Gwen is amazing! I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my crazy questions! We left with two trees and I am so excited to get them planted!!

Just visited for the first time last week looking for a houseplant, and Im glad I did! The employees were so thoughtful and nice (complimentary wrapping up the plant to protect it from the cold), and I got several offers of assistance as I browsed through the large plant area. The whole place seems geared toward helping the customer with care tips and tools to succeed in plant maintenance, and they offer classes! The quality and assortment of plants was excellent and well arranged. Im very happy with the Ponytail Palm I purchased, and Im sure Ill be back!

I thought this nursery had a great selection of plants. Caroline was kind enough to take the time to explain plants to me that I was unfamiliar with, along with care tips. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and convinced me to buy more plants than I had intended. :D Ill definitely be back!

Our 35 year old ash tree was destroyed by snow in March 2021. We wanted to plant a shade tree in its place. We shopped for trees at Fort Collin Nursery and received terrific service! Cameron and Alicia were so helpful when we were choosing a tree. Scott did a great job of scheduling the delivery and planting in a timely manner! Tom and the planting crew did a wonderful job on the hottest day of the year! The tree selection was extensive and the service was terrific!

Im a brand new gardener. This was my first experience in a nursery, and it was during their big perennial sale. Got there 12 minutes after open and it was chaos, but a good kind. So many people, very high positive energy, and very friendly workers. There was about half of the supply of the sale items left, but most were still a decent selection in good shape, so I was able to get a lot of new flowers. The wagons and decor are a lovely touch to the experience. A tad on the pricey side, but worth it with the warranty.

I will always choose FC Nursery over other garden centers in town simply because of their super knowledgeable staff. They have answers for everything, and they arent shy about giving me a small education every time Im there. I love that. Their plants are beautiful and healthy, and the kids area is a special treat for my kids. I feel so fortunate to have this incredible resource in our city.

A great selection of household and garden plants. My favorite things here is there pot selection, though. They have a bunch of very unique and interesting pots to choose from. Great staff and service as well.

Be careful in this place. I came up from Cheyenne and while I was here someone skimmed my credit card info and charged my card 100. The person whose account it went to is Kyle Kelly. He runs a counseling business on the front range called, Love of your life. Apparently in his down time he skims credit card info off people. I reported this to management and the were less than sympathetic. Beware and keep your card in a safe place.

Fort Collins Nursery is the ONLY place we will go. They have a huge selection of plants, outdoor decor and all your gardening goodies. Their customer service is on point! They have so many people available to help, even when they are busy. They helped me pick out a huge selection of plants and were incredibly knowledgeable. They saved me loads of money avoiding hiring landscape designers and using their services instead.

Good nursery. It is fairly large with a pretty good selection. There were a few more rare houseplants but they were pricey. Plants were healthy and prices werent hellacious.

Well organized, helpful staff, lots of unique plants and other items. I could spend all day here! Watch for sales - become a member - always helps on the price.

I think nurseries are more expensive then the big box stores but they have such a large selection of plants that you will not find at the big stores. I think they also have better tools soil mulch and seeds. Oh and colors of annual flowers are amazing. I also think Fort Collins nursery has a great website and the people that work there are extremely knowledgeable and woot help

Great nursery, nice selection of plants, pots, etc.

“Great tree sale” but not all trees are on sale, with no markers to explain until you got to the cashier. We also found other trees that were on sale (that part was great) but there was no pricing on them or their sign, so we asked an associate. They got another employee to look it up in their book, and also radioed it in. They all confirmed they were $36 each, we said thanks and loaded them in (they were smaller topiaries so the price seemed to make sense). Then at the register they came out to ninety dollars, a huge difference. It was a mess, just chaos at the register, with two trees on sale but way more expensive than we were told and another tree priced what we thought but not on sale. We will not be coming back, and will stick with Bath.

Always leave with more plants than we intend to. Helpful staff to assist reassures everyone can have a Green Thumb! 👍👍👍

Decent selection, beautiful set up. we went for my birthday and they wouldn’t give me a bday discount. : c 10% really isn’t that big of a deal considering every other nursery we went to did it. a little pricey in general.edit: I was NOT offered a discount, and I was with several people who can verify this. after this slanderous response there is no way we are returning to this location. I only wanted a 10% discount. after this response I am lowering my star rating even further. the customer service here is abysmal compared to every other nursery in Fort Collins.

I love the variety of flowers, succulents, shrubs, trees, pots and gardening needs.😊 And, there are employees everywhere to answer any questions! And, I always have questions!

It was so colorful and inspiring ! All of the workers were very caring and helpful. I became a free member! I did not see the whole center but I really enjoyed the succulents, the veggies, and my son liked all the decorations.

Theyve got lots of stuff. Problem is its 50 to 75% higher than anywhere else some prices are even double what you pay elsewhere. Some of the millennial help much less than friendly and not nearly as knowledgeable as they like to think they are. My opinion shop somewhere else plenty of other options.

So happy with this nursery! Got a few indoor plants a bit ago from there and they werent doing so good after a while (totally our fault; not as green of thumbs as we thought we had). The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They have taken extra measures to make both staff and customers safe. We always look forward to our visits to the nursery.

Way to overpriced and overwatered yellow plants, red maple, basil. A lot of what I was looking for was sold out of not stocked. Sage, Pinapple. Hydrengias over priced. And only 3 to choose from....theres no discounts or coupons. Cant even use their cart through the isles. Sad.

Great nursery, but a bit out of the way. Lots of trinkets and decorations, but also a great selection of healthy plants. The staff have always been nice but not always the most helpful. Its a roll of the dice whether the specific staff member knows very much about the plants youre interested in.

I love this place there is so much nice employees and my dad works here and its beautiful, with all of the plants.

One of my favorite nurserys in northern CO! Its dangerous, since I live right down the street! Weve gotten pumpkins and christmas trees from here for the last two years, as well as annuals & perennials, and house plants!! They have a HUGE outdoor annual/perennial area in the summer months, not only is it beautiful but they have everything youre looking for! All the plants are happy & healthy, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Cant wait to pick out our christmas tree this weekend!

My bonus points actually added up to something today, and I got two free herbs, well almost free, from the nursery! Ive been going here for decades and they are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about Fort Collins Nursery. Highly recommended as a little escape to the world of plants and people who love them.

Always a good visit for plants and gifts. Staff have always been very helpful to guiding us to the right plants to review that will fit our yard, for shade to sun areas. We also like the available gifts, especially the prints. Highly recommend visiting.

Fort Collins Nursery is one of the places Id go for plants and gardening. The plants are an overall better price with better selection. I do think bath has better service and does a better job with potting plants and such. But either one is a go to.

Employee was extremely rude, harassing customers about not wearing masks in open air and spaced out areas, even went far enough as to harass employees at an adjacent business for not wearing masks when outdoors. This company has clearly made their employees feel that they need to be the arbiters of how and when a mask should be worn for not only this place of business, but also any company they do business with. Ill gladly take my money to a nursery which still has values aligned with constitutional freedom, aside from these gestapos with pruning sheers.

Best Nursery in Northern Colorado

Love this nursery... not the management! We’ve spent a fair amount of money here through the years. They’re not the cheapest but not that overpriced either.Today we went looking for some houseplants there. A larger sign as you come in states “20% off pots and 30% off houseplants”. Sweet!We spent over $250, expecting about $50 or so.Upon checkout they tell us the sign at the entrance was starting February 2! Sure enough, we had not read the posted sign correctly. Asked if we could come back in 6 days. Would they hold one plant and pot? NO! They said they won’t do that. I asked if we brought

Great local business. Helpful for lawn or garden information. Great selection of plants that WILL GROW IN THIS AREA! Plants come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY! Even house plants. Love that they go with organic treatments as a first line of defense. Nice place to fine pots, outdoor sculpture,and water features too!This is a go to spot for vegetable plants and herbs.

Have been going here for years. They have helpful staff and a frequent shoppers program. I found that their selection was picked over on a recent visit when I was trying to replace plants that did make it from last season. They have a plant replacement program, but since it is only good for 12 months, I often find I lose the plants just after the warranty is up. Oh well. Maybe they will replenish post Covid-19. Im sure it was difficult to run the business when things were shut down.

Not very satisfied they seem to have a pretty good assortment of plants but we had to return a plant that was dieing and only got store credit. This was pretty disappointing since it was a pricey plant.

Every employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with is knowledgeable and kind. Lily and Bridger have helped me out on multiple occasions and always have an answer for my numerous questions. They’re fantastic! As for the nursery in general, they keep their plants strong and growing beautifully, even some employees told me to wait to buy certain plants for them to give them fertilizer and have the plants grow stronger. Very kind, honest, and knowledgeable staff. I come here for all my plant needs

This is a great nursery. They have lots of selection of product and pretty much anything you need for gardening. The staff is really nice and helpful and usually know their stuff. I would recommend to shop here for organic seeds and plants. Also for more natural and organic potting mix, top soil, compost, fertilizer, and anything else needed for containers and in ground gardens. Also they normally do sell composting worms too.

Busy and pricey right now...

We were on a quest today for some new landscaping plants as some we planted last year did not survive. We first went to a different nursery - we asked the staff for advice on what is hard to kill. The answer was “there’s some shrubs over there.”Went to Fort Collins Nursery and talked to Gail. She was amazing - gave us many helpful hints about the planting process and helped us with a list of things to plant. Also, they have signs for each plant with good information about water needs and characteristics (i.e. deer don’t like it or butterflies do like it). Thanks!

The staff was super helpful with every question I had! It is so much bigger than it looks on the outside! There was a staff member leading a gardening program for children when I came in today!

Dont go to this nursery unless you want your plants to die due to a lack of knowledge and inability to properly pot their own plants. Do your own research and, whatever you do DO NOT let them pot your plants. Spend your money elsewhere and support a nursery with better customer service.

One of the best nurseries in town. I knew that i wanted drought tolerant and native plants but had no idea where to go from there. They helped me pick out a wide variety of plants that met my requirements. They also have a guarantee that their plants will survive. One of mine didnt and they replaced it no questions asked. They also have a nice selection of heirloom seeds for veggies.

Ive been purchasing from Eaton Grove for years and decided to try Fort Collins Nursery during one of their sales. Everything I purchased from them died after 1.5 years. Their exchange policy is 1 year, so they basically said it sucks to be you. Ill stick with Eaton Grove, I know they would have taken care of me in some way.Reply: I called around and all of the Nurserys in the area offer 1 year. I know some will even go beyond the 1 year with some sort of discount towards your next purchase if theres a problem.

Great selection and very knowledgeable and friendly staff.I went back today to buy more geraniums since the 6 I originally bought froze with an unpredicted overnight freeze. I was surprised and extremely pleased to find out they had a 30 day guarantee on them even though it was my fault.
