Its a pretty cool place to walk around and just look at stuff. You would fine some stuff that you have never thought about and end up buying them. Its a perfect place for people who like to collect things. Even if they dont have what you collect, you may find a container, stand, or something related to what you do. I collect model cars, and they had something new for me every time I came back.

This store has everything and they have the best stuff. A lot of people think this is just for arts and crafts but its not it has so much more and the people are friendly.

I love this store and all the merchandise is great. On my last visit however, I requested assistance from what seemed to be a manager. She was unfriendly and had difficulty being courteous for the simple request I made.All the other workers/cashiers at Hobby Lobby are always helpful and friendly, so this was rather disappointing.

This is a gross generalization, of course, customer service can be tedious.Prices seem reasonable, despite the store no longer offering the weekly 40% off coupon.Floorplan/layout of the store is a bit confusing, but this is also my first time in this store in 20 years, so while 8t 8s similar to the Johnstown hobby lobby layout, its not the same, & no where near what it looked like 20 years ago.Take it for what its worth.

I needed something and just walked in to hobby lobby to try and find it. Once I tracked someone down, they were pleasant enough, but told me that what I needed wasnt in the store. So, I went over to michaels, and got what I needed. As often as not this seems to be the case.

I love the items in the store. 30+ Female floor staff look very stressed, swamped and not very nice or helpful when I asked for help. Teen Male floor staff looked very busy and very polite & helpful when I asked for help. Lots of people NOT wearing masks in front of staff, me, store manager. Staff said they were instructed by manager to ignore the rules of customers having to wearing masks in the store.

They have a lot of cool stuff, but they ended their 40% off coupon.

Lots of shopping for crafts and home decor

Its absolutely magical, I always get the happiest vibe when I walk into Hobby Lobby, everything is so put together and clean and organized. I always find everything Im looking for.... except for this visit I was looking for a Virginia Mary picture and they didnt have not even one, which was really disappointing. But as luck would have it I ended up going to Home Goods and found one there.... I wouldnt have ever even considered Home Goods but it was the alternate and I actually found that it is very much like Hobby Lobby, but it has more variety, and better prices. So all in all I got what I needed and found a new store🙂🙂🙂

Its hobby lobby! It is so much fun... Dont forget to check online for coupons and deals before going in and have them scan it at the register. They have a great selection of holiday decor, home decor, wood crafts, glass crafts, paints, puzzles, glass jars, photo frames, Christian books, devotionals, Faith-based decor, decoration storage boxes, shelves, bins....etc. Phew, the list goes on and on! FAR SUPERIOR to any other craft store.Ft. Collins location tends to have pretty busy registers, but they get you helped out fast. Lots of parking available, especially handicapped. Cant wait to come back, wish there was a rewards club!

I like the right openness of the store. Their merchandise selection is awesome. I was a little disappointed in their lack of good Halloween decorations but I understand The pandemic may have played a part on the availability of Halloween decorations in retail stores this year. There were several staff members setting out loads of Christmas decorations. Seems a little premature but again, I understand the need to prepare for the biggest holiday of all.

I love hobby lobby but why are the prices so high? There is always long lines and people are not that friendly. Place seems run down and tired..its been a rough year on businesses and it most definitely shows at this location.

I found some yarn in the colors I was looking for. Their yarn is good. Love the candles, craft supplies, decor, everything. The staff is super helpful and pleasant.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Have not been in this store for months. I could not be more disappointed. They are not monitoring what people are doing at all. I knew exactly what I was going in and out for. The isles were packed with people hovering over one another. I waited for the area to clear to get what I wanted, then 3 people came to my right and I had another hover over me an reach across my left shoulder for product on the same shelf! I was appalled, and said excuse me am in in your way? You need to wait until I am done here. She was mouthing something about me being safe since we have masks on. NO, people, NO. You do not hover over people, reach around people, get near people when you are out shopping, Wait your turn. Im done. Not Christian and in for the all mighty dollar they are. Will never walk into a Hobby Lobby again.

I have never been into a Hobby Lobby before, because of the questionable morals of your company, but my experience at the Fort Collins location has ensured that I will never shop at one again. On Wednesday 11/25 I came in to look for a specific type of frame and noticed the aisle of cabinet knobs and bought some for my house. Jolisa checked me out and charged me for a higher quantity than I actually bought. Turned out they didnt fit, so went to return them, and was helped by Alisa, who at first didnt even want to process my return (because the first employee also rang them up at the wrong price) and then returned them back for a lesser refund because I had been charged for a larger quantity than I had bought. Alisa also questioned what I was doing multiple times like I was trying to steal or be sneaky or something like that. Why would I steal $2 knobs? You are the one that stole from me! Stores make exceptions to do what is right by the customer all the time and your team made multiple mistakes with no efforts to correct or make me feel better about the situation

Hobby lobby is a Christian faith owned business, when you trade there, you give the employees an opportunity to care for their families. My whole family supports and enjoys shopping Hobby Lobby, year round.

This is one of my favorite stores - the employees are so nice.

I was at check out and had a couple of prints framed. When I checked out after waiting in line for ever, I noticed they only charged me for the wire and not the 24X36 inch frames. I pointed this out to the associate once I had paid and looked at my Receipt. I was told that I needed to get back in line and pay for it. I was shocked. I was then told I did not have to do that and a Manager was called over to check me out on another register and did not seem happy to help. She didnt even speak to me. She only spoke to the associate who was asked what the prices were on Identicle frames. When She said one was $59.00 and the other was $69.00 I was in disbelief as they were identicle. I asked the associate ? the price difference, I was told because one was newer. I was like, just get me out of here and I paid.When I left the associate said thanks for coming in and thank you for my honesty.I can only hope that they can be honest with the customers that come in and spend money during a Pandemic to help keep their doors open.Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

This particular Hobby Lobby is a blast from the past. It is definitely an aging store, but the help is lovely and there is a great variety of craft project materials as well as home decor items. The fabric selection and Department are quite small.

The framing department is amazing here they are the most affordable and willing to help you even if you only want glass or matting cut. They will help you with the whole process if you are getting custom framing.

Some prices are great, others in my opinion a little high for what it is. Some craft items you can get at Walmart for half the price. However, I most say their selection is better.

Great place to go when looking for that perfect nick knack, or decorations for the house. Love the ornament selection at Christmas! Only problem is every time I go, spend way too much time looking around, so not a quick shopping stop, unless you are picking up a hobby supply. Would have rated a 5 if it wasnt for a register operator that wouldnt give us the sale price marked on the shelf.

Love everything about Hobby Lobby! Employees always professional and kind. This time, framing a Thomas Kinkade series of autographed prints, ran into a local artist at the counter. Admired her acrylic painting and frame. Great waterfall scene. Frame amazing, too. They are downsizing to a smaller dwelling. Moving to my neighborhood, in fact. She asked me if I would take the painting! Offered to pay her and her husband commented. Just take it. Hobby Lobby did an amazing job of framing my Kinkade series of prints. Complete with paper backing, wired hanger, and carefully dusting and preparing the frame and prints! Even did professional job of trimming the initial art down to fit frame. Hobby Lobby lady was the best! Knew her name but cannot remember it now. Hobby Lobby moved miles farther from old location in Loveland, CO. This store was in Fort Collins, CO. Both well worth the drive!

Today I left Hobby Lobby feeling really disappointed with the way the “manager” Shelly acted. She was very short and rude trying to accuse us of breaking items off of the holiday decor and trying to buy it, when it clearly had it’s own place on a self with several of the exact same items. Then we were approached by her once again on our way out the door in regards to a welcome mat she thought we didn’t pay for. Once again she was wrong as evidenced by our receipt. Maybe Shelly should re-evaluate her career choice if she can’t handle the hustle bustle of the holiday season with a smile on her face.

Always have good selection and pleasant store. Great shopping experience.

You can always get great deals here! And cute decor. But, you pay price by having to wait in line to pay. Either their point of sale system is extremely outdated or their employees arent trained to use it efficiently or there are not enough employees staffed. I cant figure it out.
