The attitude from the employee here tonight (a lady) was so bitter. walked into the store just to look with my boyfriend, didn’t realize our masks were a little below our nose because they’re a little big. she was probably 20ft away btw and NO ONE ELSE was in the store and she in a rude tone told us we’re gonna have to pull our masks up when ppl are walking around the mall no masks might i add. completely ruined my night. if we had any intention of buying we wouldn’t of done so. miserable people love company but really it was more than obvious her intentions had nothing to do with public safety more of a militant tone and probably her own agenda was behind it because we were harming no body

Update: Went to make a return at 10:45a, mall opens at 10. Sunglass Hut was still closed and lights off. No note or sign.Unhelpful staff. Doesn’t know about their products or what’s on their shelves. Doesn’t take the time to get to know your preference or offer solutions. These glasses are already very pricey, doesn’t help to have staff that can’t sell them nicely.

Really bad experience. They should hire different staff altogether. The woman who worked there was extremely unpleasant and not suitable for service industry. Buying a pair of expensive shades should be a pleasant experience, not a disgusting one.

THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Worst Sunglass Store ever. All employees are very rude. All 4 times I have been there. I have not wrote a review because I understand everyone has a bad day but 4 horrible experiences is ENOUGH.

Place does not stand behind there return policy or protection plan! Sunglass Salesmen sold a xl frame to somebody they clearly wouldn’t fit good and won’t return them! Take your biz elsewhere and save the headache and mark up

We were in the sunglass hut in Fort Collins area mall and had wonderful service and found some great glasses at a great price. They sanitized every pair of glasses we touched and helped us pick out multiple pairs along with cleaning and sizing the ones we got. Thank you

Heard my friends experience and had to come here to leave a review!The sales person here is extremely rude and will probably end up ruining your day! Based on other reviews, it seems pretty clear that this particular sales man seems to be yelling at the customers for no good reason. He called security on my friends who did nothing except for shopping. I strongly believe that this kind of behavior shouldnt be encouraged. It creates a very hostile environment. This is not just about customer experience anymore, it is about safety!Can you believe someone went to a Sunglass Hut store and felt threatened and offended?!!!

My daughter went in to try on sunglasses for her 16th birthday. The man working there is SO RUDE!!! Asked her “are you going to buy something?!” And rudely told her to stop taking pictures of herself with the sunglasses on(she was sending me a picture of what they look like on) His attitude was so uncalled for. What kind of customer service is that? Find a new job!! I’d never buy anything here! Will buy our Ray Bans elsewhere.

Went right after it opened at 11am and it had a closed sign until 2pm.

Hasan was very helpful when I came in to get my glasses adjusted better to my face. He went above and beyond with customer service and made my experience very enjoyable!

I went into the store to look at different styles of sunglasses. My friend and I were met with an icy greeting and less than friendly questions about the nature of our visit. The store employee proceeded to watch us like a hawk and was annoyed as we tried on different pairs of sunglasses. When my friend went to try on a pair of more expensive sunglasses he yelled at her to put them down and to not play with them. I understand where he was coming from by asking her not to try on an expensive pair of sunglasses, but the way in which he did it was awful and very rude. Retail employees should be polite to their customers and should not yell at teenage girls who are trying on the products the store sells. The employee then proceeded to run us out of the store in a threatening manner. I am extremely upset at how we were treated. I would never return to this store that has employees who intimidate shoppers and are rude when interacting with them.

They did great selling me glasses and I loved them. However, I lost my receipt and went in for a copy of it 6mos after purchase for insurance replacement. They can show it to me but they can’t print it or let me take a picture of it. I am now out $220. I’ve purchased many glasses here but those were now my last.

Excellent service. I had a pair of glasses needing repair (not even bought from the store) and asked for help. Jen immediately jumped to help and ended up fixing them for me. I am new to the area so this is where my next sunglasses purchase will be. Thank you, Jen!

I went in to have a pair of ray ban aviators tightened as they had gotten stretched out. The man behind the counter was unpleasant, didn’t smile once and acted as if it was a chore to adjust my sunglasses for me. He also didn’t clean the sunglasses as they do in other stores. I usually have this done at the store in Loveland but Fort Collins is closer. I’ll be making the drive to Loveland from now on, their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Horrible customer service from the Fort Collins store.

Excuse me if I spell his name wrong but Hassan was awesome. I went there with a broken lens on my Oakleys and his first suggestion was going to the Oakley store to see if they can replace the lens. Having already talked to Oakley I knew they couldnt because of the age of the frames. When any company is willing to sacrifice a sale for great customer service I will always be impressed. Hassans was the only employee there and with 3 customers to wait on he did a great job making sure we were all getting the proper attention. If all their employees are like Hassan I highly recommend going to Sunglass Hut.

Great place to pay for overpriced sunglasses. They have a great selection of Raybands and you can get them customized through their website.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I was walking around the mall and I heard the store manager screaming at some kids saying he’d break their faces and was cussing and screaming. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing. Regardless of what the situation was that kind of behavior was childish and uncalled for.
