Great place to shop,eat, Haircut and go to the bar.

One of the last of its kind from a bygone era...dont let these places go the way of the movie store! New and used video games, toys, collectables and people who care about the stuff they sell working there. I hope they survive for decades to come!

This location totally boned me back in december for one the ps5 drops and I still never emotionally recovered I like the stock but this location is a joke

Returned a game and received a damaged one in return. Instead of trying to sell me my game back at cost, they refunded me and gave my game back. Thank you for doing the right thing,!!

Always love game stop one stop shop for all my gaming needs

I picked up my PS5 preorder (which I had to camp out for) today from this location. On both the day I got the preorder after waiting outside all night and today when I picked the console up, the employee who handled the transaction aggressively tried to get me to buy accessories, physical games and warranties. I dont want any of this stuff. I only picked Gamestop because it was the only place I could secure a preorder from.I know this isnt the fault of the employee. She is probably being pressured by corporate. But I want you to know that instead of being excited about my new console, I walked out feeling guilty and uncomfortable because I didnt want to buy extras. I will be avoiding this store if possible for future console purchases.... think about it.

You need to order online or though the GameStop app to get things at the store as of 5/6/2020 and then call the number on the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you call the store they can let you know if there have what youre looking for.

This store is farthest from our home, but weve had to go there to get specific games or deals a few times. The staff here is always cheery and helpful. They work quickly to help sometimes many customers get thru as swift as possible.

One of my favorite used game stores. They keep the stock updated so you wont find the old stuff there, but its always worth checking out 😊 polite and helpful staff make it welcoming to browse.Good job guys respect is in short supply.

Now Ive been to a lot of gamestops, but this is by far the best one Ive gone to. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, and always has good quality used games and new consoles. I have never had a single problem with this location, and hope it stays that way. I just wish it was bigger like the store on mulberry. Keep up the good work.

Cole and Chris are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and great to talk to about any game or upcoming events. Plus, they will always try to get you the best deal. Needed some ideas for my gf anniversary and Cole went above and beyond to make my life easier.

Avoid this store and franchise like the plague. I have encountered some of the most unpleasant employees at Gamestop of anyplace Ive ever shopped. Find a local game store, develop a rapport, and never go back to this joke of a business. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this location. Had to stop shopping with gamestop as a company as they gone way down hill with customer service and helpful with customers.Their employees also need to learn theyre there to help the customer not enraged them with B.S.

Online it says they have something, but when you request a hold they dont even email you if they found it or not. Then go inside and find out they dont have it and never bothered to look for it. Thats just laziness. Better prices at the pawn shops when they haggle anyway.

Ah the Empire that was EB games. Pricey. Check Walmart first. Same controllers might be $10 cheaper. Games as well. I dont goto any gamestop for new games anymore as the price gouging is underserving of my premium dollar. I only source them for trades or used stuff. They wont be around long as the game world continues to go digital and the resale monopoly crubbles. I recommend checking Amazon, Walmart, or even Craigslist before GameStop.

Staff is practically useless. Made me wait over 2 weeks on a defective exchange of my console. Never ordered a replacement for me until I called later on to see if the console the employee claimed to order had arrived. Then employee CHRIS has the audacity to undermine my frustration like a joke. I dont know about you but when I spend $500 on something I dont joke. Also their hours are listed incorrectly on google so thats great. If you live in Fort Collins GO TO THE OTHER GAMESTOP.

We recently purchased a used ps3, two games and a controller. When we were in the store the associate was short with us and did not care to make sure we were happy and taken care of. She was not trained to know what stock they had in store as the manager had to tell her how to search their system. After purchasing over $170 of items, We went home and and discovered they gave us the wrong game, broken console, broken hdmi cable, and broken controller. We called the store and spoke to the manager about what happened with the broken equipment and the employee’s lack of training and customer service. We were told that the mulberry location had the correct game in stock and went to that store. We were pleased with our experience with the mulberry store as they understood customer service. We will not be returning to the harmony location. Buyer beware.

After having been lied to about preordering my copy of 76, then being told they couldnt take my debit card as the chip is bad, I have decided to take my business else where. Dont even care if I have to pay more. Also, to the manager, by law your supposed to be able to take a magnetic strip if the chip on the card is bad. By law.

It is good for games and the staff is helpful. But NEVER BUY A USED CONSOLE HERE. I bought a USED Xbox one that they said was fine, but the console turned on and didnt work, the controller was broken and the power brick made a very bad noise. Buy brand new. Its worth it.

Went in on 3/30/18 at 2:15pm they had FarCry 5 Gold Edition with a sticker that said $59.99 Available Now. When I took the case wth the aforementioned stickers to the checkout counter I asked if that price was correct for the Gold Edition the lady said it was. But when it rang up it was $85 I asked again if that was correct and she said the $85 price was correct. After this I asked to get the regular edition, the chip reader did not work for my card and I was told they couldnt do anything to help me. This is why GameStop is going out of business, I bought and downloaded the game from my car in the parking lot from the Xbox store with no issues at all and once I got home it was downloaded. Im certainly done doing any business with gamestop

Horrible place to buy video games and accessories. not all, but most employees are extremely rude. Its almost impossible to get someone to help you. The store is so cramped that you can barely squeeze through it! I am 30 years old and have been shopping here for years along with my 29 year old brother. We have a membership here and are on the highest status they have. Everyone who works here has helped us check out numerous times (like 10× each+). Yet every time, we are forced to show them our IDs. Its insulting and humiliating, especially when there are a bunch of people standing around watching and listening! No other place has EVER ONCE IDd me. I obviously dont look like Im 16 years old but continuously am treated like Im trying to pull a fast one over on them.. It reached a tipping point yesterday and I will NEVER go back and shop here! Im done. Cancelled my membership and magazine subscription for good! I recommend nobody shop at this horrible store or any game stop for that manner! You can find games on eBay or pawn shops for even less $$ where you arent treated like you are here! It takes a lot to make me this angry about something, but theyve managed to push me over the edge! GOODBYE GAMESTOP!! NEVER AGAIN!! YOU JUST LOST 2 OF YOUR MOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND WELL OVER $500 A YEAR!
