Called the store prior to showing up inquiring if they could in fact buy kitchen appliances i.e. juicer. The staff on the phone was incredibly friendly and said that a juicer could be sold if it was clean and in good shape. Excited I showed up with my juicer in hand only to find an incredibly rude staff member who didnt even take a look at my juicer & stated that they already had one and that he would pass. I understand that the shop didnt want said juicer, however telling me on the phone that it is indeed possible to buy one and then to have me show up and be treated stupid by a laughing staff member telling me we already have one was the opposite of what I expected. Would not recommend.

It’s alright, doesn’t matter how nice you are or how much free stuff you give them or how many times you have gave them service any chance they get they low ball you and take advantage of you struggling. They wouldn’t give me an extra dollar after giving them 4 products Wells worth way more than what they gave. Over all just go to a different pawn shop these guys love to finesse you and hate to be nice

I shop here quite a bit due to they always have some specials and this $2 rack outside its a cart full of items for only $2 which I always find something I may not need but I just want and its cool to have. I also purchased a lot of high-end Electronics from here that is all worked well and I got a stellar deal on all of them. The two brothers that own the place and are very friendly but if you want me to negotiate price I would talk to the brother with facial hair cant remember his name but hes a really good guy will work with you.

I was impressed by the offer I received on some of the items, and we were able to do some business.Based on what I know about pawn shops, this one is EXTREMELY fair, is well taken care of, and has a decent selection of high quality products. I will only be coming back here in the future, I tend to stick to what I know works and these guys are great. I worked with Matthew during my visit and he was professional and knowledgeable.

In my opinion its the best pawn shop in Fort Collins. They are always friendly and there to help. Best part is they will call your cell and let you know when your items are past due if you forget. He helped tune it and get me all set up so I could play and make sure it was all good. I always find good products. Some things are a bit expensive for what they are but staff are friendly and are a pleasure to deal with. The owner is a great example for employees to learn about how to handle customers properly.

The owner of Daily Pawn, as well as, his employees are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They helped me when I was down on my luck pawn my turntables for a very generous price with very managable payments on something with such sentimental value. I got my turntables back many months later in the exact condition as when I had pawned them, with the addition of stickers which peel off very easy. They also sold me two audio interfaces, two microphones, a MacBook pro and a sexy guitar all in mint condition for very reasonable prices (prices that prove you WILL NOT find a better deal elsewhere). Everything was purchased at seperate times, spanning over some years. They CONSISTENTLY are the best pawn shop in the Fort Collins, Winsor, Loveland metropolitan area. Thier customer service is so phenomenal that I cant do business elsewhere, because most other places genuinely suck and sell people busted products. Daily Pawn does not. I know they make sure everything works, because I have had no problems what so ever with any of my purchases from thier shop. Eleven out of ten, hands down. They earned this review.

They are great guys. I had a guitar I needed to pawn and they did a lot to help me with it. On top if that they looked into my personal situation and needs and worked with me. They are very human and down to earth. There selection is great with lots of cool stuff in a small space. Lots of grow lights if your looking.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable, they offer fair prices, and have a very good selection of whatever youre looking for!This is a locally owned and operated store, unlike many of the other pawn shops around! The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. They ensure everyone gets helped as quickly as possible but without feeling rushed.They accept cash, credit cards, and store credit. You can get cash or store credit through pawned or sold items too! If this was a chain, like most of the other pawn shops, it would put all the rest out of business!! All the others could definitely learn a lot from Daily Pawn and would be in their best interests to do so!! They have a free downloadable app that I highly recommend everybody use to keep track of their pawned items or to find items to purchase. You can manage and make payments straight through the app to renew your loans and stay up to date so that you dont have to constantly run into the shop to make payments! It is extremely convenient and works very well!I appreciate everything about Daily Pawn and am so thankful for their modern approach to traditional pawn shops!!

Have always been super reasonable working with me on paying off my pawn loans. I definitely feel a lot more comfortable working with them than anyone else. If you have to make yourself do a pawn loan, I would do it here. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my stuff at this point.

A little backstory for the review. I work 3rd shift as a diesel mechanic for a trucking company. I stayed up and went in trying to sell some car stereo stuff. I looked pretty dirty from work and staying up for awhile. They threw a low-ball offer and I declined. I wanted to see what would happen if I went in a few days later when I was cleaned up and in nicer clothes. They offered me $40 more than when I went in the first time. I told them what happened earlier and they said that they recently sold a bunch of car audio and are now looking for more. I dont think I could be more dissatisfied.

This place is downright insulting and they throw lowball offers before even looking at what you brought. The original brothers tried to work with you in a nice manner, all the new workers must be scared to lose their jobs because they offer you about 5 bucks no matter what you bring. I went in looking for a used cassette deck. This was the first place i went and Ashley was swift to help me out making it a painless experience!

I pawn my 4k tv at 5:30 pm, I went and got it out the next day at noon. Got it home and it was broken. I called them they denied that anything happened to it and that it was fine when it left the store. But it looks like something fell and shattered the screen on it. They said theres nothing they could do to help me with it. this will be the last time I ever take anything to that pawn shop Ever. When I brought the TV in they kept talking smack about it being a Sharp TV. It was a 4k 55 smart TV less than five months old. Now its basically worthless means I spent $96 getting it out of Pawn less than less than 24 hours later and its broken.

I go in their, buy a laptop, its terrible, they didnt tell me three of the keys dont work. Go back about a week later, return the laptop and get $100 with of store credit. So I decide to get a longboard and a gopro hero 4. The longboard was really tight at first so when I get home I loosen the trucks. Then realize the skateboard sucks, and the guy at the cash register didnt give me a charging chord for the gopro. He said it was just a micro USB. Its not, their was a cord in the baggie, but he said it didnt go to anything but I found where it goes, I am very mad at them and will never do business with them again.
