Desiree at the Foothills Mall was awesome with helping me pick out my trade in engagement ring. She was very patient with me, letting me try on whatever I wanted to even though she had to clean and sanitize each ring I tried on and was patient a second time with me and my fiancé when I was trying to make my final decision. Can’t thank her enough as I walked out very happy with my purchase and decision.

Employees here are mediocre at best. When we walked in the store it felt like we were bothering them by making them get up and help a customer. My girlfriend got my ring here and I was interested in possibly doing more business with them if it was worth it. This was the first and last time our family will shop at Zales. I would think they would have better service considering the foothills mall is on the verge of going under anyway and they need all the business they can get.

Brought my ring in to get resized. Desiree sized me into a size too big. When I came to pick it up and try it on it was clearly too big, and they refused to send it back to get it to the correct size.... AND they’re now going to charge me again to get it to the right size. I was told it was my fault for signing the paperwork stating that I wanted it sized to the size that the employee suggested.I don’t see why it can’t be sent back since it was the employee who suggested the WRONG size... not sure if this is a tactic they use to double charge people, but it’s a pretty darn shady business tactic.Unless you want to pay TWICE to get something done correctly, I wouldn’t suggest coming here. And for the love of god, don’t trust their “professional” opinion, because if you do that, it will end up costing you.

Went to Zales in the foothills fashion. Mall. Myself and son walked in andnoone greeted us. A lady walked in right after us and a sales associate walked up to her asked if she need any help. We had intentions to buy a necklace and watch but they lost that sale. Just because the other customer looked like she had money doesnt mean we didnt.

Came in for a simple transaction, needed a new gold chain for my wife. Christmas present, you see. Unfortunately, when I got home to wrap the gift the necklace was knotted in two places and took me about half an hour to untangle. Somewhat annoying, especially considering I pointed out. My fault for not checking.

Desirae was unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. She was extremely rude and displayed no customer service skills whatsoever. Will never return to this location. And I’ve heard horror stories about this location AND about desirae from others. A team is only as strong as its weakest link, so this store is extremely weak thanks to Desirae.

Perhaps 🍭this store should sell candy instead-like sour patch kids candy? The lady sales assistant would fall under the heading of sour. She reluctantly replaced a watch battery after about 15 minutes (rocket science). It must have been exhausting.Apparently watch repair is way beneath her pay grade? Or maybe she just didn’t know how?

Customer service is not this stores strong suit. Naturally, when you see customers waiting, you would go to them first. Not this location. I am not sure if they make commission on sales or what, but I was over looked twice by people who wanted to purchase items, rather than me using the service that comes with my wife’s rings lifetime guarantee. Finally, we get some help and the gal working tells us the diamond is loose and cannot be cleaned because of it. Normally I would want this fixed, but due to this being the 4th time we would have this ring sent out, I am not wanting to deal with this problem. At this point, I just want a solution and the gal tells me that there is nothing I nor the store can do about this. She never tried to come up with a way to solve it, only came up with excuses about her own rings and what happens to them when she works. She didn’t offer a trade in, which I had to go to a different store for. She made me feel like she wanted me out of her store for not purchasing anything. If she had offered a trade in, we would have stayed loyal to this store, but from now on, I will only go to the one in Loveland.

I have some clients barely aware they are using a computer. So when a multinational corporation changes their online hours (takes approximately 5 minutes) doesnt have the accurate hours posted is usually a minor inconvenience. Now add surgery. Its much worse when you have to walk through the mall. If this was for COVID I understand. But take 5 damn minutes

Extremely bad customer service from one sales lady. We’re waiting to find out where my ring is. We told her the wedding date was 1/11/20 IN FLORIDA, that we might not even be in this area and clearly I was concerned about it coming back on time!She Never apologized! Used various terms such as “it’s supposed to be here this month.” She said it will be here by the END of this month. At one point she said it should be here by 1/23/20!!!!!! I said what are they going to do when I don’t have my ring on time. Her response is that I can borrow the size 7 WHITE gold when we ordered an insert of YELLOW gold size 5 to match my YELLOW gold engagement ring.She never once acknowledged she screwed up and she was nonchalant that it wasn’t a big deal at all.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!I didn’t realize it was acceptable to ruin a wedding just to make a sale!

Weve had nothing but good experiences here! We first visited this store in January 2018 to pick out an engagement ring together. The staff were not pushy at all, and after visiting two other stores it became clear that Zales was the best option! (Very few places offer a full lifetime warranty for gemstones.) I ended up with a bridal set. We also bought my fiances wedding band here, and again had a positive experience.

Ive only had wonderful experiences here. The staff is very knowledgable. I was super impressed with the selection and how accommodating they were to meet my needs. I was looking for an emerald cut engagement ring and they helped me make a custom ring. It turned out beautifully. I have been back numerous times and always get a best in class experience here. I send all of my friends and their wives to see Amy and Kym. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Super Poor service. My fiancé and I went in to get a watch resized and to look at wedding bands. We were told they couldn’t resize the watch because they didn’t have a tool. Then they ignored us as we stood looking at the wedding bands for 10 minutes alone until we finally just left. Three sales reps just stood by each other the whole time looking bored while we were the only people in the store. Headin to Jared’s!

Absolute horrible experience with this place. My fiance bought me the most BEAUTIFUL rose gold ring. It was a size too big but said it would be easily resized with no problem. We first ran into troubles when they sent away my ring again without telling us, saying it didnt look right. We finally got a ring back today but it was not my ring. Horrible quality, the entire ring was faded and had black burnt marks on it. They wouldnt even offer to try and clean it. The man working said Then just dont wear it while laughing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. PLEASE dont waste your time and tears on this place.

I shouldve read other reviews before purchasing a bracelet to have engraved. Engraving was the number one qualification for me buying the right bracelet. But the customer service is TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to having something engraved. It first started when I got several different quotes from different sales people. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I had made the purchase and sent it off for engraving the day after thanksgiving. They said they could do it after having it sent for another estimate, but come to find, 14 days before Christmas, they cant do the engraving because the bracelet doesnt fit in their Machine. Shouldnt you know what is engravable, at least a ballpark? These people have no idea, they dont care about the customers. It has been a terrible experience. At least I know now, before trying to get an engagement ring. I will NEVER set foot in a zales again.

This stores customer service is absolutely the worst. I went in to return an item that I purchased online and a clerk flatly refuse to accept it although the shipping slip says items can be returned in-store. Apparently, I cannot return it because its not in their system. I called Zales and reconfirmed that retail stores should accept online returns. The online store instead offered to send me a return label so that I can drop off in a fedex office. Its unacceptable for any retail store to refuse to accept returns of online purchases just because it is an inconvenience to them. Perhaps this store should go independent if they have no interest in serving the franchise and its customers.

The purpose of this review is to save another bride from the stress of dealing with Zales for her special day. This store has been absolutely atrocious in their product quality and customer service. A diamond fell out of my rings halo and after several mix ups by the Zales associates, my engagement ring arrived barely in time for my wedding. Having already missed the chance to wear my ring to our engagement party, my bridal shower, my bachelorette party, my boudoir shoot, and most importantly... running into an ex, my husband and I were treated rudely and roughly. We were originally offered money off of our balance for our inconvenience. This offer was taken back the following day by the manager, who treated me and my parents with utter disrespect and spoke to us as if we were unimportant and unintelligent peons. I refuse to let this experience tarnish the memories of my special day, but hope to warn others before they choose to do business with this impersonal and callous corporation. Keep your business local, because Zales just doesnt care about their customers once they have their money.

The associate we saw here fitted my husbands wedding ring incorrectly and failed to tell us the metal we selected was impossible to resize. Now we have to pay for their mistake instead of getting a free exchange even though we are within the 60 days specified on the receipt. We have been to Zales three times to try to resolve this problem. This has been a huge inconvenience.

Refused to replace a babys earning which I had bought their insurance for it and when I first got it I asked what it covered and the salesperson told me it did cover for a lost of one but when it happen they said it wasnt covered
