously, and their passion for motorcycles is infectious.

I had the pleasure of having Terry and Wiff, as my Riding Coach(s). Their enthusiasm and energy for riding is a great motivator. I entered the class as an intermediate rider, with a couple bad habits. After learning the correct way, I became a more safe and confident rider. I reccomend this class!

2 Day class, lots of time out of the classroom on the motorcycles themselves, Terry and Wiff are very amazing instructors, knowledgeable, patient, and great attitudes. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is a beginner. I had never rode a motorcycle before last weekend, and by the end of the course they had us successfully making tight turns, merging with traffic and riding over 2x4s!!!

I registered for the basic motorcycle class. I received confirmation of my registration instructing me to go to the instruction site from 8-5 Saturday. I arrived at 7:57 in the location where the motorcycles were set up. I waited there for 2 hours trying to understand why no one was around. Finally, the class and instructor arrived, and I learned they had just come from the classroom portion of the instruction. The instructor asked me about the email I should have gotten that directed me to the specific location for the classroom portion, but I let her know I did not receive such an email. Further, she told me she did not have me registered for the class and did not have a bike or helmet for me. She was generous in offering to to give me a quick tutorial on the info she had just covered with the class, then going to obtain a bike and helmet for me. While I appreciated the offer, it left me feeling uneasy as I didn’t want to rush the important information that is critical to safely operating a motorcycle. Also, I didn’t want all of this to negatively impact the other students in the class and their learning. So I called it a day and went back home. Incidentally, I drove 3 hours round trip from my home in Littleton for the class. When I spoke to the administrator a few days later, she was sadly very dismissive of my experience. She accused me of signing up for the class late the Friday night before the Saturday class and stated that this evening sign up is what caused the problem. Thus, I was required to search for the registration email to inform her that, in fact, I had signed up Friday morning. She was clearly not sympathetic to my five hours of lost time on a Saturday. In a curt manner, she said she could register me for another class or give me a refund. Her behavior was unprofessional, arrogant and defensive. I run a business and I would never tolerate one of my employees treating a client in this manner, especially in a circumstance where we had clearly dropped the ball with the client.Overall a horrible experience. There are many high quality outfits in the front range that do motorcycle training. I recommend seeking one of them out and staying away from Abate.

Great teachers - Terry and Wiff. Class was really fun and hands on. Spent about and hour doing book work and administrative things and got right on the bikes to start learning how to ride. One particular thing I appreciated is that during some of the exercises they give you 1-1 instruction to improve your technique.Even had a gal come up from Denver for our class and think it was totally worth it for Terry and Wiff to be our teachers.

Wiff and Terry Lee are just fabulous instructors and are so knowledgeable and great at what they do! I look my MSF course with them this past Monday/Tuesday and passed (getting my motorcycle endorsement on my license Monday- woot woot!)Not only did I have SO much fun, but I learned a ton! I’m so grateful that I got to take my classes HERE. My class only had 7 people in it, so it was great to get that individualized attention, pointers, and coaching that I needed to learn. Both guys are so down to earth and they make the learning experience so enjoyable. I’m so grateful to both of them for their time and knowledge, and am thankful that I got to make new friends along the way.If you are thinking about getting your motorcycle license and want to take the MSF course (which I would strongly recommend), PLEASE sign up at Abate in Fort Collins. They will teach you so much about safety, awareness, how the bikes work, and so much more- and stressing to have fun and enjoy it!!I originally heard about Abate through my grandparents (who took THEIR MSF courses through Abate), and I am so so glad I did! If you get Wiff and Terry as your instructors, you’re in for a real treat! Thank you again! :)

I did my course through these guys after getting about half way toward a license back in Australia. The course is really well structured and both informative and fun. Tery took our group and you could tell he was enjoying himself which made the entire thing way less stressful. Feedback was easy to understand and easy to put straight back into practice.I got a bike the Wednesday after my course and was riding in peak hour traffic by the end of the week without any real cause for concern. Id recommend the course to anyone even if you taught yourself to ride.

I was lucky enough to be in a class with Wiff & Terry. Both are amazing and I hope to have the same enthusiasm and love for life at 75 that Wiff does. Both he and Terry were personable, provided constructive feedback, and excited to share their knowledge with the class. The class was informative, implemented practical applications of techniques, and I dont feel one bit bad about my sunburn ;-) Hint, use sunscreen & I think they had some available so you can minimize affecting exposed skin around the neckline.I look forward to becoming a seasoned rider and enrolling my husband and I in more classes with either!Thank you Wiff & Terry for the positive introduction to the world of Motorcycles - Yall Rock!
