The staff are nice & know their products.Got a speaker that came without a charging cable for some reason. They gave me a new one. One of the employees even went above & got a part I was looking for. Out of curiosity & to have something in the store. No problems with the store whatsoever. And Im a hard please Lol

Hope is the BEST!! We went in to pick up school band supplies, and accidentally left without our practice pad. The next day Hope called to let us know, and even personally dropped it off to our house on her way home from work! Talk about exceptional customer service. Thank you, Hope!! We appreciate you!

Complete rip off. Rented a clarinet for purchase, to find out the contract doesn’t allow a purchase. Can get some store credit, but not much. Can not believe they won’t work with us. We can’t keep the instrument, and if we don’t return it they keep charging for rental…wth???BBB investigate…apparently we are not the only ones!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have been going to music & Arts for the past few years now, and the staff there are always incredibly helpful and kind. Both of my children have taken lessons from their instructors and loved it. I also have to mention that they did a great job adapting to the new environment of online learning due to COVID. They continued to provide great instruction despite having to do it over the computer. I appreciate Music & Arts and will continue to go there for any musical needs!

While the local store workers are nice and helpful, the main office (which deals with all policy and billing issues) is the worst. Their customer service is horrible and they make no (real) attempt to help customers resolve the mistakes made by the company. They dont listen at all to what customers say. For example, last June and beginning of July, I was trying to return my sons instrument because he was not going to continue orchestra at school. The local store was closed and no one was there. The doors were locked with a sign of store hours that wasnt true (because I was there when they said they open). When I tried calling the main office, no one ever answered. When I asked them not to charge me for July, they refused, saying the store was open, which it was not. They continued this argument and immediately put me into their claims department. Please do yourselves a favor and do not deal with this company. There are much better local choices here in Fort Collins that actually respect their customers.

The local store staff was nice, but the main office/customer service has been absolutely horrible to deal with. We tried to return a rental instrument in early June 2020, and the storefront was closed--despite the incorrect signage on the door stating their COVID hours and availability. The phone would just ring and ring with no message about closure. We tried 5 different times to return the instrument before were supposed to be charged again. Upon the 2nd try to return with no luck, I reached out to the main company customer service number. No answer...then I submitted a request through their website to be contacted with my information and the situation regarding trying to return the violin. Never heard back from them. However, after being charged for the following month, I put a stop payment on my credit card. Then, they kept sending me bills. I continued to call and follow their instructions to protest the charges. I even had photo evidence from each time I tried to return when the store was supposed to be open, but it was actually closed, each conversation that I had with someone in the management office, each email that I sent. It didnt matter...the company said they would send me to collections. I recommend that you NEVER rent or purchase anything from this scam company. It is not the amount of money lost which upsets me....it is the horrible business practices, service, and disregard I have received from Music and Arts.

The store personnel is great and very helpful. However be wary of Music & Arts rental billing policy. I attempted to return a rented instrument no less than 5 times during March and April 2020, but the store was unattended. I called the store no less than 20 times as my credit card continued to be charged in April, May and June. I stopped payment from my credit card and after returning the instrument in July they are expecting payment for July as well. This is unreasonable policy and I suggest renting your equipment elsewhere.

My daughter wanted a ukulele for her birthday, but we were apprehensive about going due to covid. Yesterday we decided to shop for one, so we drove to Fort Collins. She shopped around and found the one she definitely wanted, a kit that was tagged for $79.00. She was so excited, smiling ear to ear. We went to check out and the clerk stated, “Sorry, that price is incorrect it is $99.00, inflation you know, do you still want it or did you want to look around some more.” Really??I called the store and spoke to an employee, and on today’s date, the situation was corrected.

Amazing place, i am taking classes there but not at the moment for the staying at home and they are closed for now. they are very nice i learn more how to play my clarinet. the place looks very nice, and they also have great service.

Horrible service. Had my daughters clarinet cleaned and tuned. They took two weeks longer than promised, qoted me $50 but ended up charging me $130 for what they could only explain as routine cleaning and tuning, and when we finally got it back, the mouth piece was MISSING!! The sales people are friendly, but BEWARE the maintenance is all sent off-site and is completely incompetent.

Excellent service! I stopped in for clarinet reeds for my son and wasnt sure which of the several brands and thicknesses he needed. The store associate looked it up for me based on his grade and teacher, helped me locate them, explained the differences, and even gave me an additional discount that I didnt even know I had.

The store was fine but we had to order online and they have the absolutely worst customer service EVER!!! They are rude and zero customer skills!!!! Do not I repeat do not order from them online!!!!!!!! You will regret it!
